Barley a week into the cure and I'm already craving more of this strain Updated True Wattage, and fixed square footage of tent harvest was easy, could of gotten more yeil but she flowered early from some LST, would let this girl grow naturally in the future Buds turned out nice and chunky lots of sugar leaves just packed with sticky trichs She pressed out alright, could try a again but .4 return on 3.5 grams of bud gives 14-15% return on the first press of this strain none the less this girl puts out some wicked flavors can't wait till shes fully cured in a month :)

February 14, 2019 update: I rearranged the plants to get better airflow. In the video I mentioned that I thought I saw what might be spider mites. After closer inspection, I don't think its spider mites but more likely a combination of left over damage from the fungus gnats that came in with my wife's plant a few weeks ago (now gone) as well as ph fluctuations. But I like getting airflow on the plants themselves anyway, I just wish the oscillation worked on the fan I have now. I'll buy a new fan or two with oscillation soon. Also I failed to mention it in the video but there is also a ceiling fan blowing down on the plants. Overall, I'm very happy. The DinaMed CBD+ has taken the lead in the bud development category, Nice fat buds that are very dense. Sticky and stinky as hell too. She is supposed to be somewhere in the teens for CBD percentage and less than 1% THC. I'm hoping she either comes in below 0.3% or has well over 1%. I'm allowed to submit for testing 3 weeks before harvest. I'm going to cut a mid level branch and submit for testing next weekend. My other DinaFem strain, Critical +, is doing great too! She's in the lead with the most trichome development. Her buds are coming along great also! Not super fat, at least not yet, but great shape, color, density and have I mentioned the trichome development yet? 👍 This one is supposed to have mild CBD, low single digits, but high THC. I'm looking forward to smoking this one! Next up I'll talk about my Cream & Cheese CBD+ from Seedsman. She's in the lead with just overall looking awesome!!! The buds are long and super healthy looking with tons of leaves along the branches and I've defoliated a few times. The remaining leaves don't seem to be blocking much because most branches are bent over due to the weight of the buds! She is supposed to be in the 20's with BOTH THC and CBD. I'm looking forward to smoking this one also! 💪 That leaves the 3 Cherry Hemp plants. They are the smallest 3 plants in the room, but are all looking very good as well. They look like they are in the lead with possibly being ready to harvest earliest. I'm seeing the most amount of darkened and curled in hairs on these 3. The largest/oldest of the 3 is starting to show fading on the leaves. She may be ready in the next week or two. I'm waiting to start seeing some amber trichomes, so far they are still all white. These are supposed to be around 16% CBD and less than 0.3% THC. I'll be taking these in for testing soon and will be using these strictly for making CBD products - Salves, Oils, Capsules, etc... I'll keep you posted on this. This week I fed MegaCrop and Cal-Mag Pro (both by Greenleaf Nutrients). I fed according to their feeding schedule for late bloom. I think I'm going to stick with Greenleaf Nutrients for the duration of this grow rather than changing it up as I have been. Its super easy stuff to work with. 👍

Weather been a bit bi-polar wet conditions cause a bit of bud rot( dense n sticky)....remove those rest of the tree seem good.....gonna treat for some of these pest that came about from wet condition....n she should be good for the nxt 400 sprint once weather don't get bi-polar or might have to settle for an early harvest..let's see lol ..#happy growing

