This strain was easy to grow right from seed. I think it will be one of my favourite strains this grow. Time to dry and cure. I will report the weight when dry. 💚✌️🏼

Week 6: Aroma, Buds, and Excitement! 🌿🌸💨 Hey there, fellow growers! It's time for an exhilarating update on my flourishing journey. We've officially reached week 6 of the flowering phase, and let me tell you, it's getting pretty amazing in my grow tent. Here's what's been happening: The aroma that fills the air when I open my tent is mind-blowing! It hits me right in the face with its funky skunkiness, and I can't help but smile. These ladies are developing some seriously potent terpenes, and I can't wait to savor the flavors when it's time to harvest. 🌿👃💨 Speaking of buds, they are looking absolutely stunning. The development is on point, and the density is increasing day by day. I find myself gazing at them with a sense of pride and excitement. These girls are going to be something special. 🌸🌿🌱💪 I'm thrilled to report that there are no signs of seed pods or hermaphroditism. The ladies are staying true to their femininity, focusing solely on producing those gorgeous, resinous flowers. It's a relief and a testament to the genetics and care they've received. 🚫⚡️ To ensure their continued growth, I've upped the watering to 5 liters every two days. These thirsty beauties need their hydration! Along with the increased watering, I've noticed some oranging on the tops and a touch of purpling on the leaves. It's a delightful display of colors that adds even more visual appeal to the grow tent. 🌿🍊💜 As for the nutrient solution, I've maintained a stable pH of 6.33, allowing for optimal nutrient uptake. The TDS level has remained between 1150 and 1250, providing the perfect balance of nutrients for the plants' needs. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm buzzing with excitement for what the next week of flowering will bring. 1 week from harvest I'm guessing xD Trichomes are around 50/50% brown and white. Can't flush the system properly because I'm using the AutoPot system and airdome, with added Biotabs in the soil mix. But I'm hoping that it wont be nessesary and all the nutrient from the Biotabs have been dissolved by the plant roots.

Buds are forming well. Trichomes are also developing.

High, Today i sprayed them with Spruzit (10ml/1l). The world sucks nowadays, glad I‘m growing. It‘s not even weed what makes me happy. It‘s a good and clean grow with something you may learn from, that‘s what it‘s really about. The buds itself are just a fine side effect. 😅🍀👍 Stay cool. 🤘

Day 60 and a new week, with lady #2 starting to show her age by getting some more yellowish fan leaves. Sugar leaves on both started to show a very lovely, deep violet color. By breeder information they should be ready in 60–63 days. I guess it will be a few more in my case. Lady #1 is foxtailing a bit. Summer grow, definitely, and it was over 30 °C outside most of the daytimes, so I couldn’t avoid peak temperatures of more than 31 °C fully. Like every indoor grower – no restriction to this kind of plant only – I like to see self-grown green become big and bushy, but I guess with a 1,60 m tent it‘s better to stick with shorter specimen. Even some fan leaves are getting into their autumn dress now, and wow, I like their style! Pistils are still white to more than 50%, so ne reason to check for harvest proximity or to feed them pure water only. Day 62: With their cola foxtailing, tallest bud is now at 91 cm. Color is gaining saturation. A bit more intense leaf curl on very few of the uppermost leaves; nothing to worry about at this stage. Think I can do a microscope tour soon, even if I know it’s too early. ;)

The best plant I have grown so far. 64 grams for 3.7 liters (1 gallon). Drying for 8 days. Dead at 92 days of life, practically the rhythm of an automatic with powerful results. Flush in the last week, very light. Two separate times 4 days before harvest.

Es el resultado del cruce de 2 variedades me gustan bastante, por lo que se imaginarán lo expectante que estaba por este nuevo ciclo. Me gustó y disfruté mucho viendo el desarrollo de esta planta, esta vez no quise entrenarla (LST, topping) para ver como se desarrollaba y la verdad no me decepcionó, quizás hubiera esperado más producción pero sin duda que la calidad de las flores vale totalmente la pena en desmedro del rendimiento. Flores compactas y poco aireadas completamente repleta de resina dulce y muy frutal. Totalmente recomendable para los que disfrutan de humos dulces, frutales, cremosos y con notas a frutos secos, ¡un lujo! Gracias a Sweet Seeds por darme la oportunidad de cultivar estas 3 novedades que la verdad son unas maravillas que sin duda volveré a cultivar. Será hasta la próxima, buenos humos!

August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

Time for drying. Btw drying them like this was a bad idea buds are pressed from one side may be conceded to move them, well I still prefer hanging drying 🤪

Again the super soil seems to save them and provide for exponential growth. I could try to up my humidity, which is somewhat low. But the phenotypes are looking awesomely similar for a no-name brand. This could be a hidden little gem and can't wait to see how they mature. Meanwhile been fighting gnats, tried to get rid of them with a solution of citric acid and water. It seems to help as a contact poison on the soil, while only being a tiny film, so I just don't have to add any citric coming waterings. We like them organic solutions with stuff already lying around the house. Next week I'm going to FIM them and hope this works out better than with my Orange Hill Special grow. Día 73 desde su nacimiento y ya se ha dejado de abonar hace un par de días para obtener resultados más limpios de residuos. El progreso está a la vista, flores muy densas que estaban doblando todas las ramas de esta planta por lo que tuve que agarrarla para ayudarlas a soportar el peso. El nivel de tricomas es impresionante y desprende una fragancia dulce bastante agradables por toda la casa. BUENOS HUMOS! 👽

week intel: its time to harvest some of plants the ones that is mature enough. indica dominant plants will done first always so we should harvest them first because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. indica dominant plants will get done 1 or 2 weeks sooner than sativa dominant plants that will often takes more than 8 weeks so be aware to harvest them sooner. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

I'm 4 days into flower. Topped all the plants nice and even. Then removed all bud sites below the top 4 on each branch. Leaving fan leaves intact. I allowed them to recover for 2 days. Then flipped the lights. Blue Gelato 41 has filled in 2/3 of the tent well. Big leaves are forming and they continue to reach.

Was bummed out plant got red mites at the end but that’s fine, it didn’t not impact the grow (or at least I didn’t notice.) Harvested at the end of the 6th week of flower. Trichomes had already started turning amber due to heat degradation (couch lock party) what trichomes that were not dust ridden or amber was milky so I’d say it’s ready. Choosing the best time to harvest is still puzzling for me due to the fact that this is my 4th time harvesting cannabis. Thanks for reading... more info to come ...TBC
