This new week started better as with some flushes I brought the runoff back to 6.5/7, the plant seems to be growing well

Another good week. They got their first real water twice this week. They are enjoying the high humidity and temps. Right on track so far and hoping they keep it up!

The funky one has the biggest new growths coming out of the nodes this is week 6 some ph damage from acccaidental un Ph neem mix that I use I forgot to ph but that was about right after the begging of week 5 doing good now looking less ph burned and the new growths are getting big . February 2, 2021 (Week 4, Day 29): The plants grew enough overnight to top at the third node. This is the second and last time I'll be topping these plants - this is the Nebula method of manifolding. I also took off the second node of each growth stem as well as the original fan leaves. I've pressed them in my plant press to save the memories of my experience with my first grow. I also redid the LST on every plant. The new growth sites I've pinned to the fan leaves. I really enjoy doing LST, it's quite therapeutic to figure out just how to support the plant without harming it. I think I am getting great lateral growth so far. The main growth stems are swelling a lot at the bases. Medium is still wet from yesterday - lightly tilled about a half inch of top soil. I've turned down the humidity another 5% this week. I'll keep it there most likely until I start the flowering cycle. Averaging 60% rH and 78℉. Plants are happy, and I am happy. 😸 February 3, 2021 (Week 4, Day 30): Plants are looking good this morning. The nitrogen toxicity in Unknown 2 is beginning to subside. Now Unknown 1 seems to be having a nitrogen toxicity as well - slight leaf curling at the ends with a very lush and dark green color. I am assuming this soil is still very hot. As I've lowered the humidity I suspect more nutrients are being sucked in through the roots instead of transpiration through the leaves. I think the plants are going to take a little bit to get used to the hot soil, but I bet once they do they'll be as happy as ever. Medium is still slightly moist this morning, no watering. I tilled a half inch of top soil again to keep everything aerated. Most likely will water tomorrow or the next day. My LST seems to be holding nicely. I tied down Unknown 2's first growth tips as the fan leaves have finally straightened out after the topping yesterday. New growth tips are emerging nicely from the third node of each lateral stem. Averaging 60% rH and 77℉. Nothing else to report for today. February 4, 2021 (Week 4, Day 31) : Growth looks good overnight. I think this second topping is confusing the plants a bit. Lots of bulking of the stems, but not much lateral growth. I have a feeling they'll take off over the next few days. They're still growing really well. I posted a grow question last night having to do with little white bead-like structures growing on the surfaces of the leaves on every plant. I was concerned it may be a mold or fungus starting to grow. I did a bunch of research and it seems to be early trichome development called "sessile glands". I still have the question open and I am trying to get confirmation. Really hoping if they're trichomes that's a good sign that these plants are going to be frosty. I uploaded some pictures to show the development. Over night they started to grow everywhere on the leaves - hopefully they really are just trichomes and I am being over-vigilant. Better safe than sorry. I watered the plants today without nutrients; 3 liters per plant pH'd to 5.8. Runoff sitting at ~6.5 pH now which is much better. I'll continue to run 5.8 pH solution until I see the pH of the soil come down to at least 6.2-6.3. Tomorrow I'll most likely have to defoliate a bit and tie down the second sets of growth stems, as they're beginning to stretch and grow vertically. Averaging 60% rH and 76℉. Happy growing all! 😸 February 5, 2021 (Week 4, Day 32): The plants are exploding with growth now. I defoliated the fan leaves from the first node on every plant and tied down the growth stem for lateral growth. These plants are meaty as hell. The stems are thickening really quickly and I am getting tons of foliage and stem growth. The third nodes are starting to come around. I think I figured out the "mold" issue I thought was starting. They're definitely trichomes, not mold. I touched the leaves that were sparkling and my fingertips got sticky, oily, and reeked of weed - so that's great news. The smell in my grow room is getting stronger every day. While defoliating this morning I found my first pre-flowers on Gelato 1! It looks like all the plants are female, but Gelato 1 threw some pretty pistils at me to get my attention. Seems like the plants are reaching maturity. Depending on growth over the next few weeks it may be time to switch to flower soon! I am aiming for about 16" in veg before switching. Seeing these pre-flowers made me so anxious for flowering. Unknown 1 and Unknown 2 are doing great as well - all the signs of the nitrogen toxicity have subsided. Unknown 2 has more trichomes on the leaves than any of the other plants, and its foliage is a beautiful deep green. They are either different phenotypes or different strains entirely as the two of them are growing and looking quite different. Unknown 1 is much lankier so I suspect a different strain. Unknown 2 is especially squat and I suspect it's 100% indica or close to it. Medium is still wet. Averaging 60% rH and 77℉. No other news today. February 6, 2021 (Week 4, Day 33): Last 24 hours I have seen at least an inch of lateral growth per growth stem on each plant. These girls are absolutely loving life from the looks of it, they're growing incredibly fast. I redid a bunch of LST today. Had to move every tie up one node. Medium is still moist. Lightly tilled half inch of top soil. Gelato 1 is shooting out more pre-flowers. Thanks to my wife we have new friends that have joined us in the smart pots. 😸 Averaging 60% rH and 75℉. Happy weekend everyone! February 7, 2021 (Week 4, Day 34): These girls are chugging right along. Tons of great lateral growth every 24 hours at this point. Having to adjust LST pretty much every morning to accommodate for the crazy growth. Gelato 1 is a freak of nature - the fan leaves are gigantic. Defoliated again today; took the fan leaves from the third node of each plant. Will be defoliating the first node of the secondary growth stems tomorrow most likely. Medium is slightly moist. Tilled the soil again. Will be watering tomorrow morning most likely. There's still a little dropping at the ends of the leaves so I will hold off on nutrients until all nitrogen toxicity has subsided. Averaging 60% rH and 77℉. Nothing else for today. February 8, 2021 (Week 4, Day 35): Watered today with 3 liters of 5.8 pH filtered water per plant (no nutrients) - runoff around ~6.7-6.8 pH. Will most likely resume nutrients upon next feeding depending on how the plants look. Defoliated entire first node from center four growth stems and tied down third nodes. Readjusted outside LST. The plants are almost to the outside of the pot which is when I'll switch to vertical growth. Unknown 1 is very close to being let loose, it's also pre-flowering now. Gelato 1 is now covered in pre-flowers - it's definitely a happy plant. Unknown 2 is still the runt of the group but also appears to be almost 100% indica by how stout it is. It's showing sex but no pistils yet. All three plants seem to responding well to mainlining and the stress isn't making them skip a beat. Stems are getting huge. I downloaded an app on my phone to check how well my lights are doing and, if the readings are accurate, I am very impressed with these lights. I've read cannabis can handle around ~65 DLI, so I am right where I need to be. Averaging 60% rH and 78℉. That ends week 4 of veg. Time is flying. Hoping to switch to flower in two weeks for a total of six weeks in veg. Getting super stoked to switch over! Happy growing everyone! 👽

