Week 4

Die Pflanzen sind nun 10 Wochen alt ( gezählt habe ich ab dem Tag an dem sich die Keimblätter des Sämlings geöffnet haben), in Woche 9 und 10 gab es nur noch Wasser. Man kann gut erkennen wie stark sich die Blätter verfärbt haben. Vor der Dunkelphase habe ich alle Fächerblätter entfernt und nur Blätter mit Trichomen an den Pflanzen belassen. Die Pflanzen werden im Ganzen getrocknet, Update kommt.

Harvested the Clones! I'm stoked how #4 grew out, I think she's the winner! With limited space in my grow, I'm only going to be able to bloom out the rest of the phenos clones to week 3-4.. The show must go on.. It's the price I must pay for using non-ideal cloning methods... Next round of phenohunting will have 100% cloning success, using my new aeroponics cloning machine.

I switched them to 12/12 four days ago so I’ve let them do their thing for most of the week. Today they were defoliated and any suckers with no chance of making the net were removed. The canopy was getting dense and humid with the large fan leaves the 8 ball produces. I’ll do this again at the end of the 3rd week flowering. All the training has finished now. This strain doesn’t stretch much at all so I’m letting them come up and gain some height. Any LST done from now on will be to keep things in check. Happy growing.

18.07 watering with 400ml - 400ml - 400 ml Blueberry got only water Trainwreck got Bloom, Top-max and Fish-Mix All the others got only Top-Max and Bloom. Search everyday for some spidermites or something else. On some days I find a few on blueberry and Biscotti. I remove the manually. 21.07 watering with 400 - 400 - 400 water. Again: blueberry only water All the others Top-Max and Bloom Trainerwechsel started to flower. The leaves of Blueberry and Biscotti started to get yellow. Also removed some leaves with were down in the shadow of the top strains of frosted guava.

Skipped a week in my journal due to travels. Had my neighbor water my plants. Having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants (particularly the chem brulee)... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. This is their first ever bottled feeding. Have been running on supersoil and a prayer. Also top dressed everything and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. Leaves have been yellowing on all three. Mostly relegated to the interior of the plants. Chem Brulee is looking a bit too yellow overall, as well. French Macaron is a 66in. Chem Brulee is 56in. Pineapple Meatball is 45in. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably at least once per week. Don't want to overdo it. Also top dressed with my flowering top dress mix and mulched all plants with a thin layer of rice straw. 8/4 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap 8/5 Sprayed with Gravenstein Apple FFJ and OHN 8/6 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap (this will likely be the last time I spray with Neem Oil, as I don't want residual oils as buds start swelling. Also fed 1/4 strength FOOP to ensure we head off any deficiencies.

Flowering is well under way! one of the Banana Purple Punches is already kind enough to start purpling! Rootjuice has been faded out to 0. Watering on 13/03 with 4 ml/L of terra bloom, 1,4 EC, 1.5L each per plant Watering on 16/03 with 5 ml/L of terra bloom, 1.6 EC, 1.5L each per plant Defoliated today, hopefully for the last time. Mainly the insides of every plant where it gets too bushy. i used the trellis net in the early week of veg just to help me spread the branches out, now im unsure of what to do with it (continue, dont continue etc) since im pretty happy with how the plants turned out training wise. it still functions to hold my humidity sensors i can check over my feed so its not "useless" lol

What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raised the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips from the nutes so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. I am seeing some from the water I spilled on the leafs. Lol. All in all Happy Growing.

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. Sunday 05-06-2022 Plants chugging along. Supplemented feed yesterday with Recharge. Trying powdered nutrients this week with a relatively high P fertiliser. Trichomes popping up on Plant #2. This grow is different from Test Grow #2, during early development of the grow there was substantial rainfall, the plants are significantly bigger and developing more slowly. Apart from the rain, I suspect that has to do with the fact my previous grow started and ended in short days (less than 12 hours light). This grow is experiencing increasing light, with daylight now 13+ hours.
