Stretch has finished. Starting full on bloom formula. I always use 50% of what the listed recommended amount is. Full dose is just too strong. Major defoliation three days ago. Filling in fast. Will not defoliate much now till preharvest other than removing leaves to expose bud sites. Next week is the first flower flush. 24 hours straight water, then back to nutes. Always perks them up. PPMs dropped in number 2 this week from 800ish PPMs to 600ish PPMs. 1 is a much lighter feeder. The root mass of each are so different. 2 is long like a hippy's ponytail while 1 is more like a wispy, wiry Afro. Both are healthy and continueing to stack well. Frost is showing and the aroma is quite strong already. Finally we cut this plant 13 weeks plant, it isn't a 8 weeks plant this is my main complaint about it, the bank should change the information because most of the people select this strains because are "faster".

Plants with best root growth are begging for soil and it shows. Another two clones is showing root sites. Qualitative change in root growth seen via week on week comparison. DAY 23: June 7 2018: Transferred two of the clones from the clone box to 1 liter pots with an living soil medium. Of the two, 1 will carry on using URB through the end of its life. DAY 25: June 9 2018: Drenched the soil medium of the URB test (orange pot) as a soil inoculation-- ratio of 0.8ml per liter of water...will apply whatever is left over to the base of the stalk. d43 - 9.26 - Recovering quite nicely. Was able do just about all the training and trimming I want to before I switch to flower around the end of week 8. My Fast White Widows are definitely more ground hugging, while the Black Sugars are reachers, but still manageable. They have all been trained to best fit the recovery of each individual plant, so my canopy definitely isn't going to be even 😅Nonetheless, grateful they have been resilient little buggers and happy for the chance to take them flower, regardless of whether I'll have the picture perfect tent. 🙏 D47 - 9.30 - I lied. I had to train a little more. One BS cola was really outgrowing the rest, and the opposite side of plant had taken for damage from bug treatment two weeks ago so i HST'd it back and spread the other. Still planning to flower them in 7-14 days!

4 Oz of dry bud ready to cure. The best harvest to day and with the best flavor / smell. Really want to keep growing other Ethos cultivars, if this quality is sustained will be growing Ethos every year! Been using the app more and hope to put here the next grow mainly. Will need to learn a way to use custom nutes on grow diaries, for now, Grow with Jane is amazing.

Week5 the temperatures dropped a bit and I did what I could...❄️❄️ Earlier this week I had to flush this little one because I thought she had nitrogen toxicity. Maybe not... But From the water that ran out I realized that the soil was full of nuts and after the flush I didn't give it any more water. as I use a 12 liter vase, you can imagine how much water was retained in the root system. for that reason and because the water is good quality and has an amount of micronutrients, I didn't have to worry about giving water this week. let's see next week, wish me luck 🤞☺️🌞

I've mixed silica with other nutes before but I had read something earlier about bioavailability issues and I didn't want to risk it. My plants are the healthiest I've ever grown. I'm considering transplanting the large 10th planet that I'm light depping. I also need to develop my ipm and my nute schedule. Still gonna have to keep an eye onvthe water situation. Luckily I have a buddy in my corner that's co tinualkt Bern a great help. WENT BACK OVER AROUND NOON. BEAUTIFUL OUTSIDE AND THE PLANTS WERE LOVING THIS SUN. I mixed two gallons of kelp you kelp me and fed it to the garden. Afterwards I pointed qbd found a couple plants that were more open to the wind were a little lighter. I know tomorrow will be very hot. Maybe quarter inch of rain. However after that it will rain (showers) off and on for days. I wanted to make sure the girls had what the needed to make it through tjis heat wave until they get that rain. I had another gallon mixed up and I'm thinking I should've given it to them. Oh well. I'd rather underwater than overwater any day. I did notice a burnt top on the plant furthest from the tarp that the sun JUST BARELY TOUCHES when the rest are in shade. I'll just raise the tarp a little. These are tiny problems. Can't upload video until tomorrow. 6/24 Good thing u gave the plants that water. I know it wasn't much but we didn't get any rain. Suppised to get a qtr in today and another qtr in tomorrow. Then rain a couple more days. It's working our really good for my watering schedule lol. Yesterday the girls got there first dose of a bottled nute. They got two gallons of kelp me kelp you (1/3 tsp per gallon) and another gallon of just phed water. I was going to do another gallon but held off due to the threat of syring rain. Didn't get it bur it looks like the plants loved the kelp. It had reached 90 yesterday. They look better today. It's 70 at 9 today. I LST the 10th planet in the 3 gallon. It's getting huge. I should start a separate diary for those three light dep plants. Its cool as hell watching this. One of the purple punches is flowering pretty good. I probably should start another diary for them. I'll be starting to feed my plants soon. Wondering if I should pinch plants again. I'm surprised how well these girls withstood this storm. They are certainly resilient. The 2 purple punch 1 10th planet that I'm light depping are flowering nicely now. They missed all the commotion from the storm as they were inside. It's smelling good. I'm happy. 6/26 It's what a friend would say is "maineing") out. That mistcthe plants love. I'm surprised the plants are doing as good as they have been considering the wind. Will be adding nutes soon. Need to add extra supports too. Light dep 6/27 Brief periods or torrential downpours. Light depped 3 gallon 0lants are under an overhanfcwhete the hatsxrain can't hurt them but they still get sun. They are really starting to flower now! I'm going to begin feeding with a base nute and a flower nute I think. I'm thinking about giving the light dep some open sesame or something similar. I need to set up a nute program soon but the plants ALL look so healthy! And it's been raining! I've only watered like once or twice since they've been in the big pots. I've seen zero pests aside from a chunk missing from a grasshopper. Usually by now I'd have battled half a dozen things and be battling another half dozen. However I was posing from clones. These are seeds and boy don't I see the difference!

Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. Started flush now. I'm adding Nature Delight Active Sugar Boost as it's been recommended to boost terpene production. No idea if it will work this late into flower but trying anyway as apparently it has no need to be flushed and is fully organic.

Overall I’m happy with how the Blue Dream from Crop Kings came out, despite losing one plant to some odd characteristics likely brought on by being a new grower, but upon receiving input from others, the genetics of that particular plant may have been a little off. I picked a small bud 1 week prior to harvest, and let it dry for 5 days, the wife and I smoked it while camping and thoroughly enjoyed the high it produced. Obviously the on the scale weight is way off at 1338 G, lots of moisture and tons of stem weight. Will update with a total next week when drying is complete. After drying for a week I have now jarred and weighed the final result, and the final tally is 140.77 g or 4.969oz. A very energetic and long lasting high.