Hey everyone! Since topping has been done on them, I started working on some LST to bulk up and shape the branches. The plants had some very fast responde to the topping and almost no stress, the LST has been working very well too. Next week I will put them under the scrog net and start shaping towards a flower carpet. I have some weird things growing out of the leaves that look like thricomes, does anyone know what this is? Plants seem very healthy. Thxx! 🙏

Grows very fast in compare to other special queen's that i started 2 weeks earlier. Its 25 days from seed.and much bigger than the others.. Im going to try low stress training but i dont know if its a right time or not. It s my first grow indoor And i will be happy with some help from old Growers..

She's looking very healthy and happy and strong, she has developed perfectly during this last 3 weeks since she was planted and I cannot wait to transplant this lady and start giving her the bushy discreet shape that I need! Let's get to work! 💚❤️💛

Hey growmies! ✌️ Time for another update on the Frosty Tooth growing in the Minigrow One. We’re currently at day 19 since switching to the bloom phase, and the first signs of bud development are starting to show. The buds are still small, but it’s a promising start! The plant is staying incredibly compact, but the leaves are growing in abundance. To give her some breathing space, I had to do two rounds of heavy defoliation. The difference is already noticeable—she looks much tidier and healthier now. 🌱 I’m really curious to see how much she’ll stretch as the buds continue to develop. I’ve heard that the buds can grow so tall they almost touch the protective glass below the grow light without getting burned. Let’s put that to the test and see how far she can go! 😅

