beginning of the sixth week of flowering and I see many fat flowers. The pistils are still white, but resin production is strong. The flowers themselves do not give off a very strong smell, but it leaves a very strong smell on the fingers, a very sweet citrus aroma

i was surprised that she was done on 2/15/25 spidermites had completely taken over one bud so i decided to check trichomes and she seemed ready.

Everything was going well in the first week, but unfortunately, a mistake caused stress in the plant. The distance between the lamp and the plant was too short. This week, I gave the plants a small amount of root growth stimulant

Starting my flush this week using 10ml of Clearex per Gallon of water flushed down to 450EC or 225ppm, going to now continue watering with ph'd balanced water when dry with about 10-20% runoff. Going to keep an eye on the trichomes but I'm thinking I'm gonna harvest early to mid of next week. I'm going to try and bring out even more of the colors in the flowers this last week or two and I'm going to start watering with ice cold water not sure if it'll help or not but I'm gonna give it a shot. End of Week 13/Week 8 of Flower it went well the plants are flushed and are fading, going to chop in a few days.

Aug 30: it’s very hot still but buds are looking really good. Starting to fill in and getting sticky, but still several weeks to go. Likely late September harvest, but it will be a very big yield, likely 500g. Hopefully. Sep 2: heat wave is past and we now have a couple days of smoke from wildfires in the NWT. Decreased water volume from 9 L/day when it was hot to 6 L/day now. Sep 5: don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you follow it up with a red light.

Day 53: In this last week I moved all the plants again and removed the leaves and branches for the last time. Twenty or twenty-five days at the most for the first harvest, and I can already draw up a final report on the genetics of this strain. On eight plants of Gorilla four showed a predominance indica with a large central cola and less ramifications. Two plants are much more bushy have a sativa predominance with longer buds and have branched out a lot. For the last two unfortunately has dominated the photoperiodic genetics and their flowering is considerably late, so as to be overcome by the two cheeses that are in bloom more advanced. However, the pistils have popped up and started to bloom, so the autoflowering genetic part is present. I am a patient grower anyway, so I will wait for them to complete their cycle even if I have to wait about three months. In these days I have added to my secret garden four other varieties: 1 Purple Glam Kush and 1 Sweet Tooth Auto by Bulk Seeds, 1 Critical Rapid by Barney's Farm and 1 Northern Lights x Blueberry by i49 Seeds. I don't know what to write, this phase is really unspectacular. It’s been a good week. The buds are starting to form. I will be adding an additional light soon to provide more of a red spectrum of light to the tent. I’ve been watering one day neutrients, one day pH water and one day nothing. The plants appear very happy and I’m looking forward to the upcoming weeks!

Week 12 looks girl #1 is coming to a end. I haven’t over fed or over watered and she’s starting to get yellow leaves. I feed her one more time at the end of this week. Starting week 13 I’m going to start to flush her. Her smell has gotten more intense this week also. She smells like sweet tropical citrus. Also she looks to be filling in more and her buds are starting to get a little dense. She definitely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have predicted from veg she would be this size. Girl#2 unfortunately never started flower and she’s going get 12-12 after I harvest girl #1. I’ll start another diary for girl #2 when that time comes. I knew she would be long winded but this is just extreme 😂. I know you experienced growers know this story very well, but for a rookie like me 😆 I’m pulling my hair out and punching the air with frustration 👊🤬🤯😁. Little bit of a delay. Wanted to get climate perfect before the flip. Upgraded ventilation and have the tent dialed in well at 74 degrees and 60% humidity during day and 70deg/ 55% at night. Started a second scrog on Day 42. Nervous about the stretch but hopefully I can maintain it (I wish T5 lights could flower...) Did extensive trimming underneath clearing pretty much anything that will never reach the ceiling of green above it. Day 45 marks last day of Veg Day 46 marks first day of flower AND. HERE. WE. GO.

