So far so good. The girls look strong, have been going well. Depending on how fast the keep growing I may have to switch to a 1 gal pot sooner than I thought.

Everything is looking done. Been checking when lights turn on and just before you go out and the trenchomes are looking full and starting to turn amber. So first thing tomorrow there all going to get chopped down. Well that's all for this week Happy growing everyone.

Hey now! This week went pretty well, I did notice my EC of my runoff was getting pretty high on day 65, it got up to about 1.9, and my nutrient solution going in was at 1.6. I ended up mixing a bucket of my normal fertilizer, and hand watering all the places my drip ring wasn't really hitting, and i got the EC back down to about 1.7. I also got a tip from MrJones to setup some type of support for the colas. I ended up tying some 550 (parachute) cord across the top of my tent poles, then I ties little loops around the colas with the same soft cord. I then used wire ties to attach the loops to the 550 cord. I also am slowly reducing my EC, as I believe I only have a couple weeks left. I am also going to be switching from Liquid KoolBloom to Dry KoolBloom at some point later in week 10. If anyone has any experience on the correct timing of this switch to ripening formula, please hit me up! I am still struggling a bit with heat and humidity, and am considering buying another dehumidifier for my next grow. As always, Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement, support and tips!! 9/29 145AM MONDAY looks great!!!! Soft resin, some leaf burns from stress I accounted for in this high stress environment, working great with aminos all resin is soft like frosting!!! Strong smell, Ive been putting on and shrinking the horrid lumps on my neck and back. Rebuilt my entire digestive system and is working better than ever....HOWEVER the lumps are back and hurt like hell., always something. Day 50 - Starting week 8 and things look like she’ll be ready for a chop in two weeks. Giving her straight water from here on out to get all the leftover nutes out of the soil. Day 51 - Thinking this girl is probably down to the last 7-10 days looking at the trichs but if she keeps popping out white pistils, I’ll let her go till that stops. Gave her a heavy feeding of straight water today. Day 52 - Did a bit of defoliating today since she’s getting close to harvest. Want to maximize the light to try and get as much out of her as I can. She’s definitely not a big plant so anything I can do to fatten her up. Day 53 - Looking great, nothing too much to report. Just pulled her out for some daily pics and to check the trichs. They’re mostly cloudy still with some amber in there but she’s still pumping out some white pistils so until that stops, I’m gonna let her go. Day 54 - She’s coming along nicely and looking at her, she might be ready for a chop this weekend. Don’t really see anymore white pistils, they’re all orangish/red and starting to shrivel up. Still gonna let her go until I get what I want out of the trichomes but looking like this weekend but I’ll be checking her trichs daily!! Day 55 - Not sure what I want to do. Looking at her and the trichs, she’s probably ready to chop any day. If I do, I will chop this weekend but just not sure cause it will only be around 60 days from seed and FastBuds says 8-9 weeks so that’s right on par with they’re schedule. I’ll check her out Saturday and see what the trichs look like and if I think she’s ready, she’ll get the chop. Most likely will give her a nice flush with water and foxfarm’s Sledgehammer tomorrow. Day 56 - It’s the end of week 8 and since she’s just about finished, I went ahead and flushed her with 2 gallons of 6.4 pH’d water and 20ML of foxfarm’s sledgehammer so we’ll see how she’s doing this weekend and will most likely chop on Saturday.

420Fastbuds-FBA2504 I'm excited as it's tester time. Germination week is complete. I planted 3 seeds and had all 3 sprout within 48hrs of being in the soil. I do soak them for 48hrs in a glass of water before planting. I can't wait to see what the weeks to come will have in store. Happy Growing

Welcome back at week 2 of White Label White Skunk Automatic. This week was not much going on. The plant is getting new leafs and so far, I can’t see any mutation according to newer leafs. But it’s still very tiny and grow speed is slow for an automatic strain. Maybe it’s still an issue with my setup ? Growing progress is slow but steady. 02/26/2022 Just enoying the smell, pollination was successful! On #6 seeds forming nicely 🙏🏻 Also some weird stretching I'm top buds from accidentally leaving light's on a couple days. But should be good. looks like my efforts to pollinate one branch didn't do so well plenty of seeds to grow out now lower buds look clean of pollen no sign of pollination. Should start adding weight in next two weeks.

Login issues led to missing a couple weeks, but things have been super smooth. Buds are looking sweeeet and hairy. And they're really fattening up. She's one thick hairy lady. Following the nutrient schedule without deviation, swapping and cleaning the reservoir every week (H2O2 clean), and keeping the humidifier filled. I swapped the pump. First one randomly stopped working for no apparent reason. New one I spec'd with a much lower pump rate and it's a great improvement. No splashing, just a trickle recirculation so I keep it on 24/7. The pH monitoring is so so so much easier now with the good Apera pen. What a difference it makes over the generic ones.

