Longer warmer days

Week 2 went well they are progressing normally. A#3 is a bit smaller than the rest but not surprising being that it sprouted with the shell fully attached and the other 2 had a nearly 4 day headstart. I'm happy she made it and was able to break through the shell. It seems adding saliva to it did the trick. Feeding schedule has been poor due to my busy schedule, I've feed them twice this week both times I gave them each 1/3 of a gallon that was mixed with 1/4 tsp each of general hydroponics floramicro, micro, and 1/8 tsp bloom and 2 ounces of Vermis Terra. 18/6 ls, 84°/43% dt, 73°/53%nt, 6.3-6.5 ph

Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! Just jarred up for the cure, and these flowers are already top 10 favorite all time. It's just full of chemical funk, and makes me high like I was back in HS. Holy shit. I can't say enough good things about the terp profile on this stuff. I can barely describe it in the state it's put my mind at the moment, wow. I wish I had treated her well during the grow, but I'm still learning. I will 100% be growing these genetics again. Given how good it is with my newbie skills, I can hardly imagine what it'll be like when I know what I'm doing. I grew two ladies in one 13 gallon RDWC bucket. Even sharing root space, they outgrew my tent and I spent all of her flower trying to save the run. Not much more I can write at the moment other than 10/10 wow.

I didn t expected nothing from this plant, because of the slow and stunt start, but after the 3rd week it start to get "bigger" i m gonna try it again while i have another seed!💪 Anyway the result wasn t much, but amazing! Thanks for who followed the process, happy grow to everyone!👽

Good Grow

Increasing feed and light slowly , things are coming along , there nice and compact , they seem to have good root growth so far and will speed up as I increase the light and feed from now . My ec/ph meter decided to break so been waiting for a new one .

hellooo growers,❤️ crazy week last week, from police helicopter flying again around and near my growlocation from diffrent hights but not for 15min but more like 6 hours...That's really abnormal so we will see... and with growing last week was a heavy one because I had my first fungus gnats infestation ,(mystery where they come /came from I think some teleportation lol ) it started really slow but within couple of days it was not a couple but dozens so that was not funny, with some research I came 2the conclusion yellow sticky papers/plates and canna cure was not solving the problem but more running behind the problem.. so that was a mistake.. I read about mites and little nematodes , fascinating stuff, I know very little about them and they where a eye opener on a lot of different ways. love to learn new things.. I think the infestation did some damage in slow grow but I'm not sure because I never grew amnesia auto before and this is my second grow in total so.. but after a couple of days after I released the nematodes and mites i saw i huge diffrent in flying around gnats, and now 11-12 I only saw 2 or 3 in total last 3 days so that's great! the smell is strong already a fine sweet but strong present aroma with a hint of citrus smell, amazing... now and then I close my eyes and focus on the great smell it gives and sometimes with fascination thoughts.. 12- 12 I see already some of the girls are growing very good now so that's great to see I give the lady's all 700ppm from canna call/mag agent 20ml a 15 L or Atami callmag 20ml a 15L Canna A& b 35ml a15L rhizotonic 25ml a15L cannazyme 25ml a 15L BAC sillica power 5ml a 15L canna cure spray every 3the day lights power draw is 150watt of 480w quantom boards and the viparspectra p4000 also 150watt and the rubol Josephine 50 watt farRed cob is always on 50watt stay tuned new updates in progress! 9/27/2018 Been a rainy damp week,cooler nights, no moulds as of yesterday and will update photos shortly if weather permits. Speak of the Devil, this am #2 has two spots of mould,cut ✂️ out,and trashed. All others no mould, #4 is covered with sand it keeps getting blown over!.#2 fading, #1 still Growing nice green very little fade just lower leaves lots of new pistils,#3 all hairs gone brown, and smells like Real old school Skunk!👍not much bud but still have couple weeks of flowering to fatten up and taste of Skunk getting me excited😁 10/02/2018 Week 7, day 5. Rainy days still very little mould just #3 so far. #1 looking fantastic.#2 pistils brownish,#3 pistils all brownish red dont see any New pistils but branches drooping from their weight #4 is still popping New flowers but lots brown all over, hope 2 weeks to finish! But cold is coming soon. #1 no signs of slowing down putting out lots of fresh flowers! Does not mind the cooler weather. Last bit of molasses to super charge microbes in the soil. Hope she comes in at 8-10 weeks👍 53-70 days flowering.

Mystery Made 2 already stopped showing male traits. I only plugged 3 or 4 there in total. Melonade Runtz on the other hand still is developing but I have the feeling that it is slowly getting better. All in all they look amazing and are growing very nicely. The trichomes are also developing great!
