Pasados unos días del transplante seguimos con la actualización de los seguimientos de las variedades green gelato de RQS. Cambiamos el sistema de iluminación de hps a Spectrum board de #heavengrowligths.

Vegetation Phase - Week 2 Shoutout to Cannapot, the Austrian plug who came through with the genetics from Humboldt Seed Company. The 10 Donutz plants are pushing through their second week of veg, and while the majority are thriving, a few challenges are starting to show — all part of the game when experimenting with new soil, pots, and nutrients. Updates & Adjustments: Lamp Adjustment: Raised the light to reduce stress and give the plants more breathing room as they stretch and develop. Watering: Keeping it relaxed and minimal with reverse osmosis (RO) water. No overwatering here — slow and steady wins the race. Nutrients: If deficiency will further ill add more fertilizer. Observations: 9/10 plants are growing steadily, with vibrant green leaves and visible progress in height and structure. 1 runt: One plant is struggling hard — stunted growth, ugly leaves, and generally looking like it’s fighting for its life. Still, it’s got a spot in the tent, and we’ll see if it can bounce back. Some minor issues spotted on a few plants, likely nutrient deficiencies as they adjust to the new setup. It’s not surprising, given the new gear and methods, but nothing alarming yet. Next Steps: Staying the course with low-stress management. Let the plants adjust to their environment and dial in any issues over time. The Donutz are strong genetics, so they’ll likely power through. Even the sickly one gets a chance — no plant left behind! This sea is still on track to make waves.

These girls are exploding like the bomb seeds they are! Always a treat to grow any Bomb seeds in my experiences. I have grown Both Atomic and Widow bomb before and great seeds/genetics and amazing top shelf buds on massive plants. They are really blowing up now there roots are in the water and all 4 have been topped in prep for LST and there screens. I also installed my DIY reservoir cooler and wrapped my buckets in reflective insulation stuff to keep heat out and keep water cool. Will post some results when I test it more...

7/27/2023- Prep Tent and system are cleaned and ready to go from my last grow. I have submitted my Journa for the Diary of the Month Competition here is to hopeing for good resutls. 7/28/2023- Germination Day 0- Seed initiation Well lets get this new Grow started.. So My Dad Sent me a custom Strain that he wanted me to grow out and Breed for him. The Strain is Called Red Rhino: Red Rhino is an amazing strain coming from Israel and boasts a 60% Sativa and a 40% Indica. This strian comes from crossing double gum and master kush. Effects are an increased appetite, as well as giving you ephoric feelings throughout the whole day. RO Water Used Added Hydrogen Peroxided 8/1/2023- Germination Achieved G-Day 1 Popped her head above the root riot today to say hello.. Woot first challenge when dealing with an unknown seed and a new Strain is getting the seed to pop and the lady to show life. 8/2/2023- Germination Day 2 Took the root riot out today and it was soaked not good plant drowing again. I am still having a hard time finding the right blance for where the water should be to keep the root riot moist and not soaked. I had to drain some of the water out of the root riot plug to help give a little oxygen. I also removed some of the water. 8/3/2023- Germination Day 3 Looking good stretching her leaves out to let in the lights 8/4/2023- Germination Day 4 Looking good a few days until I put them into the RDWC System and get this thing rocking and rolling. 8/5/2023- Germinaiton Day 5 Looking good will probably plant tomorrow if the roots are still looking good. 8/6/2023- Plant Day- Germination Day 6 Planted into the RDWC System today. Joy when they go into the system as long as we dial that in right this will now be a great grow.. Survived the hard part.. 8/7/2023- Germination Day 7 Fell over today I am worried.., she is showing some damage on the lower leaves from the over watering in the cloning machine but right now I don't see any new damage. Supported the Stems with little improvised pole to help her stand up. 8/8/2023- Germination Day 8 Added the first Nutes today, to help support root growth and to help give there first jump to growth. The gas tax x obama runtz is a disappointment so far just like my skunk apple runtz starting to realize how much work legit breeders actually put in to make a good strain. The plant liked being topped it just has not hit its stride yet it definitely going to be a skiny lady The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

Flushing now. She smells of pine and gas. Fading out and wrapping it up! She really is enduring the craziest swings in temps and humidity! ✌️💚🌿💨

So here they are after the long wait, they got soooooo big!! 😍 her massive indica leaves are soaking up all that sun 🌞 she looks really healthy & she's the biggest out the whole plot, that was lucky lol i think next visit will require a little hair cut to allow the light to hit the lower banches 👌 All got a good feed with the Bio Bizz Grow, all got 2ml per/L in 5 Litres of water 💧💧She has a slight aphid problem, my fault i didn't protect her with pesticides before i left but i have sprayed her down with diluted washing up liquid for the minute, until i grab some good shit 😂 i hope you enjoy the tour of the garden, we have Barney's Farm, Fast Buds, RQS & Dutch Passion in there 😍 it's gonna be an epic year! Harvest time for Do-si-dos round 2. The last 2 weeks of flowering and the week of flushing, lead to make growth in the size, density and weight of the buds. This plant has just blown my mind, compared to round 1. Will update in 7-14 days with dry weight and smoke test. Sept 8 - dry weight came in at 170 (minus about 5 grams) for smoke test. Very impressed with the final weight, bud quality, density and the unbelievably smooth smoke, that this Do-si-dos plant produced during round 2. I get so high off of one joint, I forget I even smoked one! This girl is definitely a keeper strain in my garden!
