Let’s Go day 85 from Seed!! These ladies have all got the chop !! We will be hanging to dry over the next 2 weeks or 12-14 days an we will be ready for trim an jar up for cure! Everything seems to be going great for them to all be random bag seeds! Temp is staying a little higher than I would like trying to figure out some ways to cool it down may just order some new lights!

It too longer than usual. Maybe one extra week. The smell after trimming was amazing. Like pine and cotton candy. I think it was the Canna Boost. Amazing smell. This was my first DWC grow and plan to continue using this method.

D-29 : I made a mistake. I think the second top I did today was too soon. Only 4 days after the first one. What is done, is done. Now, let see what happend but, I'll wait more for the last top. I think I'll wait untill the new mains have at least 3 new real nodes. On top of that, 2/4 of the plants have brocken branches because of too tough HST. D-30 : Every thing is ok except that the new mains are really really really small.... It should be better in a couple of days. D-33 : The one that have been broken during topping, still alive and looks pretty good, but she grow slower than the others. And more, the branch that have broken grows slower than the other one. That means that she's not symetrical anymore, and then, it's not good for the main-lining... I let her grow anyway. We'll decide later what we'll do with her. The others are getting back to a normal pace.

The last week there has been a few hiccups. I over watered the gal a bit so the branches were drooping, a few days of almost 40 degrees so some heat stress didn't help but they still grew close to 5" though!! They have really filled out after I gave them a small pruning on day 44, and with the few hiccups they have come back healthy. I.e to.much water so let them dry out, and cut my it in half the volume which seems to be working better. I used a magnifying glass app to see when I'll get some signs of flower they are obviously not there yet but for a free app awesome pics. Pretty happy with how they are growing, no issues with bugs or critters. I'm using a few herbs as a natural bug repellent which seems to be working but have a neem oil spray bottle ready incase. A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. I apologise for the late updates, what you see on the photograph is what i found growing after my 5 day Christmas absence. i actually took the photographs on the day of my 41 birthday. During this time the four plants drank a lot of water that nobody was refilling, normally it was ok, this time though when i came beck the ph was at 5.6 after i replenished the missing water it jumpted to only 5.8. It happened first time to me so i thought "give it a couple of days girls will drink and the replenished fresh water with PH of 7.4 will up my reservoir", Unfortunately it was a bad choice, plants started to drink less and less every passing day, so at this week end started adding PH+ (first time since a long time, my PH+ bottle was bought in 2015 ;) During the week only added PH+ and PK 13-14. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 40 cm. over the canopy and runs at 550W. So here we go in week 7 of 12/12. I'm currently having issues with my pH meter, or maybe my tank is just way to high on pH. It shows around 10.0 and that's not good so I truly hope it''s just a fault of the meter. I'm getting delivered new one today so I'm immediately gonna retest everything and give them looooong flush with correct pH and EC. EC shouldn't be too high and girls are very brave so far, I haven't really noticed any signs of nut burns or pH burns. Let's hope it's not gonna go wrong until new meter arrives, Other than that smell is pretty strong, I'd say maybe too strong even for me and I usually don't mind the aroma at all :) Together with new pH meter I'm getting new HPS bulb (the old one has already done 3 grows over 3 years), and dehumidifier, because I have had some issues with mould during my previous grows. I'd say 3 more weeks of feeding and 2 weeks of flush and we should be done. I wish I switched earlier because 2 plants can't really fit there and I accidentally snapped 2 main branches so I definitely want to avoid this next grow. Thanks for checking.

The plants are doing really good! I made a first light defoliation beginning of the week and continued the LST day by day. So far I broke no branch. I planned to switch to 12h/12h schedule beginning of next week but the plants grew too big already so I decided to switch a bit earlier. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Gorilla Cookies : 40cm Purple Lemonade : 32cm Wedding Cheesecake : 44cm

Final days as a big storm is coming I will harvest a bit early but most of the trichomes are cloudy smells absolutely amazing.
