Blütewoche 6 Was soll ich sagen die Blüten werden immer fetter und fester. Ich bin eigentlich nur noch alle zwei Tage am gießen. Mehr ist nicht zu tun. Gut das die Gemüseanzucht wieder los geht sonst wäre es fast langweilig 😉 Die Pflanzen sehen nach wie vor sehr gesund aus, lediglich im unteren Bereich merkt man langsam das Nährstoffe verlagert werden. Trauermücken sind kaum noch zu sehen. Da haben die fressfeinde sich wohl gelohnt. Die Skywalker ist eine sehr einfach anzubauende Sorte. Bei mir haben sich meiner Meinung nach 4 unterschiedliche Phenos gezeigt. Lasst mir dazu aber gerne eure Meinung da! Liebe Grüße 🖖

Phew! She's growing with insane vigor!! She was watered with a 2.5 gallon dosage of de-chlorinated tap water today! The previous 1.5 Gallon dosage was "only"(lol) lasting for 3 days before becoming 90% dry, so I've gone up to max dosage! 2.5 Gallons caused 15% of that water to run-off, out of the bottom of the pot. She will likely dry to 90% again, and be ready for another dosage in 5 days! I'm extremely excited to defoliate her, she's testing my patients! :)

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Two weeks Of Flowering Completed 12th March 2020 Ginger Nut cookies managed to squeeze in another inch or so of stretch this week but is now focusing on the flower production. I'ts only early on but I can already detect a distinct difference in aromas from both the mother plant and the Red Diesel clone "Feminised pollen " donor. The GSC mother had a strong funky smell , whilst the red diesel was straight up Gassy smelling. The buds on this plant smell sort of Fruity and sweet which is interesting. Now that the stretch is done I'll switch my supplemental feeds to More Potassium etc . Gave her a nice Drink yesterday of unsulphured Australian sugar cane Mollasses mixed with Rain water. This is a great source of Iron , Calcium and Potassium as well as lots of sugars and carbs for the roots to use as food. I did the weekly Ph and Temp check and it was 6.5 and 22c . That is about all I have to Report this week so...... Now it's Time for...... Week 7: Preparing for Flowering At the beginning of the week, we installed the net, marking the final stretch before flipping to flower. The plant is growing beautifully, and I’m genuinely impressed by its vitality. All the training seems to have had no negative impact—she’s handling everything like a champ! 💪🌿 By the end of the week, it’s finally time to switch to flower—wish me luck! 🍀 Challenges this week: Temperature: ~26°C Humidity: ~35% VPD: A whopping 2.4! Not exactly ideal, but thanks to the large fabric pot, she had enough water to keep going strong while I was on vacation. 🌱💦 We’re still seeing light-colored tips, and she’s putting on a final growth spurt before I flip the switch! 🌸🚀

5/25 - Last entry just for completeness since she was technically still alive and kicking on this day. Added a bunch of pics and a vid prior to her chop, which was the night of 5/26 (pics for that will come after she's trimmed). I think she might yield even more than Helen, but we'll see. I can't say enough how fun this entire process has been, and I'm already feeling like an empty-nester without them. Definitely planning to start another grow (Mephisto Double Grape! and maybe another??) in a few weeks, but also thinking of adding additional electricity/outlets first. Not too much else to say here since I haven't been checking pH/ppm since I started "flushing" (my least favorite part of growing lol). I'm drying out a Heather tester bud I accidentally clipped when chopping her, and I'm excited to compare the effects to Helen (which I have been enjoying immensely!!)

The 3 that are in the 5 gallon pots are the gorilla gas seeds and the one in the litte pot is the blueberry pie f1 fast and another grow off im involved in with seedsman. All of them are off to a great start in seedling starter mix. Just transplanted the gorilla gas seeds into their 5 gallon pots where they will remain for the rest of the grow. Right now I'm just feeding them 6.5.ph water. The coco I'm using is preamended with nutrients to last a couple weeks. Can't wait to watch these girls grow! I'm going to try to get a time lapse video of the grow if I can get my camera working right.

As said before, I'm incredibly happy that I got to harvest a little bit. Never expected her to make it, but she kind off did! The smell was pungent and sweet like an amnesia haze should be, hoping that will be even better after drying and curing!

day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D

More Big changes this week! The flowers seem to be growing and getting bigger every day - I anxiously look in my tent each morning to see the new developments and there seems to be new changes each time - very cool to smoke a bowl in the morning and go check your garden! I was able to get some pretty cool photos with my macro lens - I found the ONLY flower site and first signs of red colors on one of the lower flowers of Cherry Gorilla #3 - I was able to get some pretty sweet pics of that. If you have a smart phone or tablet, definitely check out some of the macro shots and pinch/zoom in! I did add a fan on the bottom blowing underneath the canopy, in efforts of opening up the stomata of the ladies. We are finally having our first relatively hot week up here and it has absolutely tested my environment management skills - AC, Dehumidifier, Fans, Window open and close - this silly temp VPD and humidity control dance all day will not be too much longer, very much looking forward to the lower temperatures of the fall and winter months! When opening up the tent - you are blasted with a unfamiliar smell that can be explained as a sweet dank. I have touched some of the lower buds on each of the plants and WOW! - They are SWEET and Cherry flavor like crazy - The GMO is just as I expected - Garlic Gas Sweetness when touching her leaves - You are left with a very sticky goo on your finger that absolutely smells of its particular strain. Again - I could not be happier with the garden, and especially this being my first grow ever. Looking forward to more changes and absolutely some input from the Grow Diaries Community!

Hello everyone first grow big bud strain under 600w hps I've noticed that I defo need a humidifier and temp is a little high sometimes reaching 30c and humidity defo to low so humidifier is a must so far they look healthy to me feel free to give me tips or advise thanks

3rd week of Flower done, Shining silver haze is 99days old and honey cream and critical are 68days old. Been hard controlling the front 2 plants definitely taken over light of back 2 plants, starting to support honey cream at front as its coals are getting heavy ans dropping. Will increase nutrients today, 3rd week done and looking good and healthy got the odd brown pistols and hoping it's not mould related

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. I will just continue to top feed until roots are in the water.. Shouldn't be more than a few more days. 1/5/2024- Germination Day 11 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. Things going well so far (fingers crossed) I did have a slight problem with a tray and it's pump. Hence why 2 plants smaller then the other 2. However have fixed that (put a new pump in) will keep an eye on them over next couple days..
