Grow Report by Zuppler - Week 3 Veg Phase Ayy, what it do fam? Zuppler back on the check-in with that week 3 veg report, live from the capital. Yo, these girls ain’t playin’ no more – they really startin’ to stack up, lookin' thick in the canopy like they preppin' for somethin’ big. We still runnin’ that Advanced Nutrients like clockwork, straight through that RO water, keepin’ it pure as a Miami night breeze. The nodes are gettin’ tight, leaves spreadin’ out nice and wide, takin’ all that light. I hit ‘em with a little scrog, just a lil’ bend here and there, makin’ sure that light hit every corner of the canopy. You already know I’m tryin’ to maximize that potential. Stems got that thick structure, and no signs of nute burn or nothin’. We’re talkin’ flawless execution, fam. At this point, it’s just watchin’ ‘em fill out, keepin’ the environment dialed in and lettin’ ‘em do their thing. We’re settin’ the stage for a strong finish when we flip ‘em to flower. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. On this day beautiful Sunday I hope you all are doing amazing! Its Day 64 for Buddy, you can see from the Pics she's going crazy now 😌 This week the buds started taking shape 🥦, I'm not really sure but I think she's done with her stretch and started putting the focus on the good stuff. Maybe she'll be done with it this week we'll see. In the meantime, some Pistils started turning orange but I know she still has a few weeks to go. We'll see with how she develops, imma start getting my loupe ready 🔎 👀 I added Advance Nutrients Overdrive to the feed 🔥 I'm happy with SeedStockers, I'm thinking of running more phenos from them in the coming months 💐👌🏾 Time to change my Co2 packs and mess with the humidity. I read 40 to 60 % humidity is advised during flowering but I think it's all about keeping the humidity below 70 especially if you live somewhere hot like me. That includes keeping your growth area super clean and avoid watering when not needed too 👍🏾 I decided to never hit 40 because the dehumidifier it self produces heat + the Ligth's heat that all adds up to 40°C real quick. I almost had a heart attack when I read that on my temperature monitor 😂 We humans don't function properly at such temperatures and I'm sure as hell these plants won't either Take care Y'all and I just wish to say I'm really grateful to grow in these times. I live in one of the nations still on lockdown, it's been going on for months now so yeah Peace ✌️🏾

Slight delay on this weeks entry as I have been busy with work! Week 6 of flowering was very stress free & the buds are getting really solid! Trichs are milky & all 3 ladies overall are lookin gorgeous. I've included a video this week so make sure to go through all the photos 😁 I've been upping my watering to around 750ml per day & the girls haven't had any issues drinking it all up. I did change the light cycle from 20/4 to 18/6 at the start of this week to give the ladies some extra sleep & time to get fatter. Light defoliation has continued as some of the leaves are starting to yellow & I've removed a few extras from around the bigger buds to give them some extra air. They all are looking so good & I'm loving the smell! It is understandable why this strain is called Blueberry! Check back soon, 2 weeks left! 😊🌿

Hello everyone 😊😊😊 This week bring the problems with humidity, I started to add to much steam and some small scorching and discoloration occur. However I remove humidifier and everything back to normal. Girls grow up like nothing happened, tomorrow I will proceed small defoliation like I'm doing it in every grow. the move did not go so smoothly. the plants stood in the cold car without light for eternity. when i unpacked them the leaves were hanging down and the leaves had brown spots in some places. after i watered them and left them alone they gradually recovered. other than that, I think they look pretty good

