Week 7 Veg - January 16/21 to 22/21 ***** Week 7 will be their last week being able to take them out of the tent😟 SCROG netting going in on the weekend ahead. Not really a lot to report this week as the girls are doing well and I am just wanting their side branches to grow longer to help filling in the canopy anyway. Performed more LST this week and bending over the branches daily. Didn’t do any HST this week, will once the net is in and I have a better visual of how the branches need to bend. They have come a long ways over the last 2 weeks when you look back at pictures. They have filled out with more side branching and other than battling a little purple striping on the main stems they seem pretty happy. Leaf colour is good and should be in good shape for the flip soon. Will go through all of week 8 before flipping so hopefully week 9 will be transition week and week 10 the start of flower.......have to get through next week first though😀👍 Switching over to tap water again. I have been struggling with calcium and magnesium deficiencies on all grows for the last year. I can’t seem to get the right amount added back to the RO water I use in all feedings. So running with straight water again now. Ppm coming out is 325 so I will work with that. Going to explore my own RO system in the house rather than bottled water, a system that adds back calcium, magnesium, and iron. It’s been flowing okay for the first week and will continue on for now. Using RO water I have been feeding full strength on the nutrients and have been working on backing them down a bit to compensate for the starting point of 325 now. They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes. Little more detail....... Jan 16/21, Day 43 Veg - 3L each of full line at full strength in RO water - 1150ppm and 5.8pH given to the girls - didn’t add any other nutes other than IPP line. Jan 17/21, Day 44 Veg - dry out day - pulled down all the girls again tonight to train them outwards. - Jan 18/21, Day 45 Veg - 3L for each girl today with tap water and CalMag @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 700ppm and 5.7pH is what that works out to. - have to use a considerable amount of pH down to adjust the tap water, over 6ml in 16L Jan 19/21, Day 46 Veg - measured the girls today, GSCHB Is 12” tall. They were topped already😀 - dry out day for the girls. - pulled two large fan leaves from her. They were just getting the way too much of lower branches light. Jan 20/21, Day 47 Veg - 2.5L each with plain tap water - 295ppm and 5.8pH. - all the girls are looking big and bushy today.......they are ready for flip soon. Jan 21/21, Day 48 Veg - dry out day for the girls. Jan 22/21, Day 49 Veg - pulled all the girls down again......repeating the same LST each day manually rather than tying down for now. - this should be water day but leaving for today as I am going to lolipop the lower branches and a heavier leaf stripping tomorrow. - will feed tomorrow as they will benefit more. Very solid week ETS......the girls are taking off and expect to see lots of leaves popping out over the next couple of weeks😀👍 Work on the side branching to come up higher closer to the tops next week.......continue tap water and give a feed with Epsom Salts new week

the last week was really sunny again and the temperatures are also constant. it is growing and growing. it has now reached a height of 100 cm. it has become beautifully bushy. i am really looking forward to seeing when it finally starts flowering.

Kinda a rough week, everyone. I’ve been battling the flu all week and my energy is zapped. So firstly I had been growing increasingly annoyed of leaf clawing. I addressed overwatering and started only watering every 4-5 days and the girls responded well. I researched defoliation as much as I could and gave it a go because the plants weren’t getting optimal light. Might’ve overdone it, I’m not sure. Then came lowering the screens to begin scrogging. I’ve read probably every forum and article and looked at dozens of diaries; but it feels like when I’m tying branches to the screen it’s just stacking them on other leaves and blocking more light. I hate my LED, it’s probably only good for one plant. But today one of the bulbs went out, brand new light. I decided to buy a 315w CMH Light should be here next week. Live and learn. Should have done a single plant grow. It’s a new week though it will all work out. 🍁

The stretch is over and sites are all in and now it’s transitioning over to real bud development instead of just those pistils :) Sorry if I blend a couple of the pictures in the wrong week, I took a progress photo about every day lol. So far she has been great and smooth sailing, I had to raise my light a little, I believe it was getting some light sickness that under the LED looks like a significant burn, but in natural light she’s pleasantly green :) the light I have is a prototype my boss has made for him out of 9 180w cobs, with the glass diffuser, it’s a beast!

Fastbuds Meme Video Contest

August 17th. 64 days post flip. Plants growing very well. Still moving buds out from under the viparspectra every couple days. The one pot with two plants in in require watering every two days too avoid drying out. Buds are still growing new pistals. I have some browning of pistals which is concerning as it looks like it’s pollinated but I believe that is part of these sativas. At this point I believe I have about 60 days left. I also believe flowering is really just beginning. And we will see these buds fattening here shortly. I added in one of my larger fans from the automatic tent, wanted to increase airflow at this stage. I also removed some of the lower buds that were getting dirty when I watered. Parents: Growing very well. Simply going to continue watering every day or two. I have 1.5 cubic feet of elite living soil coming as I’m upgrading the auto tent from a 15 to a 30 gallon which will give me some extra soil to give these gals and guy. Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. You can see the difference and then after that started flowering even more Plus the fact we are increasing the amount of molasses added to the soil plus the floranova bloom nutes. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! General —— Plant is doing fine. Had no issues this week and the devlopment looks solid. She didn't really stretch during this week. Nutes —— Watering 2L of Water every 3 days with CalMag and Horsetail Extract. I do have some nutrient burn but that's totally fine as it isn't a major burn Light —— Light is still running at 210W and a DLI of 35 at the moment due to the other plants which are growing beside the Automatic Defoliation —— Removed some leaves as bud sites got shaded. They are taller than me now... I think they stretched. I am insanely excited to see these ladies go to flowering. The veg stage is completely out of control! You can see that I've added a soak hose to the garden to later the roots over night. I want to make sure the roots receive total saturation to bring nutes all the way down to the deep roots.

Week 5 - Same nutes from previous week. 2 more weeks of vega i think. Look ate the shape of the plant and the wires to hold she down. I have toped my plants 2 times over the past 2 weeks, and now all of their have the "H" shape in the base

6/28 Week 10 and she is looking fantastic Flush continues, nothing special just one gallon of h20 twice a day. Looking at at least 3 days as tricones still at less than 100% white (@80%) Deficiencies not bad yet, still building some bud 6/29 Looking well, just a bit of CA/MG def showing. Still building Some lights out pics to show off the buds and trics **** We have determined that best practice on coco DTW is to add a low dose of Cal-Mag once a week when in final container. Runtz Punch is still getting slight spotting over the week. She was showing nitrogen toxicity as well. So I did a solution change. Plus my ph pen was .3 off. So she has basically had a reset button hit on nutrition. Hopefully she pulls out of it now. She got some lst and defoliation today. She should be ready to go now. I think that this is as good as they're gonna get. Gonna pull them both down and start a fresh one trying to keep it cooler cos mid 30s everyday is not good. Learned a lot this time, hopefully much better next time! Also took the top off the stardawg last weekend, should almost be smokable now!!
