Flower Week 4 Day 28 to 34 - 3/12 to 3/18 Just monitoring now. All seems okay so far, just a few minor adjustments of the rings Feed this week was 1.25 gallons two times with about 4 days between. 750ppm total before add-ins. I used 750ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to all feeds. PH balance this week was 6.5. I plan to feed the same amounts again next week and 6.5ph and 6.6 by week 7, when I also plan to start flushing with reduced nutes and HP2 again.

The week is starting werry nicely. They keep growing, I think I didn't over or under water them. 9th day I'm starting to get the little conclusion, all the plants which are watered with Green Planet nutrients are looking a little bit bigger than their RQS rivals (when they were in the same day) Well anyways I think it's way to fast to make any conclusions. 2 days ago BlackBerry was bigger than Gg now I think it's the opposite so I won't make any conclusions before I'll smoke from both sides ;) Well its Thursday today, this Saturday I'll go to a local growshop to buy some more coco and 2 more pots so they have to wait 2 days more :) /edit. I decided to count only the days of first 3 ladies, other plants are like 4 or 5 or 6 days behind the first ones.

July 27: still growing fast. The new growth is a bit yellow and I haven’t decided what that’s due to. Lack of sulphate or excess Phosphorus are the two options I think. Anyway, she’s doing fine and is startling to preflower. 👍 Started using a 730 nm far red light for a few seconds at dusk. This is called phyto-forcing apparently because it promotes flowering. I really love science when it figures out random shit like how photosynthesis and light wavelength (or colour) interact. Outdoor plants naturally see a flash of far red light just before darkness and this light kind of ‘puts it to sleep’ or into dark mode two hours faster. So, two extra hours darkness or a 26 hour day. Sounds bogus but is totally legit. July 28: foliar spray of Extreme Blend and potassium silicate. July 30: plant is looking great. The yellow on the new growth has faded and is now a better looking shade of green. I think it might have been excess P because the other plants kind of had it too and the timing was a couple days after adding barley and Power Bloom. This is right at the start of flowering when plants need lot of P, and the yellow is fading, so I’ll just let it go without doing anything about it. She’ll get over it.

At day 77 from seed, 31 days since the switch to 12-12, I hope she is done stretching because my light is as high as I can make it and as close as I want the plant. This girl is one stretchy beast. She is starting to smell a little more but still not strongly. I'm excited to watch her fill out. I will do very little defoliation from here on. She looks happy to me so far even though it looks like she has filled my tent out.

Almost done here! What a journey. I’m gonna flush her tonight, even if the soil is still wet. I’m sorry I don’t have one extra week (2 weeks with Overdrive would be better), but the buds are big and fat now. Definitely time for a big flush. Week 10 - Fifth Week of Flower The Donutz tent is stepping into its fifth week of flower with some exciting developments and a few surprises. The plants are thriving, and the vibes remain immaculate as the grow progresses. Key Updates: Purple Phenos: 3-4 of the plants are starting to show stunning purple hues in their buds and sugar leaves. The color shift adds a beautiful contrast to the tent and hints at the unique expressions within the Donutz genetics. Different Phenotypes: While most of the plants are stacking up nicely, 1-2 phenos are a bit on the thinner side with less bud density. It’s a reminder of the natural variability in genetics, but there’s still time for them to fill out in the coming weeks. Environment & Care: Stable Conditions: Temperature, watering (reverse osmosis), and overall care are dialed in perfectly. The plants are enjoying a consistent, stress-free environment with plenty of love. Healthy Growth: The rest of the tent is looking strong, with vibrant buds and trichome development continuing to ramp up. Observations: The purple phenos are a standout feature this week, bringing extra visual appeal to the tent. Even the thinner phenos are showing healthy structure and potential to develop further before harvest. Trichome production is increasing, and the tent is starting to radiate that sweet, sticky aroma. Next Steps: Continue monitoring the thinner phenos to ensure they’re getting enough light and nutrients. Maintain stable environmental conditions and nutrient levels to support bud development. Keep a close eye on trichomes as they mature, watching for any signs of ripening as the grow approaches the final stretch. The Donutz are flourishing, and the tent is alive with color, aroma, and promise. The Florida Gang grind is paying off big time — the finish line is in sight!

Been slack with the updates as we are busy buidling a new greenhouse. will make sure I take nice individual photos for harvest though.

The grow took 13 weeks and 3 days total, all my blue dream got harvested between 12-14 weeks, thats really good with the yield that comes of them

on day 21 of flower the 2 lady have got a new Haircut. Also some composttea on day 22 of flower. Light hits the plants with around 850 PPFD. Both plants look very similar (same leaf shape and structure), but one is about 15% larger than her sister. They both look healthy and vigorous.

This week I top all 8 Green Poison ( 4dwc and 4 coco ) clones. They look healthy and happy and few days later I already start to low stress training (LST) them.

So another week successfully chalked off. Moved from organic powdered nutrients up to this point onto synthetic nutes. Also cleaned up all of their skirts and nipped off any buds that will turn into larf. Plus a defoliation in the canopies. And they have all responded well, really stretching now and I’ve spotted a few trichomes already. So all swimmingly at the moment long may it continue. Thanks for reading, have a great week 😊