What a journey it has been from seed! I made a lot of mistakes in the first few weeks of this growing journey. I feel like I had a mini-crash after finishing the first year of grad school, and although I am growing cannabis as part of my research project, I haven't been the greatest at paying attention to it. This is not an excuse. It has actually been a learning opportunity. I realized that my body needs proper schedules to function and grow, just like a plant. The problems with the plant have really been my own problems. Let's just say that a plant may be the reflection of the grower. First, the light cycles were wrong and inconsistent. I thought that I could manually control the light schedule for the plants and be alright. However, I was wrong. My sleep schedule has been very inconsistent for the past few months. Mainly because we are living through a pandemic, and secondly because I am a graduate student 😂. How naive was it of me to think that a plant could follow my own rhythms? I guess it highlights my 'plant blindness.' Second, the light intensity was low and PH levels high. In the last five days, I have learned that plants are living organisms (I knew this, but my plant blindness is quick to dismiss it, I need to stop fighting these "plant voices" (signals)) that require a proper environment to grow, similar to humans. Of course, a plant is not human, but it is alive and living. It needs water, a regular schedule (light (active) /darkness (rest), oxygen, nutrients, and an overall good environment to grow. Concern about the size of my plant at five weeks, I decided to conduct a few experiments at home. Here are my notes: Friday, July 23, 2021, I took the plant out of the tent at 6:00 AM and placed it in front of my backyard window that faces the Eastside, perfect for sunrise. On that day, I had a few errands to run, and when I arrived home, it was 2:30 PM. The sun was now hitting the West side of my house, and I had to move the plant in front of my bedroom window. At around 7:00 PM, I went to look at the plant and noticed that its leaves were looking plumpy. So, I decided to take a timelapse to see what I would be able to record. During "magic hour" (sunset), I recorded and witnessed the plant moving with the rhythms of the sun. Plant, like humans, function at their best when they are synchronized with their circadian rhythm. The pandemic has definitely disoriented us to the point that it has disrupted all of our schedules. To this day, I feel tired from everything we have all been through; how could I possibly think that a plant would thrive with such a messed-up schedule? The time lapse made me realize that the plant needs some structure to thrive, and so do I. So, as much as I like to think that I can be disciplined and follow a plant's schedule, I cannot. So, I went to the store and bought the Globe Suite smart plug to automate and schedule the light cycle to 12hrs of light and 6 hours of darkness. Saturday, July 24, 2021, the plant woke up to the set schedule of the lights. I checked on the plant first thing in the morning, around 9:30 AM. The leaves look much greener and thicker than they did the day before. Sunday, July 25, 2021. I was away overnight and did not arrive home until 2 PM. The plant looks twice the size it was on Friday! Today, I will water the plant. I got a PH test kit and realized that the way that I measured the PH level, the first few weeks was wrong 🤦‍♀️🏽. I measured the PH correctly, to 5.9, and added some Reefertilizer grow nutrients to the water. I watered from the top, distributing the water evenly around the stem. My partner pointed to me that the lights seemed dim for the stage of the plant's life. So I had my lights set at 100 watts running at 20 % 😅. I realized that I had not increased the light intensity since the first few weeks of vegetation 🤦‍♀️🏽. So I increased the intensity to 100 watts running at 60%. Monday, July 26, 2021. First check-in 7:00 AM: The plant looks like it loves all of the new changes that I have made! It is finally growing 🤗 The sun is out, but it is not as intense as it should be because tiny particles of smoke are present in our air due to the wildfires, and they create a filter that makes the human eye see the sun blood red. It is quite apocalyptic. Regardless, I decided to take the plant out from the tent and record a time-lapse. It is fascinating how much movement plants have despite showing no noticeable signs of movement (to the human eye). Tuesday, July 27, 2021. It has been five days since I have made big changes to the plant's schedule and environment. The plant is finally showing good signs of growth, and its leaves colours have changed to a deep green. I am not watering the plant today, but I am spritzing it with water. I decided to take another time-lapse of the plant, but this time inside the tent. As I was setting up the tripod for my camera, I accidentally increased the humidifier 🤦‍♀️🏽. Luckily, I noticed within a reasonable timeframe and reduced the humidity and made the environment better. I increased the light intensity to 100 watts at 100%. The plant will stay in the tent all day today because it is raining ☔️.

This strain was wicked fun to grow. Yield is amazing. One plant filled a 30 gallon tote once dried. WPM and leaf septoria was horrible this year but this strain seemed to do just fine. Very resilient. Grew short and stout like an indica. Covered in trich's and smells amazing.

Today I've started them on Advanced Nutrients Overdrive as the girls have just started to turn orange, They smell awesome, still not the biggest of buds but they're frosty. EC is at 1.4 now I'm pretty high writing this and really cant think of anything else to say 😛 other than see what happens when overdrive has done its job in a couple of weeks 👌

Semana 3 Del 31 de diciembre al 6 de enero Entramos en semana 3 desde el cambio de ciclo. Realizamos una defoliacion bastamte severa, será la ultima rn principio. Seguimos con la tonica de riegos de siempre. Sigue haciendo mucho frio y las temperaturas son bastante bajas. Minimas de 13°c y en ON rondaremos los 18/19°C Para ser semana 3 veo que todo va un poco lento, pero bueno, veremos como avanza. 5 de enero Los frios no cesan y lo estan notando bastante, creo que no se estan desarrollando al 100% o que tal vez vayan con mas retraso y la fecha de corte sera mas tarde de lo esperado. En estas cepas creo que cometi un error al hacerle el cambio tan rapido o mas bien que debi dejar que se hicieran mas grandes porque al hacer el cambio a 12h se han quedado cirtas para mi gusto. Rondaran los 48/56cm de momento, eso si, las 3 muy equlibradas entre si. Eso si que no sean grandes no quita no vayan bien. Las ramas de los satelites se ven muy fuertes y tienen pinta de que la mayor parte de los frutos partenocarpicos estaran en la porra central. Seguiremos informando de como avanza la cosa.

