During week 7(bloom) like corona lock down wasn't enough we had major weather change. Temp dropped significantly and humidity levels increased to 70%(outdoors RH). As far this goes on it is necessary to use a strong dehumidifier inside tent for half an hour every 2 hours as once the lights are off the humidity climbs 65%+ without it. Feed remained the same. GG# 1 looks like most of its pistils are orange so in the end of the week I ll have a look with the microscope and might start flushing it.

Everything went well over vacation! The girls are doing okay overall. They needed bigger pots and it's starting to show overall. Another reason not to use autos cause I can't lollipop. But the watering process is going well. The purple lemonade is hard to judge due to the colors. She's short and stout. She's doing okay but hopefully starts to look better. I'm considering using synthetic nutrients in this grow to start giving for power. Week 6 everything was on par with week 5 of flower however, girl #1 has officially pulled away from girl number #2. Girl #1 is 27 Inches tall while girl#2 is 16 inches tall. Toward the end of week 5 girl #1 started flowering and her bud sites are becoming more defined as she progress. I maybe be wrong but it seems like girl #2 maybe is slower and gonna flower in the next 2 weeks hopefully. She definitely is indica dominant with her short bushy stature. But, I thought the indica dominate pheno had fast flowering when compared to the sativa pheno. I did do some more defoliation of the fan leaves on each girl and any leafs blocking the light to increase the budsites potential. also I removed the more undeveloped lowers. Doesn’t looked to have stressed them out with all my defoliation. These ladies smell has increased very much. Everything is still on par with week 5. I’m very grateful to have this opportunity to have all you experienced growers view my diary. Thank you very much and it means the world to me seeing I have any views.

To push the pest resistance test even further (so far, the plants have shown resilience against fungus gnats, thrips, and excessive humidity), it’s getting too risky to allow the gnats to continue affecting my roots. As a test, I sieved fine sand from my garden and spread it over the soil to eliminate the gnats' living space. I gave the plants a good watering before applying the sand, and now I’ll leave it like this for a week. By the end of the week, I plan to repot them anyway, so we’ll see if this method clears up the gnat problem.

Topped this girl this week, she’s growing pretty good. Very nice looking plant to my eye.

Blumat system appears to be functioning properly. Drilled a hole in the blumat reservoir for the air pump to go through so I can now fully close the lid.

Day 91, plants #1&3 are still maturing and not ready to be chopped. They are definitely running longer than I expected. I have plant #2 in jars and curing already. Total dry weight for her was 98g or 3.5oz!!! Definitely more than I was expecting. I was hoping for 1.5oz so I’m definitely a happy guy about that!!! Update #2: upon further investigating, looks like I’m going to start flushing the last 2 plants in a couple days when they go through all their current nutrients. They’re about ready to come down. I harvested last two plants on day 98. Currently drying. I will update with final weight in a couple days.

Impressive how this plant managed to grow despite the few hours of light .. I guess what it could do with a better season than this year (there has been a lot of rains) and in a place where it grows with constant light.. anyway I am very happy with her, I would also say proud of how the growth went. In the last few weeks, as you can see, the plant has suffered an attack by caterpillars that have eaten some of its leaves in a short time, the plant has remained very strong anyway. I tried to remove them manually until they disappeared completely Before proceeding with the cut, I put the plant in the dark for 48 hours, further stressing it by shocking the roots with ice cubes. I've never used these two methods, but I've heard a lot about them. some say it is useless while others say that these methods work to increase the production of trichomes and terpenes.
