Week 9 / pictures at 63 days old. So everything has been pretty much the same as last week. No vertical growth but everything looking fatter and frostier! Still soaking up lots of water - 1.5litres every other day with 3ml of bloom nutrients in each. Removed a fair few leaves today - the unhealthy old ones from round the bottom and the ones getting in the way and touching the buds. Purple skunk buds still looking fatter than sticky orange. Sticky orange pistils started turning orange last week so I think she is going to be ready first but with a smaller yield. Purple skunk pistils have started turning orange today. Temperatures are higher this week and have reached 30 in the tent but spring is here so temps in general are higher outside. Was hoping it would stay lower as I really wanted the purple skunk buds to turn purple! They apparently prefer it cold before the purple comes out. But we’ll see what next week brings. I feel like we’re on the home stretch now. Each week gets more and more exciting and I just want them to get FAT! Again, pictures and videos just don’t do them justice - they look so much better in the flesh!

Day 36 veg (Day 1 Flowering) So The flowering phase for our girls finally begins today! We will see how much stretching they will do in the next few days. I irrigated with water and cal-mag only, for two consecutive irrigations in order to better assimilate the flowering fertilizers in the next few days, trying to avoid an overload of salts and nutrients. Everything went as good as it could the last week. I definitely realize now that the light was too much for them once they stretched up from the lack of knowledge using my light mover. I’m still trying to figure them out but I believe I have the rite combination now for speed and pause times, but sadly to late for this crop. My other tent just going into flower with the same setup will be run drastically differently this time for a lot of things to compensate for my intense 1000w HPS. I’ve grown massive Buds before under this light in smaller tents and I’ll be dam’d if I’m gonna let this light rail defeat me! Lol so we are gonna start flush now because we are just about 8 weeks in and although we do have a ton of bud in this tent and I would have like to push her a bit more, we are gonna take what we got and move on! Lol there are a lot of medium size buds absolutely everywhere, and solid. Even below the top screen, between the 2 screens every node has a solid bud sticking out. Still gonna be a nice yield I think all things considered. Ph pretty much stayed constant in the reservoir at 6.0 as well as the EC was sitting around 1.5 all week. Wish I could get my light up more but I’m having a hard time finding the attachment for my light rail mover to add a bar instead of ropes to suspend it. I can’t justify $100 to import it from USA though...lol so I’m gonna experiment with some other diy one once I get these girls cut down, dont wanna mess around above them and risk dropping the heavy light on my girls. Plants are getting bigger and bigger. Still no signs of flowering. I'm a bit worried, why no one of plants are flowering because all plants are autos.

Did some more defoliation but keeping her going as she's wrapping up the stretch. Really starting to flower now, which took way longer than I expected. She's a late bloomer for sure, not the best for growing outdoors, this was a test seed though so I just kept her going. Amsterdam Genetics doesn't recommend this one for growing outdoors btw.

Stretching is still going. Buds development is great and i have no issue what so ever so far. Just the leafs hang a bit due to less watering but that changed.

Bit of nute burn appeared on just one of these phenos overnight. I think this is as this plant flowers longer than my nute charts so did a bit of experimenting. Wil dial it back a bit at this stage next grow to avoid this and have dialled back a bit now, moving forwards. It's not too bad and still seems localised to certain parts of just one plant so not gonna stress about it.

No hermi flowers from these two clones from a hermi.This grow has been hard to keep contained ive been bending branches for 4 weeks and it sill stretches 4to 6 inches every few days i am out of space under the lights its been a jack n been stalk grow

11/26/23 - Day 19 - Today was water change day. By time I got around to looking at the plant I realized that a water change had already taken place. How amazing is that. I had to do nothing. I just wake up everyday to a plant much bigger than the day before. Its too easy! 11/28/23 - Day 21 - Today she is much bushier. It seems like shes is growing a whole leaf node out every 24 hrs. Really impressed with the color and size of this thing. I'm learning to expect great things from this Leaf growing experience. 11/30/23 - Day 23 - She keeps geeting bushier, maybe she has grown by about 2" since the start of the water change. Her color is the same all over, that dark but vibrant green. Because this is my first time growing an Auto in this box I'm wondering when I should top her. The branches are so close together. The last strain I grew had tons of room. This thing is growing like a bush. 12/1/23 - Day 24 - I did the first topping today. I took a video but its not uploading. Ill need to move it from my phone and upload from the computer.

So this week is week 1 of transition, I have cleared about 40% of the girls fan leaves trying to make sure I get as much light penetration as possible I have about 16 main colas on a couple and between 8-12 on the rest looking for some solid results, going to add all the good stuff next week and lets get ready to watch the magic happen!!!

Into the second week of flower now, due for another defol before the stretch ends and the last defol of the grow then let the girls recover and focus on the flowers, cuttings are showing lots of roots 11 days after planting, high humidity in the propagation container and the ezy plugs make it a breeze

Things are really starting to look good. This plant has really stretched a lot for an Indica dominant plant. The frost is starting to come on now. The tent smells quite nice when I first open it now. Cooler internals are: 5.9 pH 600 ppm on the 500 scale 1.2 EC 66F solution temp Can’t wait to see how she fills out over the course of the next week.

We survived lst, defoliation and cloning. And I also added 30 watts of red light with a wavelength of 630nm, using Samsung 351LH diodes.This spectrum enhances flowering, and helps the plant to form internodes with shorter distances, which will give more growth points for future buds. 👌Let's start with nutrition. I changed the frequency of watering, now my plant is watered 6 times for 20 minutes during daylight hours, every 3 hours. This week I made a nutrient solution with the following recipe: Water 183 ppm, 8l Silicon 4ml Сalmag 1.5ml GHE Flora: Gro 7.5 Micro 5 Bloom 2.5 pH down 5.5 ml Total 669 ppm, 5.6 pH 💪About training.
