The week starts Monday Jan-27, being day 27 of flowering. Plants are looking very good and healthy, albeit some bigger buds at this stage is missing. Carried out more minor defoliation, only trimming fan leaves on one side of a bud site in alternate fashion. Strategy is to expose more bud sites to light. Leaves are getting sticky and glistening brightly. The canopy has a few branches stretching out typical of Sativa genetics. Hoping the bud sites grow bigger soon filling up the space. Feeding a high EC nutrient mix whilst monitoring run-off EC which remains below feed EC. Light is maintained at 30cm above the canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering just under 3L per day. Bud sites are beginning to take form and the ScrOG setup looks full, ready for the development of some large buds. Removed a few more leaves from above the canopy which were blocking bud sites below. Also cut small stems (with bud sites) below the canopy from both plants which were unlikely to grow strong. It's now looking clearer below the canopy. The canopy is still thick with beautiful luscious green leaves typical of an Indica. Run-off EC has been slowly rising over the weeks but still under the feed EC - will be keeping my eyes on this. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. The plant is growing thick and fast, with very short node intervals creating a thick canopy. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 2.5L per day. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. The Indica dominant strain is really shining with incredible dense growth and thick branches that don't bend as easily as it's Sativa neighbour. This plant was not to bad in terms of lst needs and defoliating needs as much as the other ones. This will be the last week they are in Veg and switching to flower cycle next week with a 12/12 photoperiod. I was going to try a 13/11 but I wanted to test out the automatic light functions on the Medic Grows Minisun-2, So this will be relieved next week. Been having issues with PH in the medium again and some nutrient uptake. I am thinking I will switch to another brand I have to use up, trip tonic from my last grow on the balcony. Its a bit more complex and not as easy as mix into water and feed but I think its going to help me solve a lot of the issues I am getting. Given this update is a few days late some of these pics are not from today. the clones in the photos above are from the beginning of the week when I potted them up. This is the last week before water flush and the harvest. Plants continue in their course. The week plant surprisingly will give some crop but the healthy one is very pretty. From today I started with the water to flush.

I did not top this girl, yet. Her top lowers started catching up to the top so I didn’t want to stop her yet lol. But all in all she’s looking healthy.

Looks like she's completely healthy and developing well,I got scared a little bit at first due to three fact that she didn't pop after 48hs in the paper towel,but now that I see her coming up from the soil I'm much more relaxed and expecting the best from this amazing medicinal strain by Dutch passion. I Prepared the soil using bactrex, mycotrex and 2 bio tabs by bio tabs organics. Let's see how this wonderful lady performs.😍💚🌱🤞

my first pak apparently got stressed and did not grow enough and apparently I go into flowering ... instead the second purple afghan kush grows very fast ... as if it were an automatic ... and its height is 101 cwntimeters. .. and both germinated the same day ... i am happy for the evolution of the second also to them will take out the maximum of height and fattening of its flowers ...

This week went great sofar just had a little fright when i saw a gaint grasshopper completely chewed of a whole bud for no reason just bit the stem right off i removed it by hand because i dont want to use pesticides .... anyway im reveging some of the clones and keeping some to spray silver and make some seeds

Well , so I started the week having some over-fertilization problems and some of the leaves were getting curly , also green was too intense. Due to some great advice from more experienced growers I decided to give'em just water for this past week which I guess was great, you can see color of the leaves in the last video I posted, look more natural overall Today I decided to gently break the main stem from my tallest girl in order to see if it ill grow better in horizontal position and will start fattening buds soon, I've used the same technique in another one was growing too tall and now its fattening properly, that was one week ago tho Overall everything went fine , had some problems with water, I guess I will feed 'em more often , maybe every 3-4 days with 2-3 days just water and then my organic nutrients cocktail. I'm very happy to see my tent almost full of white hairs (pistils) everywhere yeahh! I've found out as well that every of them its female so can't complaint. From next week I'll try to show how that plant I've bent over is doing , and also will start applying nutrients together with the water, also need to put the net higher and show a real SOG I'm using some baking soda and vinegar in order to create CO2 but I guess the reaction finishes quite fast About defoliation I don't feed very confident since I think flowers need as much energy leaves can absorb in order to be big plus the leaves of my plants are huge and I love that, never sees bigger leaves, ofc I know I'm new in the game but would like to see things myself as well Thanks for every advice and I hope we keep on growing together and learning from each other Have a good one everybody!!

The Blackberry Moon Rocks are looking promising. One of them is growing into this beautiful little bush, and I think it's almost ready to harvest. The other plant is stacking up buds, but I'm thinking it's still a couple of weeks away. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

I might switch the lights in the next days. Depending on her growth. Day44: Added some water and moved the camera a little further away. Day45: She felt lonely, so I got her a friend... Theobroma Cacao. New seedling that needs the warmth + humidity. Hopefully surviving winter. Day46: I decided to take some zoomed in stills of her. To show off her beauty. The purpling of the branches really make this lady something special. In some of the shots it might look like her leaves are yellowing, but it's just the angle of the light. You can see on the photo that I took from the top, that all leaves are a healthy dark green. At least I now have proof that she's a lady. She's short and stubby, but I'm not really growing for amount. I just neeed 50g, after all (hehe) Day47: She grew like a demon overnight. I'll check the height tomorrow.
