Week 14 - August 13
Back from holidays. One week without carrying plants.
All is Ok ✅ the Blumat irrigation system worked perfectly, Aphids are totally eradicated: the Garlic mixture is a miracle.
🐛I found 5 caterpillars on 2 plants: it makes lot of damage on a Bubble Gum I didn’t mention in the diary, but the other are safely. caterpillars are the Enemy N°1 at this point: must check everyday.

Presence of leafminer flies but nothing important.
-Royal Moby, seriously injured by sunburn and aphids aggression: recovering good, amazing stretch (sativa dominant) 140cm high , new branches are healthy. Flowering stage not engaged.
-GMOxZombie Kush, was pretty shocked by aphids and sunburn too but problems are resolved: the plant is not too bad, starting a pre flowering period. 115cm
-Flash Back #2 start flowering. Perfectly healthy, no pests, diseases or deficiency. Gook stretch last weeks, lot of ramifications and booming sites.130cm
-Brake Pad Breath is the most advanced with a flowering stage engaged since 2 weeks. Super heathy, efficient bushy structure with lot of branches: my Favorite!

Last week was a short one, decided to chop them on day 80.
Both plants weigh at 800g wet, hoping to get a bit over 100g dry.
They could probably go for another week to get fatter, but I was feeling ready looking at the trichomes.
Hope the dry slow, I can't get RH above 50% so hoping that won't be so bad.

We have made it to day 42! 31/12/20
All the girls have started flowering now!
I'm super keen to see them start to thicken up.
Feeding as usual, nothings changed.
Update - day 46 04/01/21
I'm a little concerned about the 2 runts that were laggin behind the rest, all of a sudden theyve decided they want to take up most of the room in the tent.
I've never grown autos so big..
I was contemplating putting the runts outside but it's just going to make more problems as my outdoors are under attack from some kind of bug.
I will keep the diary updated on the runts, other than that the other girls are doing just great, flowering is really coming along.

Trying to be more hands-off. So far this week all is well. Gave each plant about a quart of plain distilled water this weekend. Looked good all week, but by mid-day Thursday, they were drooping quite a bit. So today (Thurs.) I gave them a thorough watering with nutrients.
Great news, little Cheecha is officially 2 inches taller than Chonga!

Still dealing with a little clawing... Two straight waterings with only pHed water (~1.75 G each time). No longer feeding any veg nutes so hoping things improve.

First 7 days of the Strawberry Gorilla from Fastbuds.
She was germination in glass of water than move to cotton and in 2 days it had more than an inch of root so i moved to her home 12 liters pot with biobizz,coco peat and perlite for the vegitation she will have the Marshydro Ts 600 in 80 x80 grow tent.

Beautiful flower full of trichomes. Smell and test fantastic. Very fast flowering. She was done on day 49 but I cut her down few days later.
I love the strain, the only thing that I will like this strain to have is a better yield. Beast quality buds I ever grew.

Woo-hoo! Time for another round on Barney’s Farm genetics! And a new one I haven’t tried yet, yah!!!! One of my favourite breeders to grow, they never disappoint! Had these seeds for awhile now so I figured I’d give the 3 of them a go along side a single feminized Alien Technology plant in my RDWC setup. So seeds went directly into a cup of water for the first 12hrs overnight and then I placed them directly into wet rock wool cubes and back into the dry cups and covered them for about 24hrs. I then put them in my single 3 gal starter DWC buckets/clay pebbles under a 18/6 light schedule. 2 came up the next day and the third one needed some help shedding her seed and skin off and she was up the next day. 3 for 3 again👍 Got them in just plain water with 3ml/gal UC Roots added. I’m keeping the rock wool moist and watering the clay pebbles around it for the roots to explore outwards. I have very small rock wool cubes this time as I bought them by mistake, but gonna try them and see how they do. They really aren’t much bigger then the seeds....lol humidity was low to start so I added a humidifier to the tent and was able to get it up to 50% or so. This will do I think as they are sitting directly over a bucket of bubbling water as well. Temps are stable around 25c in the day and drop to about 20 at night. Hey All!!,
Today is the 24th - Happy Christmas Eve!
The pictures were taken on the 19th (42 days old) they are looking quite good. They are doing a good job of stacking. Looks like they will be nice dense buds. I will be staying with what I am doing as far as feeding until it's time to flush. It does not look like they will not all finish at the same time. Of the 4 one is really turning purple, a second has more purple buds but the leaves are green, and the last two are just getting frosty but no real color, at least not yet. Also of the 4, one is really tall, two are about exactly the same and then there is one in the middle, taller than the two but ot quite as tall as the one really tall one.
I will follow up next week. I skipped a week as there was nothing significant to talk about, they were just growing well.

Roughly at about 4.5 week I have turned the lights to 12/12 most of the flowers have shown sex with roughly about 60% being females, not a bad % of females, could have been a lot worse. The ICC’s are a bit stretchy & the cookies are quite squat and the bubblegum & black nitro’s are average size for the age.

At the end of week 3 I topped one of the strawberry cough they are all looking good and starting to veg I’m all caught up with the grow diary’s and will add at the end of every week. I’m in Australia and did start a little late into the season but hope to get a decent grow in they will be at my brothers once transplanted and he has a few aswel that I will add into the grow log nothing but sun and water only use a little thrive that’s from Bunnings that I get from my pops shed. They will be in a nicer cleaner soil when transplanted into veggie beds and will have chicken poo as a nutrient source first time ever using chicken poo so see how it goes. Will keep the grow log updated and hopefully everything goes all well for the travel and transplant for the plants in the next few days