Plant is 21 cm high because of low stress training. The length of the stem is 34 cm. Day 43 ☁️🌧️☁️🌧️⛈️ 14 - 17 degrees, humidity is about 72 % I prepared some simple comfrey manure for the next weeks of flowering. It‘s rich in silica and tannins and essential minerals. Mostly all fruit vegetables and flowers like it, so Tropicana will have it as a tee or head fertilization, as well as in her water mixed 1:20 and 1:5. Same procedure like with tomatoes or peppers. No watering in the next days. The soil is soaked with rainwater. The growth is a bit slow in the last cold and rainy days but the flowers look nice.😊 Day 44 ☁️☁️🌥️☁️🌥️ 14-20 degrees and humidity is around 64 % Day 45 ⛅️☁️🌧️☁️🌧️ 13-21 degrees and humidity is around 69 % The flowers started to stack. The soil is too moist but I can‘t change here a lot. Don’t need too water in the neuerer Future and aafe water for late summer. Think when I can drink my next relax tee - take same leafs. Day 47 🌤️☀️🌤️ 11-22 degrees, humidity 89 % and getting even higher this night. Took out two leafs. Day 48 🌤️🌤️🌤️ 17-23 degrees, humidity 89-43%, falling! Tropicana got a liquid breakfast this morning made out of two liter rainwater with 20% ready comfrey manure which is rich in silica and tannins and essential minerals. Be careful with liquid manure as you should have experience in giving high doses. Never more then 20% of the watering on moist soil and never give it pure and after the water. It will burn the roots. This is very fresh, only one week old and not too concentrated. Next week I will give maybe 10%. So, we just enjoy a sunny morning with a healthy breakfast and coffee! 😊 Day 49 ⛅️☁️🌥️ 10-20 degrees and humidity is 91%. Tropicana got thirsty. She drinks more, 0-5-0,75 liters rainwater. I will never use black pots again, too warm soil on the sunny side and the water evaporates faster. I‘m quit lucky with my new hobby and with my beautiful Tropicana. Time for a relax tee. Took some leafs off plant no. two and three.

Lollipoping/defoliation completed at the very beginning of the week. Some will argue that’s too late. But I find I get better yields if I wait till the last minute. They will be left alone for the rest of the grow. Started mid week bumping up to 1250ppm as the stretch has stopped. That caused a little nuit burn, so dialled back to 1150ppm.

What to say ? Outstanding genetics and gargantuan nuggs on this lemon AK stinks like citrus/lime more and more day by day. Believe me this one is different i can’t wait to pop another one of these. Takes a bit time to rippen because of it’s heavy sativa lineage but the buds clearly lean on the indica side becausw of the monster density and tightness S/O my boys and gals from fastbuds

June 14th update Clone#1 Got chopped last week had balls Clone#2 22 inches growing really well. Much like number 4 in terms of verticals growth but significantly less width. Might be good for people who have less square footage but taller tents Clone#3 18 inches. Short and squat. Interesting structure giving what this plant should be. I bet this one will yield small but interested to see how she progresses/smokes Clone#4 28 inches. Massive vertical growth and side branches are trying to take up the whole tent. Will see how it flowers but its body is preparing for a lot of weight. I expect this one to yield huge General Update 3 remaining females growing very nicely. I’ve never actually seen a cannabis plant that looks like this, seems straight out of the early propaganda but I guess it is a land race. Aside from flipping to 12/12 I’ve also turned on the red leds which will help once flowers start forming. I’m going to continue to give just water at this point. I expect the plants to stretch like crazy giving they are pure sativas but we will see especially with the squat one. I’m also going to be putting in some thin sticks to help support the side branching, if I don’t do this once she starts flowering it will start tipping over Mothers/father plants don’t look too happy. That defoliation I did last week did a number on them. I am seeing new growth so they will all recover. Next weekend I’m moving them into slightly larger pots with newer soil too make them happy. Hey guys :-) We come to the end of the diary and thus to the penultimate update before the Smoke Report. As always, the lady was hung upside down to dry. At temperatures of 18-21 degrees and 54-60 % humidity. After 14 days they were neatly hand trimmed and placed in jars for remote harvesting. Report: I am very happy to write this report. The lady's overall growth was perfect from start to finish. And I don't just mean perfect, I've never seen such a beautiful variety with such beautiful flowers 😍. She had no problems with training ( topping ) and was very easy to grow. The yield was above average, which plays a minor role. In the end, the best yield and the most beautiful appearance of the buds mean nothing if the taste doesn't match. And here is exactly the miracle where all 3 features not only fit but are perfect. Now we come to the third and most important feature the taste :-). It not only smells incredibly delicious but tastes just as delicious ☺️😍. In the smell you can clearly see the choco notes as if you were opening a pack of chocolate. In the taste, this tone comes into its own a little more easily, but the notes of cheescake and fruit are all the stronger. It really tastes extremely delicious and has a very strong terpene profile 💚. I absolutely love it and will be making more phenotypes of this strain. Clearly deserves 10 out of 10 stars and a huge compliment to the Amsterdam Genetics Team 🙏🏻💚. The smoke report with the finished flower pictures will follow shortly.
