Welcome growfessors! Harvest time for Do-si-dos! This gal is looking great after her last week in the tent. She developed a little foxtailing over the past week, but she did bulk up, pack on more frost and is sticky as molasses! July 11 dry weight of 83 grams. Smooth smoke, mellow flavors.

All ladies have grown a lot this week again, with the Blue Dream CBD growing at the rate of about 10 inches a week. That's almost a foot and I will admit to being a bit unprepared for this kind of growth rate, especially given that flowering season will not start until about late July... All said everyone seems healthy and happy. UPDATE - Interesting and unexpected development: the ladies (both Trainwrecks) seem to have flipped into flowering. I have no idea how this happened at this time of year. The seeds were not planted under lights, the plants have been sunlight only since they sprouted. Perhaps this explains the crazy growth all plants have been exhibiting. I'm keeping a close eye out on the two others to see if the same happens. Any thoughts?

Most growers run 12/12 — and while that’s great for many strains, we’ve chosen 11/13 for a specific reason: 🌒 Shortening the light period can help trigger earlier flowering and more aggressive hormonal shifts, particularly in sativa-dominant or haze genetics like these. 🌘 In nature, light hours gradually decrease, and this slightly shorter photoperiod mimics late-season sun, signaling to the plant that it’s time to reproduce. In our experience, this encourages a quicker transition into flower, sometimes with denser stacking and better resin development down the line. The trade-off? Slightly less daily photosynthesis, but with the right lighting power and nutrition, it more than balances out. ⸻ Nutrient Shift – From Start to Top As we flip into flower, we’ve also transitioned our nutrient formula to support the shift in energy: • Removed: • Aptus Start Booster – previously used to support early-stage root development and vegetative vigor. • Introduced: • Aptus Top Booster – same application rate (0.25 ml/L), but designed to stimulate early flower development, improve transition timing, and lay the groundwork for bloom stacking. Why this change? Because the hormonal shift has begun. We’re no longer supporting root initiation, now we’re priming the plant for floral identity, helping her internal systems prepare for the stretch, calyx development, and bloom site stacking. Our base feed remains: • Regulator – 0.25 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml/L • Top Booster – 0.25 ml/L ⸻ Growth & Structure Update These girls are branching like mad, spreading their wings and showing incredible vegetative structure just before stretch kicks in. even with the growth of my zombie kush ... was fed today with earthworm humus and red guano ... every 15 days .... she taking a smell of mint and pine more and more ... and follows the fat of your buds ... waiting for you to take that purple tone on the part of your buds

OMG too, I have been keeping my go pro doing time lapse photos in the tent, I made a video with first 26days in 3 minutes Check it out! Wow, growth is beginning to light a fire in my gut, feels good man! Although, I'm starting to get curious about plant #3. For the past few days, this girl (3), has been not growing in girth or height. Although she seems fuller and healthier.. Gonna wait her out! OH Another thing, A great big SHOUT OUT to Sacred Geometry and Astarte for giving me great advice on my stem issue with plant 2. I went ahead and chose SG's for my answer simply because I felt topping the pot was the right call. Oh but be aware, that my plant heights all went down due to topping off the pots with more soil... But I feel more comfortable about that plant now. Also I heeded SG's advice on Fox Farm Nutrients and halved the recommendations this week. All right, on to my daily log entries. These can all be found in the pics above, but I feel like it makes my comments more beefy.... 12/17 Humidifier ran out of H2O, trimmed first leaves & suckers off Plant 3. I know she's little but I hate her having to work harder for those terrible nutrient suckin leaves 12/18 Rinsed all plants w/ PH Balanced H2O & watered lightly around stem. Sat Back and enjoyed growth. Man, 4 is kick ass! Put in CO2 cannisteter @6:07P 12/19 Trimmed last two weird leaves off plant 3, only left 2 pairs up top hopefully enough... just wanted to get it focused. Topped $4 too, left 3 nodes 12/20 Fed w/ 1.5 tsp/ga Big Bloom / Big Grow, 1/8 tsp/ ga Clean Kelp topped pots w/Dirt (SO SG!) so heights went down Did not top #3's pot too short. Rinsed plants w/ PH Balanced H2O TDS @ 1154 PPM PH out 4.35. 12/21 Topped plant 1, removed bad leaves, P2 pinched baby suckers. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2206 girls and they're on a roll! When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and I'm thinking over topping them in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped the #1 Tester #2206 taking off the 5th leaf set. Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. I left the #2 alone as she's not quite as tall as the #1. I may not top the #2 as a sort of comparison to see how each grows out. Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Plants leaves are out of control. Had to do an early pruning to open up plant a bit. Probably could’ve done more but dont wanna stress them out too much. Raised light a bit to encourage a bit of stretching. Irrigation working great but overwatered plants again testing it. Did some lst to open up plants and get branches above those giant leaves.

I liked growing this strain very much, it was very easy growing and everything worked out nice, I like the structure of this plant the node spaces are not so big and everything filled in nicely when she was flowering. The fastbuds zkittelz has giant huge buds they where one of the biggest buds i grow on auto's. It was a plesure to see em getting bigger and bigger. I found that the plant was very forgiving as in mistakes you make, so i recomend this to every grower out there. They only thing is it takes a little bit longer then they advertise. But then again maybe the company's are giving you the most early time you can harvest if you do everything as perfect as you can. I think you cannot do much more perfect as you have a plant that grow as big as this one. So that being said i think if you let em go for 2 weeks more then in the last 2 weeks the buds are really fattening up and they double in size sometimes. In the end i had some foxtails on my buds, not all of them but still a few, I was thinking about it, and maybe it is because i pushed her a little bit too much in the end with the nutrients, She was not that close to the lights i think. Or maybe it is also a little bit in the strain. I definitely grow this strain again. (no rights to the music in the video)

04.08.25. Day 70 10 weeks and I think she still has about 2 more weeks left. She is a big girl. 98cm tall. I gave her a fresh reservoir change out today. She has developed some symptoms on her leaves. Maybe nutrient burn or maybe the onset of some kind of deficiency. She is looking good. I will continue to monitor and update.

Big Fat Wedding Cake grew well under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. Nice frosty colas with a spicy kush smell. Looks very potent and tasty. I did burn her in flowering when the nutrition got too strong for her. My bad. She still turned out great. I have transplanted into Dutch buckets. Filled with perlite. And all are now in the Greenhouse. Doing great. These are watered 4 times a day for 1 minute. She is doing great after the transplant.

Day 113. Third wave of heavy flush, girls get from 30 to 50 liters in time-lapse of one hour. Planing to chop them after 10 days, two more heavy flushes ... Control Garden is a beauty ... They are a bit behind, but hopefully next week i will start to flush them aswell. Incredible Bulk standing in front of fan is most matured aka damaged ;))) Not many seeds i see, so i calmed down a bit, still free cheese is only in trap, fact ... Day 115. Girls fade nicely, today got 4th wave of flush, best case scenario in 8 days chop, worst - in 4. Busy work week, so it will be hard to find time, wet triming takes to much from me, i do it too carefully ... Happy Growing !

Been feeding PH6.2 water with bud candy (sugars) for a few days and will continue until harvest. The buds packed in pretty well, as you can see one of them is around 14" tall and fat. Pictures dont do this plant justice in bud size because it is very leafy. The smell is mild, frosting is mild and I have another week to go at least..... todays feeding will get Final Finish additive to help wash nutrients out and hopefully get a fade happening. Added a video today :)
