*****Week 15 growth – March 13 to 19, 2021 – Week 6 flower ****** Feeding has ended this week and we are in flush mode now. The girls have just started to slow down their drinking and pistols are changing colour, buds are swelling, they are getting ready to finish. Added the UV and IR light bars in this week. Started the week with just one bar and then both in place by end of week. Each bar has 10 x 730nm, 10 x 395nm, 6 x 660nm pulling 30 watts each. Trichome enhancers!! Working with the new light this run I have certainly pushed them with more light intensity than they should have received, broke 1100 PAR for a bit. This has also started to cause some foxtails to begin rather than staying compact and swelling the buds. Know for next time……always changes to make 😊 Little more detail….. Mar 13/21, Day 36 - Feed day with full line of Innovating Plant Products but at ¾ strength. - Keeping up the feeding but thinking about nitrogen levels and working on reducing. - feeding with grow – 0.5, micro – 1.5, bloom – 2.5, ult B – 0.5, carbs – 0.75, B Storm – 2, S Storm – 3, Terp – 3, Jet Fuel – 1.5, Rezin 1 - 1300ppm and 6.2pH - 4L - Added in the first UV bar today Mar 14/21, Day 37 - Seeing lots of swelling these days from the girls. - Microbe feeding today…….possibly last round of microbes. - Plain tap water with Recharge @ ½ tsp/gal and Natures Candy @ 1.5ml - 400ppm and 6.1pH - 3L all around today…..very little run off. Mar 15/21, Day 38 - Another feed day today. Last week of feed so pushing them a little more. No Grow added! Last couple of feeds with CalMag as well, seeing some magnesium issues so giving last dose. - feeding with micro – 1.5, bloom – 2.5, ult B – 0.5, carbs – 1, B Storm – 2.5, S Storm – 3, Terp – 3, Jet Fuel – 1.5, MagNifiCal – 1.5ml - 1175ppm and 6.0pH - 4L - Mar 16/21, Day 39 - Just giving the basic building blocks at this stage. Most of the supplements not added this feeding. - feeding with Grow – 0.5, micro – 1.5, bloom – 2, carbs – 1, Rezin – 1.5ml, MagNifiCal – 0.5ml - 875ppm and 6.0pH - 4L Mar 17/21, Day 40 - Last Feed Day……calling it at day 40 this run!!!!! - 4L of feed water left from yesterday so added in 12L of RO water to keep the ppm down. - Left over plus Rezin @ 2ml, Overdrive @ 2ml (its hard to let go of your routines…I have been using Overdrive for so long……it feels wrong to not be using it this run….snuck in a couple ml😊) - 485ppm and 6.0pH - 4L - Light power pushed back up to 525 watts……..keeping the intensity up to hit the lower bud sites….will see what happens to the uppers. Mar 18/21, Day 41 - Starting flush but not hitting the pots with 12 gallons of water each type of flush! Will just drop the ppm down to nothing and use RO water……planning on having close to 3 weeks to flush….second guessing that I really have that long though so may actually end up adding a flushing agent to the girls…..decide in the next 4 days so can leave plain water time if I do. - Watering with Enzymes @ 2ml…….clean up the roots and help them get more of the ppm out of the media. - 100ppm and 5.9pH……..missed the pH but not adding both up and down, ran with this. - 4L - Light power pulled back down 480 watts Mar 19/21, Day 42 - Dry out day today. Will be letting the pots get dryer now before adding more moisture. - Leaving them for today though. Give flushing agent in next 2 days if going to. - Work down the light intensity more in next couple of days as well. - UV lights going now for 3 hours per day on both fixtures at the middle of the light schedule.

Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. Use the pressure compensating type. https://growdiaries.woodroom.tel/diaries/232811-strawberry-cookies-og-r1-cherry-diesel-bbgs-ego-epg-ebg-grow-journal-by-001100010010011110/week/1366923 -- use something similar to those. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Resin is increasing and looks like bud sites are ready to start putting on some bulk. Issue with low ph drift reaching 5.2 so I decreased 50ppm with distilled water without calmag to soften the water and counter the drift. After decreasing ppm, ph drift continues, so I flushed for 2 days with distilled water and added back nutrients at half strength to increase to 800 ppm over time.

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! Have fun enjoy the videos!

21.8 7th flowering week full and man these girls are frosty. Totally different phenos thou. But I don't mind interesting actually.. 👌 This fat leafed is one the frostiest plant I've come across more like Og nose on that. Other I guess more glue like and that smells true to her name and loud.. They've gotten good amount of mass in last weeks and I hope they still do being pretty small. Atleast 9 weeks or these girls seems like.. Others in my tent I started flushing they show signs of ripening these don't not just yet. And these were the smallest ones and started flowering last. Really nice surprise these seeds I didn't know what to expect really but yeah 👍 happy growing boys and girls! btw that in that video is my whole tent with Shiskaberry's and Orange Shreb's Peace out! 🙏

