Week 5 The soil started to stabilize, the plants are less stressed and the production is satisfactory. Apparently the worst is over, I have watered every 2 days on average. These strains are for approximately 9 weeks of flowering, soon HARVEST. In the half of week 5, it was add 205W of Citizen and Epstar COBs. TOTAL 565W.

6/11 day 55 day 56. Officially 2 months of growth. Somehow I've kept an auto flower in the vegetative stage for quite a bit of time. They are flowering and have stretched a ton. I will get actual measurements for each plant this Pheno #1 looks more indica (they all are) than the others. The pistils are shorter but more of them and the node spacing is a tighter than the others and she's stayed the shortest(least amount of stretch) and has thicker leaves(maple leaf style) her pistils started white and now have a pink tone to them and on closer inspection, some of the sugar leaves are purpling. This one could be expressing it more so because of environment. This week we've had lows and rains and cloudy weather. The other night it was in the low 40s, so in hindsight it might be environmentally expressed. Pheno #2 is the one that's been the most well rounded the whole time. Popped quick and has always been steady and not too tall and not too short. Her pistils are bright white like roots or an initial taproot. But the calyx are a deep deep purple. I believe this purple expression to be a genetic phenotypical expression rather than environment. The purple clashes with the white so beautifully. They just makes it all pop with the green. It honestly looks like a purple clover flower 😄

Finishing up. Buds are ripening, smells are loud. Ready to chop next week or 2 is my guess. Just water from here on out though Day 61- heavy fade and leaf curl on pbb1. Pbb2 showing a little fade and some brown spots. Pbb3 is yet to show any fade. CCis fading purple this time and looking and smelling the best. Stems just now starting to lean over on her. They all got 1 liter yesterday after 2 days. And a liter today got another liter, maybe the last water til harvest. Light at 60%.

Beautiful pair of haze berries, both phenos #1 and #2 showing strong healthy roots and big leafs, can't wait to flower this ladies out, I Transplanted the plants after 17 days of being planted on February 2nd because the roots were super well developed and I considered that it was the right time to do so. So now they are in their new 11l house.

Day 35 Gave her a flush and fresh nutrients. Added a little maxibloom. Switched lights to 12/12. Did some defoliation. Nutrients per gallon .5 tsp maxigro .25 tsp maxibloom .25 tsp armor si .5 tsp calimagic .1 tsp 90/10 humic/fulvic acid

Three plants are continuing to grow well and starting to grow a lot more in size. The Dr jack strain is still showing curled folding leaves and marble effect on leaves.

Boom Day 28 after flip. She’s showing off big time. Cleaned her up real good on day 21 before lights out and will defol a lil bit here and there. Feeding really hard cuz it’s hammer time, some stuff like calcium and Bloom Khaos is almost double what is recommended on the feeding chart. And giving strong teas in between with Flower Finisher (1-5-7) and CytoPlus (0-0-7.5) for that extra kick of K. Bti for the win! I’ve been brewing AquaBac (in a tea ball) for 24hrs in ph’d water before adding stuff for ‘instant tea’ …I’m seeing one or two fungus gnats flying around and maybe like 3-4 new lil fuckheads on the sticky traps compared to 10-15 before. Was gonna get some nematodes and/or spray the top soil/cover crop with neem oil but I don’t think I have to (for now). Lights are blasting at 95% and about 13” away and she smells so good. Die Woche verging wie im Fluge. Purple Punch Auto glitzert in den Morgenstunden wunderschön und verströmt einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Momentan duftet diese hier von unseren vier Pflänzchen am stärksten. Die Blüten schwellen nach einem krassen Stretch an. Das intensive LST und das Entfernen störender Blätter hat dazu geführt, dass die Blüten sehr gleichmäßig Sonnenlicht bekommen und später in der Blüte die Luft gut zirkulieren kann. Zwei Tage der Woche standen die Pflanzen unter der Markise, es hat über Stunden heftig geregnet. Nachdem ich meine Grashüpfer letzte Woche umgesiedelt habe, der Fraß ging mir zu weit, sehen die nachwachsenden Pistillen wieder gut aus. Vorher wurden die von den Hüpfern gerne angeknabbert. Das Gießen läuft wie gewohnt nach Gefühl. An heißen Sonnentagen bis zu 1,5 Liter. Soweit die News von unserem Balkon, die nächsten Wochen werden vergehen und dann ist die erste Saison als Weed Gärtner auch schon wieder beendet.

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. Well... I just learned to be more gentle with my ladies I ve broken one of the leaves when I was turning the pot ... poor GG watered with Green Planet nutrients I just hope she won't get mad on me. Nothing really more exciting after those 15 days. Ohh I would forget, I bough a more expensive PH meter because I thought the cheap one that i get from Amazon is not correct. well... ...both of em are showing the same thing. From 14th day I decided to add some silicone and calmag agent into the diet of RQS ldies because they definitely are growing slower and the EC of the solutions made with RQS GROW tablets were a bit too low. I also decided to spray my ladies once a week with foliar from vitalink
