This week I kept low stress training the ladies. Am watering them approximately every 4 days. As you can see they are doing mighty fine. Gorilla (front left) is getting really bushy. Solomatic (front right) is looking nice, but small. Stress killer (back) has recovered and is stretching.

Man, I whipped these girls into shape! They got an amazing lolipoping~! its hard to sacrifice some of those branches but they look so much better for it and i hope it better allocates the plants resources! Did a big defoliation that really changed the way they look!

I like to defoliate well just before flower especially lower parts to expose bud sites so light gets trough and some larger top leaves but not too many so I don't shock the plant too much

I already imagine it with a lot of summer sun ... 100% recommended ... I will grow one of them again ....

Por dónde empezar, las flores son bien compactas y van repletas de resina, tienen tonos verdes bastante bonitos, y tiene unos aromas afrutados bastante marcados con toques cremosos. Es muy sencilla de cultivar, es de ciclo de 2 meses y medio, pero bien agradecida. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Week 6 Veg Their last full week in the veg tent before they'll be flipped to flower. The Surf Purp siblings are looking very healthy and showing different traits and structures allround. I'm thinking #3 could be a man as it's growing quicker and taller than the rest. It's not a reliable way of sexing, and could still be female so until we see it's flowers, we won't know for sure. Remo Micro and Grow have been increased, along with MagNifiCal to see how they react. By the end of the week they seem to be in perfect health. I regularly move them around the tent and turn them daily to ensure the entire plant gets an even amount of light, promoting even growth from all of them. This is to ensure each plant keeps a level canopy and doesn't start to lean to one side when growing towards the light. Looking forward to getting these in flower! Saturday, 05.03.2022 Girls graduation! Bwoy Shabba, world of girls, In container loads! (Shabba Ranks, 1991) I wish you could hear this song playing as you read this post to get the feeling I am feeling. Culled plant with strong male characteristics (#3). Left with 3 plants showing pistils, #s1, 4 and 5 😁. #2 was the largest and best looking of the plants but 'a soh it goh' 😉. All plants recovering well from recent phytotoxicity. Fed twice in past week with 12 ml/gallon CAB. Plants show no ill effects to Cytokin treatment and seem to like it. Have to move ties daily to accommodate growth. Signs of leafminers on a few leaves. Sunday, 06.03.2022 A little rain fell Saturday afternoon but pots not overly moist. Fed with Recharge at 5 ml/gallon and remainder of Ph'd water. Ph measurement via Ph paper was still hot, 5.0~, so I repeated same method of adding 500 ml tap water to jug and topping up with acidified water, following the principle of adding acid to water and not vice versa 😉.

1/2/2023: decided to give them both another week. They are both slowing down their water uptake and they are both fading hard, but I'd like to see a little more amber tricomes before chopping. 1/3/2023: gave each plant 1 liter of water, mixed with ThermX-70 and Dr. Zymes Eliminator. 1/5/2023: looks like Dr. Zymes did the trick. There is a noticable reduction in fungas gnats. Just in time to chop the plants down, haha. Gave them both .5 liters, basically to wet the top soil. Plan to chop any day now. Very few green leaves left, so it's time. Tricomes could use a bit longer but don't want to chance bud rot. Should have given one last top dress 3 to 4 weeks ago, but I did not expect then to go this long. Also, 5 gallon pots are not big enough for organics. Moving on up in size next round. Going to try an earthbox in this tent. 1/6/2023: last watering today with a little ThermX-70. Going to harvest in a few more days. Been 101 days since they sprouted and the Orange Bubblegum is up to about 10% amber and the Newberry is probably 15% to 20%, so it is definitely about that time to harvest.

my experience with these strains has not been one of the best .... in the last few weeks there has been a sharp increase in temperatures making things very difficult ... very slow growth for coockies considering that in the same tent I had 3 other autoflows that had been ready for a few weeks. discrete power .... almost light ... lighter flowers inside the buds ...
