Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. Method 📊📊📊 She trained incredibly well and recovered faster from topping than the NL did to a fim. This grow was a slightly different take on a traditional manifold leaving the top growth tips from each 2nd node (first topping) in place. This gave us 10 main colas as opposed to eight and we also left in a few extra shoots which proved to yield just that little bit extra.😉. If we had the space we would’ve stuck with 8 monster colas. Instead, we tried to squeeze usable bud out of every square inch. Maintenance was a bit of a bitch - had to defo numerous times to keep the light penetration optimal. Which brings us to the grow light - I won’t say it was ineffective cause that’s just not true. But, if this one had gotten much bigger we’d have seen some serious diminishing returns in bud quality. The tops and middles of each 10-12” cola were dense and chunky but the lower buds on the outer branches were like giant fluffy larf pillows. Thankfully there weren’t too many of these and I might’ve been able to solve this issue with some yo-yo’s if I wasn’t so damn lazy and “😜” when work’n on the garden. So, grow light review now that we’re through a few cycles - vipar spectra gets a 6/10 from me. It will grow solid, quality bud but certainly has its limitations. Their manual says it’s 450w should cover a space roughly twice the size of mine. I disagree and actual wattage draw is more like 200w. I’m gonna try to stick to photoperiod SCROGs with it in the future. Only real way to max out it’s effectiveness. Big plus - it’s about perfect for this particular space: 1:. Medium 🎛️🎛️🎛️🎛️ Coco is now the go-to medium in lieu of soil when we grow indoors. I can’t specifically say that the growth time is sped up compared to soil because I’m always growing something different but - she did recover very quickly from her toppings and the drainage is wayyyyy better. The fact that it’s nute neutral allows us to dictate exactly what the plant receives at all times. IMO - more manageable and precise than soil. Include a regular diet of calmag and ur good to grow.: 1: Yield🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴 Oh man what a gong show😎. The book on this one says that you’ll end up having to add support for her as bud weight becomes a serious issue in late flower. RQS is absolutely right, I had three smaller colas on the perimeter stretch for the last corner of light and they just got weighed down by the bud and pretty much fell over😂. We like this. Now the numbers - i did the math twice (and while sober just to make sure😉), you don’t wanna do it, it sucked, so you’ll just have to trust me: 1:. Total dried yield for the kush alone: 3.32oz. This crushes the single plant yield for any strain grown in this cabinet to date by well over an 1oz. : 1:😎. Total harvest yield across both plants: 4.99oz. This also crushes the record yield per cycle in the cabinet by a full ounce!: 1:😎👌💪🤩. The stats say an avg. of 500-550g/m2. Based on the rough size of my cabinet the avg. should be 131.25g/0.25m2.... our actual harvest across both strains - 140.6/0.28m2. That’s pretty damn good and spot on with the specs: 1:.😎 Props👊👊👊👊👊 A great many thanks to everyone who stopped in and cared to take some interest in this cycle. Saw spidermites setting up camp on the dark side of the plant on 1 bud site. There was no sign of them anywhere else. This plant is becoming more trouble than it’s worth and I’ve decided to chop her early after.

Girls are developing well, i have a minor issue but is making me uncomfortable, a bug for the third time something that by research seams to be a lace bug, basically is like little drops of black oil in the leafs this develops in to a little static larvae then it becomes black, is tiny. And apparently does nothing on the surface to the plant, but man this bastards are imortal, I’m in the point of dropping a nuke or using a flame tower in the grow room. I’m deep in to flower... Besides that fir the third time, all good...

The two Red Hot cookies were by far the fastest strains in this run. And also simply beautiful. Bag appeal: 10/10 Yield: 8/10 Pheno #1 47 gram dry Taste:? High: ? Once I did a smoke test. I will add the missing information! Pheno number #2 has significantly more yield than Pheno #1. Pheno #2 smells like bubble gum, I've never had that smell with a strain before. If I had room for a mother tent, pheno#2 would have gotten a spot there. I'm looking forward to the next harvests !:)

Having to flip the other plants to flower as there outgrowing my space and the last plants ended up outgrowing the tent so ive flipped the rest here's the otber girls after 3 weeks flower wont be long for these girls to catch up