Chop Time

Temps and humidity stable at 81-83f and between 72-78%. Ppms up to 700 for both. Dli at 20-22 roughly. 300 ish ppfd for 20 hours. Both the gelato's have a different leaf structure compared to the other strains. more thin and long as you can see, growing fast and already smelly. Leggo

(3.8.22) Day 21 of flower. Watered each plant 2.5L of nutrient mix. POST NUTE FEED RUNOFF LEVELS: Plant 1: 1605ppm, 6.2ph Plant 2: 1367, 6.6ph Apprehensive/not sure how to go about further defoliation. I’ve removed everything from below the net, and taken away every fan leaf that looks like it’s not directly connected to a bud site. Everything that remains appears to be connected to a bud site. Do I need to remove more? On one hand, I’m afraid that I’ll end up stressing out the plant this far into flower. On the other, I’m afraid of possibly running into PM at some point. RH is increasing with the warmer weather (between 45-55, 65 on a rainy day). Lots of little leaves laying on each other. Thinking about getting a small dehumidifier to put into the tent. Also, just going forward with future grows, should I have removed every branch that grew out of one of my mains? If you look at the photo below the net, I’ve got my main branches and all those little stems that branched out seem to be what’s really causing the crowding. I thought the point of LST was to have it do exactly that, but looking at everyone else’s grow it looks like they just limit themselves to the big main branches and clean up everything else. (VIDEO) I've got two 6" fans. One at the bottom right under the net blowing up, one at the back left above the plant (but slowly being taken over) blowing down. Everything in between seems to be dancing around with air. It being my first grow, I'm not sure if I'm not doing enough or overdoing it lol (post script): For plant 1, the scrog net is only 8 inches above the soil. With plant 2, it's only 5 inches above the soil. I was so concerned about the plant "possibly doubling or tripling in flower" that I really LST'd my plant early on and did my best to level her out. As a result, I was able to fill out the perimeter of my tent easily, but there was not much vertical growth to speak of. This meant that when I put my scrog up, it was barely above the rim of each pot. Next time/grow, I may experiment with letting the plant get a little more height before leveling her out? Idk/not sure. Also, my light placement was close enough that my node spacing was VERY tight. I've read that this is a good "problem" to have, but I can't help but thinking if my plants had a bit more verticality to them they'd be easier to work with. Time to transplant! --- It’s been two days since both have been watered. --- To loosen and unstick the rootball from the cup, I gently squeezed the sides before pressing the bottom upwards. --- Once fully loosened, I simply Vulcan-gripped the base of the plant and flipped her upside down. - [18:33]: Gorilla Goat #1 dropped straight out of her cup! --- Hmm. Not as rooted as I would hope, but roots look white and healthy! --- The original Garlic Budder #1 pheno easily slipped out of her cup! --- Similar the Gorilla Goat, she could have more roots, but that’s okay. Roots look healthy and that is all that matters! --- Did not break up the rootballs. --- Gently flipped and placed each clone carefully into the pre-inoculated holes. --- Pressed and evened out the top soil for both phenos. - [18:39]: Transplant done! --- Gorilla Goat #1 was transplanted into the back right quadrant. --- Garlic Budder OG#1 was transplanted into the front right quadrant. --- To prevent transplant shock and to help even out the soil moisture, going to give 2 cups of wetting solution each. --- Also adding in a few extra microbes. - [18:55]: Filled a pitcher with 6 cups of RO water. ------ Added 1/64tsp of Quillaja Saponaria Extract [60] ------ Added 1/32tsp of Recharge ------ Added 1/32tsp of Stash Blend ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Aloe ------ Added 1/8tsp of Horticultural Coconut ------ Added 1/8tsp of Mycrobe Complete ------ Added 1/2tsp of WDG3000 Extra Strength BTI --- Mixed the solution and poured 2 cups straight into a pump sprayer. --- Misted Gorilla Goat #1's straw mulch with the wetting solution (back right quadrant). --- Took my time and tried to go evenly. - [19:15]: Repeated this process for the original Garlic Budder #1 pheno (front right quadrant). --- Using the remaining 2 cups of the wetting solution, misted the straw mulch for both Heady OG (front left quadrant) and TKO (back left quadrant) mothers. --- Ca-Caw!! Grow strong my veg queens! - [19:22]: As for the remaining veg clones, --- Decided to try to preserve the genetics in solo cups and basic clonal cycling techniques. --- Plan to take new cuttings in a few weeks or so and will begin the rooting process once more. --- Curing has really changed the way I currently hunt phenos and I really don’t want to lose another keeper pheno (recently regret not keeping a cutting of Garlic Budder #4). --- Oh! Also finally decided to fully give tissue culture a go! --- Another huge shout out to Laur and her independently ran business, Plants-In-Jars! --- If successful, learning tissue culture will be a huge ganja journey milestone by providing a sustainable way to preserve and maintain a diverse genetic library. --- Through continuous subculturing and micro propagation, I should be able to maintain unrooted explant cuttings forever. --- Then when needed, theses cuttings can be rooted and conditioned back into a clonal state and back into solo-cups for transplanting. --- Of course, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing, so developing a successful cannabis tissue culture protocol is going to be fun and full of failure, err, I mean, learning experiences! --- What can possibility go wrong right!? --- While learning (which will most likely take a bit), will continue to maintain the vegging mothers and solo cup clones. --- The ganja journey continues!
