A lot going on this week!! Feeding 3 quarts every Sunday and Wednesday at this point. I did a light defoliation on Monday and did a more thorough defoliation on Friday! I opened up a lot of bud sights and it shows in the pics from late in the week!! I just turned the fan and carbon filter on. Temps are currently holding at 73-74F and the humidity is between 43-45%. I'm very happy with that! I hope to keep them both happy!! Enjoy!

Start of week 3. Threw some new cover crop seeds and added an alfalfa mulch layer in prep for the flower stretch. Spotted the first pistil on day 17, she is very eager to get going. Tied the main stem down in an attempt to train her. Never got this right before but practice makes perfect, haha! Gave her a good watering of some kelp

In start week 4 flowering! Doing well! Starting to fatten out now! The 2 smaller ones are Bruce banner and are 2 weeks behind the rest in flower!

🌿 Woche 8 - Zweite Erntewoche ️🌿 🌱 Wachstum🌱 Lady 2 wurde Ende Woche 9 also nach knapp 10 Wochen auch geerntet. Bei ihr kam erwarungsgemäß mehr rum bei rum. 47g bei Pflanze Nr. 2 Heißt All in All 83g. Die Mängel sind kaum noch zu übersehen. Ich bin überzeugt das die Pflanze zum Schluss ihr volles Potenzial nicht ausschöpfen konnte. Trotzdem haben es viele gute Buds geschafft und der Rest sieht auch rauchbar aus 😋 🌱 Living Soil🌱 Ich bin mit der Erde so semi zufrieden. Aber wenn man die Umstände bedenkt, und das eigentlich zu kleine Beet, für gleich 2 Pflanzen. Kann ich mich doch noch glücklich schätzen. Nächstes Mal vllt nur eine Pflanze 😜 Vllt hab ich auch hier und da was falsch gemacht. Der Blumat hat mich mitten im Run auch im Stich gelassen. Vllt war es hin und wieder doch etwas zu Trocken. Grade in der 2. Hälfte des Runs. (Update: 4/20/19) Please stand by while they dry. (Update Everything is going great though! The smell is very strong now; no more cut grass smell. From looking at all three today, I believe that some of the smaller branches will be done drying and ready for trimming and weighing in a day or two. I have one guess for dry weight of Big Lemon, any other guesses?? Remember, the picture of Big Lemon hang drying looks like its two plants, but its all Big Lemon; I had to cut it off to be able to hang it. The amputated branch left of the main plant is bigger than my other two plants alone! (Update 5/2/19) Woah...Okay. So after drying the whole for about nine days, and trimming for four days, Big Lemon's dry weight SO FAR is about 430ish grams of super dense and sticky nugs. Its amazing that I got more big bud than I got popcorn nugs from such a big plant. I have one more 1/2 gal Mason Jar of untrimmed tops to finish, then I'll post pics or a vid of the weigh up and glamour shots etc.. Oh, almost forgot, Little Lemon produced about 40 grams of very nice bud. This surpassed expectations because, although it was planted on the same day as Big Lemon, it was the runt of the bunch because it got pushed out of the main tent that had all the lights and Co2 environment and everything. It spent much of late veg under a very weak light. I remember how limp it was when I gambled on it and chose to switch her over to 12/12. But it was totally worth it in the end! Alight back to work for me. Check back later today for pics, vids! (Final Update: 5219 @11:09pm PT) Its done. Its finally done! I had to trim both plants with my own two hands! So Exhausting, yet so rewarding. So above are several videos of the weighing. Grand total for Big Lemon is 14oz of prime top shelf nugs, and about 3oz of nice popcorn/LARF (they are separated as shown above in a video. Forgive me for not throwing it all together to weigh it, I spent a long, long, very long time trimming and sorting and canning the buds according to their respective grade/quality. I may add one more update to show their respective weights. Oh and little lemon produced about an 1 1/2 oz of prime nuggets and quite a bit of popcorn/LARF, which I haven't gotten around to weighing yet. So, Grand Grand total of Both Lemon OG Candy (amazing job with this beast of a strain, Philosopher seeds) is about 18.5oz, or 1lb 2.5oz for two plants; 15.6oz of which is entirely made up of top-shelf buds 😎 Damn I love SoCal, I didnt even need to run carbon filters because no one be trippin about a lil stink weed. Thanks to those for following this grow! Tell me what yall think! Cant wait to see some comments from all you growers out there. (Update: smoke review after a week or two of cure) This Lemon OG Candy had an extended veg period, about 4 months maybe a little longer, and I harvested her on day 56 of flower (recommended harvest 60-70 days) because of the size/distance to light and her root-bound problems. The results so far, a very uplifting and stimulating quality.

Germinated for 24 hours in a glass of water, 48 hours in a paper towel and then I planted them into biodegradable seedling pots. Northern Lights looking a bit ahead of the Dosidos seeds but that was expected I’ve grown Northern Lights before and they sprout real quick. One of the Dosidos’ first true leaves is looking a bit wonky but we’ll see how it goes I suppose.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. On day 1 week 3 flower I am slowly readjusting blumats after reset from fertilizer clog. The flower clusters are building. The leaves are still somewhat canoeing but it seems better since I dimmed light back to 75%. On day 4 I can tell that the stretch is over now. The girls tops are still too close to the grow lights, but it is too late to top/prune the plants so I may end up with some burnt colas. I am going to take the risk and know at the bare minimum I will have all the lower bud sites that are in the proper light intensity. On day 6 the flowers are definitely getting larger.The girls are starting to put off their blueberry smell nothing strong yet but it is building :). On day 7 the girls are doing well, i look forward to seeing the buds put on weight and smell :)

Day 40 of bloom. The stench is so loud it smells like a juice bar in here! Out of 5 Runtz plants I can already distinguish 4 distinct phenos. Two that smell like pure candy (probably the zkittlez influence), one that smells like earth, mint and baked goods (very reminiscent of thin mint gsc or even dosidos), one that smells like straight cherry coke and one that smells exactly like Gelato 33 (citrusy and fresh)! So yeah, pretty excited.

So I was thinking that growth is quite slow in the last two weeks. Then I discovered that the roots were looking weird, and noticed fungus growing on them. So I took the roots out and you can see the problem yourself in the pictures. I removed the bottom part of the roots and I added new coco in the pots, then I placed the girls back. It's been one week now and I can see new roots coming out at the bottom of the pots. The strange thing is that the 2 plants that were healthy(completely white roots) are also having the smallest buds 😒 Btw, I also flushed them with FloraKleen and H2O2(10%, 2ml/l). Then started feeding again, but with reduced nutrients - 630ppm I also elevated the pots, so they don't touch the trays anymore and started using the dehumidifier(50% humidity). I also bought a RO system and started using RO water instead of rainwater. Damn, I hope the harvest will look decent!
