Hey guys, We are getting very close to the harvest, I would say one more week and I'll be ready to cut her down. Smell start to pungent and I love it! Buds are pretty compact but relatively small. I can see by the end of the week most of leaves are turning yellow, sign that the plant its releasing the last energies. Trichomes are mostly cloudy and for now there's no sign of ambers one. Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

Peyote Cookies is really taking off now, buds getting bigger by the day and she's stacking nicely. Smelling a nice sweet fruity smell from her too. I've cut all grow nutrients and cal-mag and just using bloom nutrients. This week I've actually only used plain pH'd water to let her use up whats in the medium. Will start the flush at around day 40 for at least 2-3 weeks. Very resilient plant, loving it so far and I know she is going to be a tasty smoke! Welcome to week 19 of my grow diary. The weather has suddenly got worse this week. The temperatures have dropped rapidly and it rained at the beginning of the week, which worries me about mould. The first pistils are turning brown and the odour has increased significantly. See you next week ✌️

Finally the buds are starting to take shape and actually look like buds ! The temps have been hot but I keep the lights of during the daytime from 11am to 11pm to avoid the hottest hours Defoliate as it was essential to avoid moisture buildup. Other then that the plant stopped stretching and it’s growing buds from now on O super frosty all ready the phone cam dose no justice!

Gonna top her soon. For now she can grow. She's looking good and healthy 😍✌️💚

Day 70 Almost there. Last week of feeding. Water next week. Then flush. 2 more weeks should be done.