This Update came a little bit late cuz time issues but here is it :) Last week i had solution issues and the plants go very fast in bad leaf color. The Solution got too warm in the tanks and the water got a bad smell too. I changed the water and made again the 3rd week nutrition and turned up the fan to get a few degrees colder it worked very well. Roots are so far doing nice and have no burns or rotten parts on nice and white. Then i installed the second light in. The week before i give them 400 W MH and 100 W LED. Now we have 2x 600W and 100 W LED each one turned down to 250 W and the going good. But i had only 1 bulb m MH and so im now have a mixed light end of this week i give them 1 tsp Mineral Magic over the stem to get them stronger Mostly of them are Topped and have not bad mooding on the growing stage of the plants. I hope on get a few Tips on what we can do better on the System Best Regards :) and Good Groow @all

This little lady is growing on track and she seems to be pretty happy. I moved her into a different tent because i was reading that Autos dont do the best until they are flowering in 12/12 of light. Depending how tall she gets i will likely not move her and keep the 18/6 schedule at this time. I am hoping for some better growth in the next few weeks with a closer light and only room for her. Has anyone done autos on a 12/12 schedule? What did you think? Let me know! Hope all is well. Happy growing.

Plants are looking happy and healthy. The worms are also still alive. Ive started tot give the plants 6 liters of water every 4-5 days. Because i'ts such a big container the soil needs alot more time to dry out. Since I started giving bigger amounts of water I see much more worm activity in the top layer of the soil.

I feel like both my Ladies are doing great. I been checking the Trichromes and they are still clear. I'm thinking maybe a few more weeks before harvest. I also stopped giving them nutrients, I hope I'm doing that correctly.

Muy buenas. Ya en la primera semana de vida de esta florcita, ha recibido su primer riego hoy mismo con estimulador de raíz (raziel de hype) veremos como cambia la próxima semana. Con una temperatura entre 23'5/24'5° encendido y 16° apagado con una humedad entre 60/80%. Con el led de 150w al 75% para poder aprovechar bien los lúmenes en sus diferentes fases. Está semana le tocará cambio de maceta por una de 3 litros ya que está en 250 centilitros. Por el momento marcha muy bien con buen color buena forma y asta se le puede ver la capa de glándulas que tiene sobre las hojas.

Number 10 🐝

Going to run 6 different fast buds strains this time.Dropped the seeds in the water and now a wait for the tap roots.One of the seeds is from Papaya cookies last run I found a single perfect seed and hopefully she grows as strong like the plant she come from :). Germinated all seeds in RO water at room temps for 24 hours and gave a little tap with a spoon and they fell to the bottom.I left them in the dark in water for 48 hours total and placed them in a warm wet paper towel in a sealed container for 24 hours.The seeds all developed nice tap roots 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch long and I planted in 5 gal pots.Using a 3 inch layer of fox farm ocean forest on the bottom and the top layer is Pro Mix.

23.05. today is the end of the fourth week for the plants, they haven't progressed much since last week, they grew a few cm and gained a little weight, but they are healthy, which is the most important thing... in a few days I will transplant them and top them because some of them have already developed the sixth pair of leaves, so I simply have to top them. turned out... I thought of transplanting them into 10-liter pots and after two to three weeks into 50-liter holes, however, the weather didn't cooperate, and I was already late anyway because of the bad weather, and because of the same, my plants in the fourth week were the same as they should have been in the second, and because of the same, I couldn't even transplant earlier... now that nothing went according to the "plan", of course, I don't know how smart it is to transplant them into 10 L and then into 50 with the fact that it is with me the longest day of the year is June 22, so that actually a week after that it can start flowering (it usually starts at the end of July or at the end of August, but it can be late and start even in September, and it also knows how to plow and start already at the end of June)...now I think that it is better to buy smart pots of 50-60 liters and immediately transplant into them and then just bury them...another problem with that is that the soil that I took for vegetation has food in it for a month days, if I transplant twice, it may happen that it enters flowering, and the food for the vegetation has not yet been used up, and that would be a problem...advices are welcome Stay high!!!

22-05-21 (Day 8) Today begins a new week for the Kosher Cake. I must say that it has a very rapid growth.. Maybe it will be that I am not used to growing autoflowers and therefore for me it is as if it were a new thing, being used to growing only photoperiodic plants.. 🤷‍♂️🏻😇 I am very curious to see what she will have to give ..