6/22 Some pictures didn't upload but that's probably a good thing. As long as the video went up its good. I need to take less pictures. I'm glad I watered the plants in the back with a premixed gallon last night as we didnt get nearly the rain I thought we would. It's small showers throughout the day. The plants are getting enormous. A couple have revegged. Mostly the 10th planet. The others aren't anywhere near as impacted. Boy are some of these stalks thick. I chose to keep a couple plants that could be grown naturally without topping or fimming. I like to see the structure of the tree bit with humidity like this 98%rh it's easy to get botrytis. That's why it's good sometimes to have multiple bid sites so your proverbial eggs aren't all in one basket. But you do end up with a massive cola. I think that mk ultra with the big fan leavescis just going to be one giant bud. That's what it's looking like. Oh and today is the summer solstice. Longest day of the year. 6/23 WATERED EVERYTHING. USED FIVE AND A HALF GALLONS. EVERYTHING GOT AT LEAST A HALF GALLON. Despite the rain we got and the bags still having some heft I decided to water. It's 80 at 9am. It's supposed to he in the upper 90's today and coukd break 100° tomorrow. I hate that the grow bags are black. That's way to hot for the plants. I should find some empty soil bags and wrap the black fabric for a couple days. A sunscreen might help but I doubt much. We'll see how it goes. 6/24 It's 90° at 9am. It's supposed to break 100° amd stay there a while. Up to 106°. Plants looked awesome this morning. I wasn't sure what I'd find. Today is the worst of the days. If it didn't break 100 yesterday it was damn close all day and the girls look GREAT. I WATERED AGAIN TODAY. I USED 6.5 GALLONS TO WATER THE GARDEN. I filled up my watering can that says it holds 1.5 gallons (but it seems like more) and watered the two tens at least a half gallon and focused the rest on the 10th planet in the 30 and the other one up front that gets lighter than the rest. I was fully planning on watering EVERYTHING this morning but I could feel moisture in the soil and they had weight. I'm pretty sure I made the right decision. Especially with humidity so high. Either way I'll check tonight. EDIT: WENT TO THE GROW AT APPROX 2:30PM. I HAD BO IDEA HOW HOT IT WAD OUTSIDE. IT WAS 87° BUT THE HUMIDITY IS DAMN NEAR 100%! I HAD WATERED SHIT A KOT LATELY AMD WANTED TO WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING. THE TWO 10'S (WITH GIANT PLANTS THAT IM NOT SURE CAN FINISH IN TENS) WERE DRY AND LIGHT. A COUPLE SPECIFIC PLANTS WETE A "LITTLE" LIGHTER THAN THE REST. I MIXED UP THE WATERING CAN WHICHVIS 2.5 AND ANOTHER GALLON. I USED THE WATERING CAN ON THE PLANTS IN THE FRONT. THE CHEMDOG #4 WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LIGHTER THAN THE REST SO I GAVE IT MOST OF A GALLON. THE PLANTS THAT ARE STILL HEAVY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT LONGER BEFORE I WATER THEM. 6/26 This morning I came over to substantially lighter bags. I watered everything but the 50 with 5.5 gallons of water. Plants amd roots are getting heavier. My intuition told me to water that 10th planet but it was still wasn't TOTALLY dry. This happens a few times a year during hot stretches. It will be fine by the time I'm back. I've also noticed that the pink kush in the 50 (the only one that didn't use ALL new soil) is a substantially lighter green than every other plant in the garden. Boy I'm glad that heat wave is over. It's 67° at 9:30 that's much better. I'll update as I go. I'm still thinking about light depping the 10s. EDIT: HASN'T BROKE 70 YET AS OF NOONTIME. I THINK I MAY HAVE GONE A LITTLE OVERBOARD WITH THE WATER. TH8NGS LOOK ALRIGHT AMD THERE'S A GOOD BREEZE SO EVEN IF I DID THEY'LL DRY OUT QUICK. SO MUCH GROWTH SO FAST! IM MAINLY WORRIED ABOUT THE PATHOGENS. 6/27 Rained last night but I don't think very much. Its much cooler. Went from 100 to 70 in a day. Plants did good to take those fluctuations. They are still SLIGHTLY overwatered with the mk ultra with the big fan leaves being the MOST over watered. There's a breeze today though and it's sunny blue skies. I think showers ate possible tomorrow at 4a.m. and it says showers throughout tomorrow to which sucks. I wad hoping to get a couple nice days to dry the plants out. The 10s are light again but the soil is still moist. It's hard when it's so hot to water the correct amount. At least it is for me. Killed a couole moths and a pillar. I noticed the first sign of pest damage so it's time to get out and start the IPM. I'm hoping for no pathogens. I'll update as I go along. EDIT: IT'S 75° AT 11:30. That mk ultra with the massive leaves still looks overwatered. One of the plants in the 10s looks the same but that one is light but the soil is moist. The MK ULTRA is still holding some weight and the soil is still damp. It's not the AMOUNT of water I've given them that's the problem it's the FREQUENCY that ive HAD to water that messed me up. Going from 70° to 100° overnight for several days kinda messed me up. It's improving though. I lifted it and it doesn't seem TO heavy. The soil is still slightly moist. I hope that I don't get so involved with thinking the plants are overwatered that they are actually under watered. I think I need to increase volume when watering and treat each vacant differently (which I have for the most part). I'm usually very measured and careful but it is what it is. No more water for a little while. Other than thecshowers at 4a.m. and the showers expected tomorrow. Surprisingly the small time I was away allowed the plants to show a pretty drastic improvement. Cherry Poppers 1# Day 49# Cherry Poppers 2# Day 46# The plants are making good progress, the deuce has overtaken the ace, the game has reversed. 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. 2/3 plants doing good. 1 plant however has a calcium defficiency showing as orange spots on 2 of the fan leaves.i have added 2 ml of cal mag in with their new nutrient feeds to help offset. I have been watering normally without nutes for the first 3-4 weeks. The defficiency has resulted from me using soft tap water which contains very little calcium.
