Hey everyone, sorry I’ve been absent. These girls have been through some sh*t along with me😂 They had a Thrips infestation quite bad. I have been doing a lot of construction in the house and think that maybe was a factor🤷‍♂️🏻 My last harvest was 10/10 absolutely beautiful was missing the bulk towards the end of harvest though, then I found out when I grinder the flower… Hermie was absolutely gutted. There was a few things it could’ve been I suppose it’s part of the learning curve. I saved the best five I could… The girls that seemed almost pest resistant. I topped from 3-5 Nodes just once due to the trauma after ward. Safe to say this has been really stressful for us all I felt as though everything was contaminated so I cleaned everything and went back old school to tent! Glad I did so too. Been experiencing some hot weather recently so both ballasted are on 400W which is fine for now! Keeping feed to a minimal and keeping basic this run. They seemed to have bounced back and all seem healthy showing female sex!!! Hopefully we have a great run I really hope so

Défoliation

Plants are nearing the finish line. Might not all be quite ready in the next week, but I likely will have to chop them all. I removed some leaves from the center plant (A) and the overfed dark green leaves become obvious.

Feeling kind of anxious. I mean for starting a new grow. This ones were an ok first coco grow. I think the next one gonna be better. Tho the plants are great. Totally frosted, lots of popcorn but some good buds too. Smell is getting intense. I’ll start flushing this week and next one we chopp em.

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. Im a pig in shit Thanks for looking, I dont want to hear your opinion on defo or schawazze, unless youre SBG

When i came back from vacation the plants seemed to have grown a lot in 10 days. They really started budding. Measured the height of each plant but only plant 4 seemed to have grown 2 cm probably because of the main cola which grew bigger. Decided to defoliate the bottom till middle height leaves which where quite yellow and crispy. Some of them where keeping the buds from getting light. Also i gave them a little nutrients just to see how they react and i think they might need a little. I think they need atleast 2 more weeks but in a few days i will receive my magnifying loupe and then will have a good look at the trichomes how far progress is done. Update 21-07: unfortunately i observed bud rot in plant 1 and 3. At plant 1 it smelled quite bad and had to remove the whole top cola and just in case 2 little cola's beneath the top one. At plant 3 a bud under the main cola was looking a bit brownish and the small leaves attached to it where easy to pull out. So i removed just that cola. Hope the bud rot doesn't jump to the other buds but the coming weather is looking hot and dry. But rot can really happen overnight to become noticeable. See the last pics in the album of this week.

Well, here we are ladies and gents. I'm saying this a good few weeks earlier than I was expecting to, but she's ready. Buds have swollen up like balloons, and are dense and frosty. I dug out the microscope for a look in the week to see how far gone we were, and the pictures tell the story. As much as 50% amber on some of the tips closest to the light. Even deep in the calyx, amber is 30-40%, and lowers are 95% cloudy / 5% amber. The sugar leaves pretty much look like a burnt landscape under the microscope at this point. Almost disappointed it's coming to an end, this has been a really chill grow. No issues at all, she's been a pleasure from start to finish. But they all gotta come to an end sometime. Way she grows, boys. Way she grows.... Enough sadness. 'Tis a time to be joyful. She looks great, smells great and she's screaming she's ready, so I will be chopping any day now. This is the last weekly update - I'll be back in a couple of weeks once this is all dried, trimmed and weighed with the harvest details :)

First time growing Blueberry Auto, found it to fast growing with little margin for error.

Por el momento ha ido todo bien, he tenido unos problemas con algunas plagas depredadoras qué hay en el jardín, por lo cual he aplicado riegos foliares de aceite de neem + jabón potásico para alejar todas las plagas posibles. En cuanto a los riegos estoy regando con 2L: 1L agua ph 6.5 + 1L agua y nutrientes ph 6.7 día por medio. (No aplico fertilizantes en todos los riegos para no acumular sales, ya que he notado que al regar la tierra aun cuenta con fertilizantes por lo cual con el riego solo de agua, es como si se diluyeran las sales en el sustrato.)

Had no issues at all with this girl.. she's growing lovely. I have removed the bigger fan leaves so the lower flower heads can catch up. I wanted yo top her but at this stage I'm not chancing it.. She's actually at 3 and a half weeks. This week maybe early next week she's due to flip into flower. So only good things to come.

Day 21 everything seems to be going good, turned light all the way up (147watt) 35000 lux = 561 umol = 40.39 DLI, next week ill add my other bp1500

Hey everyone ☺️. After 60 hours, the lady's case was already open :-). Today the seed was placed in soil :-). I only use the soil for cultivation because I have it left and it has to go slowly :-). When repotting, it comes in Canna Coco 👍. I watered the soil with some Canna Rizotonic before the seeds got 1 cm under the soil :-). After that, the pot was placed under a hood in which I sprayed clay every day so that the humidity is between 80-90%. I do this for the first few days until the head looks out of the earth. From this point on, I open the hood at the upper opening bit by bit every few days so that you can slowly get used to 65% humidity before the hood comes down. It is also only poured when the roots are right, until then the earth is sprayed. Which training I will use I will decide spontaneously when the time comes :-). These XtraKush are also finally starting to grow. It took them a while but they doubled in a week. Still a little bit pale compared to the other two strains. With a new top layer of first worm castings and then neutral organic cocopeat to combat the gnat problem and we seem to have fixed most problems. Temps are going down at night, I'm trying to fix this by keeping it warmer in the attic where the grow is. In the coming week, I'm going to train/manifold them, they are getting a bit big. result for the first one: after 7 days of drying, a cleaning of the last leaves, and by removing the branches, I obtain 51g dry; for a first session in cocot, I hoped 100g with my 2 plants; this one thus made its job. just barely. 😉 2 weeks to go before I know if the other one will do better 👌
