Tangerine Dream Auto - Barney‘s Farm Mein erster Indoor Keller-Grow neigt sich dem Ende zu. Es ist bunt geworden im Zelt. Die erste Blüte habe ich bereits vaporisiert und bin ziemlich begeistert vom Geschmack und der Wirkung. Leider habe ich aufgrund persönlicher Umstände nicht im Ansatz geschafft hier ein paar Tagebücher zu führen. Es war für mich ein extrem stressiger Winter und ich bin froh, dass ich wenigstens regelmäßig ein paar Fotos machen konnte. Der Anbauraum hatte zwischen den Pflanzen gemessen eine Minimaltemperatur von 17,4 Grad und während der Vegetationszeit konnte ich die Auto-Damen Tagsüber mit bis zu 28 Grad unter einer Sanlight Evo 4-120 1,5 verwöhnen. 18/6 - Licht/aus. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit war in der Veggiephase bei ca. 65-75 Prozent im Zelt und in der Blütephase konnte ich sie Stück für Stück absenken auf 55-43 zum Ende hin. Gedüngt habe ich ein einziges Mal mit 1:20 sauberem Urin am Ende der dritten Woche. Ansonsten gieße ich auf das Terra Preta ähnliche Substrat ausschließlich mit hartem Leitungswasser mit Ph 7,6. Das Substrat wurde kurz nach der Sämlingsphase mit einer dicken Schicht Laub, Braun- und Grünschnitt Mulch abgedeckt, welchen ich zuvor dreißig Minuten bei 150 Grad im Ofen gedämpft habe (Sterilisation). Es kamen Nematoden, Raubmilben und Gelbtafeln zum Einsatz, weil wir mit einer ziemlich unangenehmen Trauermückenplage zu kämpfen hatten. Anfang der Blütephase kam es zu einer Nährstoffblokade aufgrund von Überwässerung. Das Substrat hält die Feuchtigkeit sehr lange und die Mulchschicht verhinderte ein Austrocknen des Substrats. Wir haben anfangs deutlich Zuviel gegossen und das Substrat nicht etwas austrocknen lassen. Nach Anpassung des Gießintervalls auf alle drei Tage mit ca. 2-2,5 Liter, löste sich das Problem nicht in Luft auf, aber wir konnten es aufhalten. Meine Pflanzen sind bereits geerntet und hängen zum Trocknen. Viel Spaß mit den farbenfrohen Bildern. Happy Growing! 💚

Abbiamo tagliato a metà 3 piante,farò il raccolto scaglionato,le lascerò ancora per un pò cercando di evitare le cime popcorn,l'odore é fortissimo e la quantità incredibile,fino ad ora la miglior pianta mai fatta,e da tagliare rimane ancora molto....BUON ANNO!!

Day 93 - Fattened up good, getting really heavy....posted pic of test bud.... vid of the led uv globe i got on ebay... works awesome.... highly recommend...... 😎 maybe 1 more week.... they smell delicious, not very strong smell.... just normal water in bottom drip tray, dutch master one gold ....next week, flush em and next sunday pull em..... idk.... Day 95 - had a good look at both girls and worked out a harvest plan...... i've started flushing/watering on the smaller one, and sunday (day 100) will be her last. i'll leave the larger one (she's still quiet white) for another week and re evaluate her fate next week. Day 97 - 4 vids .... looks good 😎 getting a 1600x Camera Endoscope USB Digital Microscope from ebay, see if it will help with harvest........ 😎

So far so good... flowering really nice... starting to smell really good... feeding her modestly and going to keep it that way... Fingers crossed 🙏

Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. I had a busy week. I updated my 4" exhaust fan to a Cloudline 6" booster exhaust fan and a bigger carbon filter. I also added another mini-fan that can oscillate and I had to add a heater. Why you ask? Because I got a CO2 tank from a friend and it is recommended to have temps in between 85-95 degrees. Granted I could have used it three weeks ago but better late than never. I have a nice CO2 monitor inside the chamber and I use the internal video camera to watch the readings. I have also added some HydroGuard to help the roots. They are slightly brown and another grower recommended it. Daphni continues to grow well and has maintained her dark green color. She has also started to make pistils and they are starting to form into buds just three days after first pistil sighting. I can smell her now too. latest readings are Air Temp = 79F, Humidity = 42%, PPM = 1810, pH = 5.9. Concerning my roots, I put a black trash bag over the top of the reservoir to keep as much light out as possible. The reservoir is tan and white and I think light was getting thru.

End of the third week. There are no shortages. Plants are developing well. :)

Been a slow week. Been trying to fill out as much of the Scrooge as I can. I will be defoliating in a couple days. I still want to see if any more sites will reach above the trellis.
