Day 66/Day 22 of Flower: Finally made it to Week 4 of Flower which means I get to introduce BUD-XL to my nutrient line. Girls were hand fed tonight, saturated with fresh nutes. Tips were already showing signs of nutrient burn going into week 4, so without the former veg nutes, who knows how bad they're about to get. Question: I read defoliating throughout week 3 of flower is around the last time you should trim. I cleaned up the bottom real well, but do you think I trimmed too many fan leaves up top? A lot my bud sites have one fan leaves and the nodes under it have none at all? Throughout this grow, anytime, I've trimmed, it has had zero effect. I think that's because its receiving nutrients twice a day consistently. Regardless, should these leaves up top have stayed on to provide healthier sites or as an extra resource for food when needed? Thanks y'all! Day 69 Update (3/21): First time the grow has A burnt tips across the board. I read this is common during weeks 4-5 of flower, but I also know it can get out of hand real quick. I'll be measuring the runoff over next feeding and determine what the best course of action is. I believe for High Frequency Fertigation in Coco, you have to be careful how you dilute your substrate, and I also think you need to always include some type of Cal Mag in your water, even if just topping off reservoir. Going to be tricky as I enter into Week 5 where I'm supposed to add @House & Garden's Top Booster to my feeding line for a week. However, it's only one week, and after that, H&Gs line goes down considerably ( Pic in Gallery ) Question: Do I keep the nutrient line the same and increase fertigation, or do I dial down the nutrient strength? 3/24/21 Update: That does it for Week 4. Definite signs of nutrient burn with the tips and even some brown coloring leaves. I also don't think the buds are growing as fast as I see others by Week 4 and that's with four weeks of Big Bud and one week of Bud XL. I finally waved the white flag and topped off the reservoir with 2 gallons of fresh water and 2 ml of Cal Mag. Brought my intake down from 2.02 to 1.47 Brought my drainage down from 2.99 to 2.23. Debating on whether to give it one more diluted feed or make a fresh batch for week 5 where I'm supposed to add in Top Booster...Going to be a rough week trying to maintain any significant shock or stress to the plants with the nutrient changes/dilution. I continued the LST and defoliated a few fan leaves that obstructed light. i bound the other stems of the plant lower to keep it a bit more down since it was growing at a rapid rate.

DAY 35 Flowering: A good week for bud growth this week and plenty of light to reach all those tucked away bud sets too. The room looks so full now with the monster sized Strawberry Pie dominating the canopy and pushing the height limits. All of the buds on these two girls , including the secondaries, are a good size with so much vigerous pistil growth going on now that they look like their own plants. These girls need a lot of room to benefit from their natural size proportions and this was AFTER I used tip spreading to keep them lower !!!. Not sure the plant took me serious now !!. Lol I could not be more impressed with these at this point and I can see 2 potential auto personal bests forming.... The Six Shooter #1 is a nice sized lady too. Inhave had to do a little bending and rescuing on a couple of branches as they were too far out of light and also blocking other growth but she looks good on node spacing too so should have some nicely stacked colas at harvest time. Her sister #2 is half her size but has a lot of side growth to compensate thankfully. Being so low down compared to the other 5 plants has thankfully not been too much if an issue thanks to the FC3000 being so penetrative. Even the buds at the very back of the grow ate getting ample light to really bang the weight on from feeding and converting. Both of the six shooter are starting to colour up with orange hairs now and it does look like they could be the 1st to finish at this point. Mexican Airline are developing steadily. The #1 is rmteying toncatch upnwith bud production now but her long node lengths suggest she will be more clumps of flowers than stacks , her yield will no doubt be far lower than her sisters due to her slow start and progress but she still looks like she could pull through with some decent nugs. #2 has a lot shorter nodes and should look a little more spikes hopefully. They are showing one or two amber hairs now at just past the halfway point so we are doing ok. Lol All in all , I am loving this run of plants and the light has performed so well considering the canopy difference. Until next time. Be well Growmies.

_________________ End of week 5 update: _________________ First real week of flowering behind us. A small growth spurt this week from a 63cm to a good 80cm. She has grown into a big sturdy bushy plant. She has a nice structure, not optimal in terms of light penetration, but a lot of budsited has developed. leaftucking has ensured that there are a lot of side shoots. I am satisfied with the development of this strain. In terms of nutrients I am on the limit, but she seems to tolerate it. Wondering what she has in store for me in the coming weeks

We are at 21 days from these girls breaking the surface and they are making progress. This little slurricane 7 had a rough start but looks like shes pulling through. I noticed at the beginning of the week that they were a little overdosed on nitrogen so I added 2 gallons of tap water to the reservoir and adjusted the ph to 6. They are still looking a little heavy on N but their growth rate is going great so I think it should balance out by the end of next week. I dont plan on doing a water change until I flower them. I left the plants alone most of the week. Tied most of them down to spread them out and defoliated a few lower leaves on day 20. The branches on most of these plants are thick and solid already. They don't budge easily. Bananasicle is looking pretty funky with uneven branch and node growth but we are just going to push forward. Still pumping nutrients and beaming light 24 hours a day. I'm thinking day 28 we will switch them to flower and see if any of these ladies can bring some❄️🔥💨

Day late on the update, pics/vids were taken on time tho just been a crazy week of harvests and trimming and keeping up with these. I got them in the mail 3 days after I ordered. Reason I went with Rain Science is because they offer identical air flow for rapid growth as the radicle bags, just using a different material and a tighter knit so water doesnt flood out the sides during feeds and when you pick these up when the coco is dry, it wont fly all over the tent like with the radicles. They're the optimal bag for autoflowers especially. These are all doin aight, I think the ph might be a little off by the twisted growth maybe cuz of the soil it might be too low. The dry out mad quick.

04/04/2021 You can see how the lst easy gently bending or twisting, has paid off She has five main tops and should start stretching onto nice looking spears soon! Gave her some banana peel tea and she seemed to like it! Going up to two tbls to a 2 gallon jug today I am praying she can take it without issue, but I will feed the microbial life.with some black strap mollasas 1tsp to 1 liter of water

All 3 plants grew different with one having Dense nugs, another with smaller airy nugs and the last tall with airy nugs, the high is great can be light can be heavy, give good head high with some mild body effect, I swear my books come to life when I'm smoking this stuff.

Wow jus wow overall so amazed with how she turned out. Frosty as ever a beast to have to trim. I wish I would have grown so many more I will deff be popping more of these beauties more very soon she’s just wow.