🗓️Week 4 VEG ´⊱╮🐢╰PLANT UPDATES ╰⊰´🐢⊱╮ 📝 Notes - She is looking great. On week 3, I made a Boo Boo with the Neem Oil and forgot to rinse the residue off. Yup, You got it burn 🔥 lol. For the rest of week 3 light was at 60% @ 30” off canopy. Monday she snapped out of my mistake and went back to 75% @ 30”” off canopy. Set me back a week for flower . DLI is 20-24, PPFD 320-400. This seems to be the sweet spot for her in my opinion. VPD is on point 1.2- 1.4 😎 Friday I decided to give the lady a Foliage Spray with Silica and a little Cal-Mag to help get ready for more light. Was at 25%@30” while she was drinking the spray. After I kicked it up to 85%@30” 400-450 PPFD, DLI 24-26 👌 see if she can take it lol. Nope she did not like the extra ☀️, back to 75%@30” until flip, this is definitely this strains sweet spot for veg. 2020-08-16 End of week 8 of flowering! Nutrients are still stable with the same amounts (EC=1600/1200). Gonna ride them out until the end of the growth. Gonna start monitoring the trichomes daily so I can figure out when to flush. They look about 100% milky!

White Widow – Week 6 | Second Big Flower, Buds Forming 🌸🌿 Light Schedule: 12/12 from seed Room Temp: ~28°C (stabilized with AC) Humidity: ~66% VPD: ~1.33 kPa CO₂: 450–800 ppm Watering: Hand watering Soil Content EC: ~2.96 ⸻ From Hairs to Buds This week marks a real turning point. Our White Widow is moving past simple hairs, now we can clearly see the beginnings of tiny buds forming. It’s the second big flower stage in her journey, and the structure is starting to express the true White Widow personality: compact, resinous, and promising. I took her out of the tent for another photoshoot, capturing her in detail with the Sony A6000. Close-ups show her leaves, structure, and those first clustered flowers. I also filmed short videos, including one where I share how I talk with my plants daily. For me, it’s not optional — it’s part of a symbiotic relationship. Plants respond to energy and care, and I believe everyone should try it. 🌱💭 ⸻ Light Strategy – Emerson Effect Simulation A special note this week: I recorded a screen video from the TrolMaster TM+ app to show how the lights are scheduled. 🌅 Wake-up: The reds switch on 15 minutes before the whites and blues. 🌇 Wind-down: At night, the reds also stay on 15 minutes longer than the other spectrums. This is designed to simulate sunrise and sunset while taking advantage of the Emerson Effect, a synergistic boost in photosynthesis efficiency when far-red and red light are combined with other wavelengths. The result? Plants wake up and settle down more naturally, with smoother light transitions, reduced stress, and potentially increased energy capture. It’s a small tweak, but it reflects how every detail of this environment is tuned with intention. ⸻ Environmental Changes This week, a big addition: the AC unit. Before, the room was running hot at 31–32°C and more, but now it’s stable at 28°C (occasionally 29°C). Combined with ~66% RH, this gives a steady VPD of 1.33, right in a comfortable zone for flower. CO₂ naturally fluctuates between 450–800 ppm, and the plants are thriving in these conditions. Even during the hotter weeks, they adapted beautifully, proof of the resilience of both the genetics and the environment we’ve been building. ⸻ Feeding & New Recipe Until now, she’s been on the Aptus base recipe: • Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L This week, I introduced a Plagron trio to push flower development: • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Why now? Because she’s transitioned from stretch to actual bud formation. Power Buds helps with compact flowering sites, Sugar Royal enhances metabolism and energy (especially under high light), and Green Sensation supports resin and bud swelling later on. Together with Aptus, it’s a blend of precision and experimentation, trusting experience, intuition, and past results. ⸻ 12/12 From Seed – A Quick Recap This run is about exploration: • Started from seeds, with early germination struggles (mistakes included, lessons learned). • This White Widow is the sole survivor of those early days. • Straight into 12/12 from seed, she grew compact and resilient, surprising us by taking her time to flower despite the cycle. • Now, at Week 6, we see her first true buds. She’s not the tallest, but she’s beautiful, living proof of how genetics + environment + patience = results. ⸻ Looking Ahead What to expect: • Buds thickening and clustering. • Stronger aroma starting to emerge. • More demand on nutrition as flowering sites expand. What not to expect: • A tall, stretchy plant — she’s compact and will likely stay that way. • Early harvest — White Widow still takes her time, even under 12/12. ⸻ Shoutouts & Gratitude 🙏 🌱 Zamnesia – for the legendary White Widow genetics 💧 Aptus Holland – for the precise, reliable base nutrients 🌸 Plagron – for the flower enhancers that now join the recipe 💡 ThinkGrow – for the bar LEDs keeping perfect spread 🚀 Future of Grow – for the Black Series 600W full-spectrum power 🧠 TrolMaster – for automating and stabilizing the grow environment (and letting us dial in the Emerson effect with custom light scheduling!) And of course, thank you to everyone following this diary, reading, supporting, and sharing this journey. This project is about more than just one plant, it’s about experimenting, learning, and connecting with the grow along the way. ⸻ 📸 Check the gallery for: • Close-ups of bud formation • Studio shots with the Sony A6000 • Behind-the-scenes of the grow room • Video captures including the TrolMaster light scheduling demo • Daily plant connection moments 🌱 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic.