**** Week 3 Veg - December 26/20 to Jan 1/21 ***** That is two weeks in solo cups and this will be transplant to 1 gal pots week. The girls are doing fine and not always perked up but I think a new home will help change that. They have been happy and noticed that when they were given a stronger feed at the end of last week they responded very well the next day and looked very healthy. Add that I am starting to see some purpling on the stem and I think they are ready for full on veg cycle to kick in. Not a lot of excitement her either Growmies😀 just to early with nothing go on other than making sure they are alive each day 😂😂 So for this week we will give the roots a new home, step up the ppm on veg feeding. Add in microbes to help the root development and keep the environment in the same 82 degrees and humidity in the mid 60's.......I am not supplementing with CO2 so keeping everything a little lower with feed, light, and humidity. They are growing veg well with the blue light and are very happy with the current 28" distance. Will maintain and let them grow into the light more until I see negative signs and then start raising the light with them as they grow. That's what I have to add at the start of the week.......see how the days unfold😀 Little more detail........ Dec 26/20, Day 15 Veg - Dry out day - Let the microbes in the media do their thing and start pushing root growth harder than what has been happening. Dec 27/20, Day 16 Veg - Gave the girls a little splash of the left over nutes from 1 gal girls two days ago to add a little oxygen and they can take the extra microbes and bacteria right now😀 - 100ml with Microbial Mass and Piranha @ 2ml/L = 650ppm and 5.7pH Dec 28/20, Day 17 Veg - 100ml each girl with the full line for this week. No other additives, just the IPP line = 700ppm and 5.7pH - This was also from the big girls.....I am thinking that they are ready for transplant so will give them a little high feed today. Dec 29/20, Day 18 Veg - It is transplant day.......we need to keep this party moving along. She may not have the root mass I am after but I am moving forward. - Prepared 1 gal pots with Mycorrhiza added to the holes. - Gave each girl 500ml watering with full strength IPP line for week 1 veg = 700ppm and 5.8pH - Root mass on these girls was very poor......there were roots.......keep stepping up the microbes with all of the girls!!!!!! Dec 30/20, Day 19 Veg - they were just watered heavier yesterday........dry out day today - think it is a CalMag only feeding tomorrow for all the ETS girls. Dec 31/20, Day 20 Veg - feed day today since it has been a couple of days. - 500ml with CalMag @ 2ml, Gold Storm @ 7ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, Blackstorm @ 2ml, Vitamin B @ 0.5ml = 525ppm and 5.7pH - keeping the humic and fluvic acids going in, plus Kelp and CalMag👍 - the girls are happy and seeing forward movement everyday, looking for more aggressive though from the girls. Jan 1/21, Day 21 Veg - doing very well......like really well💪 - didn’t push them today and left them alone for watering, pots of course still had some weight and I didn’t expect them to need today. - Optic Folier Overgrow given today. Folier spray to give them just an extra boost since everything is otherwise dialed in👍 Finishing off the week very strong!!!!!! They have been looking very healthy and perky everyday. The roots are a concern and will be taking it easy on the nutrients for another week yet and keep up the microbes and beneficials. Will get them in line......my hope is too keep their time in the 1 gals down to two weeks max......maybe 10 days?? Looking very nice ETS.......you find yourself just staring at them and realize you just waisted 5 minutes😂😂😂

Very potent hits harder than a pen. Feels like 30-40% baked for 1-3h per j, different phenos. Not harsh just testers dried for 0:01:15, checked seeds and developing for 2-3 weeks

I really like this strain. Its hands down one of my favorites. It flowers extremely fast therefore if u are not on top of its training you will lose out on yeild. She smells amazing and tastes like dessert... My kinda lady. Will be attempting to breed her. I also took a flowered clone and have a moster crop clone of her that I just flipped... Cant wait...
