Flowering Week 22: Buds Emerge & the Great Durban Haircut Update: 10.08.2025 | Day 156 Hey Growmies, Week 22’s got both ladies playing different games – Durban’s diving into bloom while Blueberry’s still stretching like she forgot the season. Durban Poison – Flowering Fireworks She’s all business now – white pistils poppin’ everywhere and buds startin’ to stack. Weird thing? Still barely any smell. Got no clue what this girl’s gonna taste like come harvest. Today’s mission: Giving her the big haircut she needs. Gonna clear out that jungle undercarriage for airflow. Blueberry – The Neverending Stretch This babe’s still shooting up for the sky like a rocket. Almost hit 2.10m now, sproutin’ new shoots at every bud tip like she’s in permanent preflower mode. Almost no pistils visible and a very calm smell. But she's definittely the prettiest green skyscraper in the garden. Wrap up: - Weather’s playing nice – sunshine and breeze mean zero mold nightmares (for now). - Not a single pest in sight – leaves cleaner than my Sunday shoes. - Bokashi juice twice a week keeps ’em glowing. Few yellow fan leaves? Nothin’ to sweat. Next Moves - Keep Bokashi rhythm steady – they’re lovin’ that funky juice. - Hope for Blueberry’s bud forming soon (will she hit 2.20m?). Its going great.

Im doing a bit of defoliation, moreover the leaves that covering the buds, i cut some small branches on the bot of the plants, to keep energy for the distal parts of the branches. Every 2 day approximately, to no stress a lot the plants, I pinch the apex of MD1, MD2 and BB1, that my secondary branches go up, until the height of the apex central. Nutriments : 2,0 mL/L of rhizotonic, 2,5 mL/L of cannazym every watering. 2,0 mL/L of terra vega every 2 or 3 watering in case of they need (N) until the final of the strecht (first 2 weeks of bloom). I will put 5L every watering (pots of 18L) and I will analysed the drain of every plants to check pH and the fertilizer amount. Im really proud of theses plants, they are strong, resistant (the trunks are huuuge, moreover the Moby dick from Dinafem) and so healthy !! The MD 3 has reacted really really good with the topping ! Im impressed and quite sure do topping next time ;) I hope they will give me the best of themselves !!!! Lets wait the final of the strecht 😉

budding up nicely now. One pheno looks to be growing different bud formations and is much more frosty. O stupidly didn't take a cut of this in veg so I've taken a flower cut to reveg and try monstercropping.

Actually 7 weeks of flowering. She’s looking good. I need a trellis net cause the weight is bringing them down.

i should have vegged these clones longer and not defoliate so much, but overal the grow has gone smooth and amazing smell after week 5 whoa

Blue Dream is on her final push of ripening. I have cut off her feed and she is just on ph water now. She smells great, but is smaller due to colder conditions with winter. My next update will likely be the harvest. End of day 27 flower. Did a full defoliation on her today to open her up for a better light penetration. Also did a bud pinching technique about 5 days ago on two main branches so I will see how it compares to the ones that were left alone. Overall the buds are swelling up pretty good and there’s only 20-25 days left before harvest. Thanks for taking the time to check her out. Peace out ✌️