(11/04-11/10) First Week Notes & Observations: One week old, not much to report to report other than the first plant is smaller than the second at the start of the week. Removed the domes as the humidity in the tent is set pretty high and think it should be fine. RH this week was monitored for 80% Temps were monitored for 78F daytime and 68-70F overnight. Lights were adjusted to provide 280ppfd on plant 1 and 270ppfd plant 2 - that is also the max for this week. It's an increase from 150 last week. Feed & Monitor: Day 11 - both plants were fed about .80 gallons of 5.8ph de-chlorinated tap water for runoff. Both plants produced .25 gallons of 6.7ph and 1980/1950ppm runoff measured with 2 ph pens that were tested&calibrated first. Plant 1 top soil test after feed was avg 6.62 and plant 2 avg 6.85 both plants were tested 3 times on top soil. Made a video of plants.... not sure what is expected here, but think it will just be for fan movements and free music. Hope everyone enjoys the daily progressions of overhead and side profile (Organized Chaos). I will try to add Black back or cover pics by end of week every week.

Week 8: Day 50-53: All seemed well with the White Crack plants, gave em their normal feed on day 51 PH'd to 6.5 and measured runoff PH(only got enough from WC#1 and #2). WC#1 read an astoundingly low 5.3 PH!! Like what??? No visible signs of stress or deficiences, but leaves feel less healthy than the other 2 White Cracks. WC#2's runoff measured at higher than ingoing at 6.7PH, which I think means I'm under feeding her. She looks insanely healthy though, so will just up her and WC#3's doses next feed, as they both look like very similar phenos and leaves feel and look healthy on both plants. Day 54-56: Ok so decided to flush WC#1 like I did with the 4 Assed Monkeys because runoff was more tha 1 whole PH off from ingoing last feed on day 51. Ended up with a runoff of 6.5PH, same as ingoing feeding immediately after the flush read 6+PH(took 4L of 6.5 PH'd water with regulator). Fed WC#2 and #3 with their scheduled calmg feed but I added some super PK this time to get the PH of the soil down a bit. Ended up getting 6,2-6,4 runoff on both plants, very happy with results of all my runoff now. Finally got that behind me... End of Week 8: WC#1 seems to be finishing the fastest, along with 4AM#1(if we go by the orange pistils). WC#2 and #3 have really stretched a bit more these past few weeks catching up to WC#1, and they all look amazing! Really stoked for the end of the month!

Applied 1/3 gal Nutrients by hand on day 1 of week 5. I defoliated leaves and shoots on the second node to build my manifold. I will be keeping the 1st and 3rd nodes on each main creating 8 colas with less topping then traditional Main-Lining. I preformed the 2nd topping on day 2 of week 5( the plants now have 8 shoots each and I will eventually be applying LST to the new 8 shoots).I haven't had any more issues with the Blumats but I am still dialing them in...I'm starting to see the pros of having a digital irrigation system vs my analog, but this is what I have available at the moment plus it's nice not having another wire to plug in 😉 Applied 1/3 gal Nutrients by hand on day 3 of week 5. On day 4 of week 5 I defoliated large fan leaves on well developed shoots on node 1 of mains(will do the same to node 3 of mains when those shoots grow out from the last topping). Applied 1/3 gal Nutrients by hand on day 5 of week 5. It's day 6 week 5 and I'm starting to see some possible issues with over watering and over fertilizing. One of my plants leaves started to claw slightly no burnt tips but I can tell she is slightly unhappy. I will lower the nutrients while making sure when I fertilize I get more runoff. I also dialed back my Blumats so that they water less(I'm starting to see a little green algae forming on the surface of the Coco this tells me it is staying too moist).

She’s a total beast! Gave her a little defol to remove some fan leaves blocking light to the lowers, also removed her from the block she was standing on as it wasn’t necessary anymore because she reached height. Now to see some flowers develop! 😊

Harvest time for Do-si-dos round 2. The last 2 weeks of flowering and the week of flushing, lead to make growth in the size, density and weight of the buds. This plant has just blown my mind, compared to round 1. Will update in 7-14 days with dry weight and smoke test. Sept 8 - dry weight came in at 170 (minus about 5 grams) for smoke test. Very impressed with the final weight, bud quality, density and the unbelievably smooth smoke, that this Do-si-dos plant produced during round 2. I get so high off of one joint, I forget I even smoked one! This girl is definitely a keeper strain in my garden!

Even the longest journey begins with the first step, and this grow was another step on the way to perfection as the journey itself is the destination. Learned a lot and can't wait to apply my knowledge to the next strain.
