Week 3 of flowering has started! More defoliation and loolipoping is going on and is passing the surface of the SOG... buds keep fattening, although this light is very poor I think inhave mentioned that before!!

Well into flower, not stretched much at all quite small but will be a couple of big colas because of topping,.. won't be topping next time I don't think, will stick to lst and tie down method,... looking good tho, roll on next week 👌

Howdy, This week has gone well, plant seems healthy with no noticeable deficiencies. My res leaked because a tube I had in the back was in the wrong place but all is sorted now. Thinking it was a crack in the tub, I drained it... So I had to replenish with a new set of nutes which I'm going to drag out for another 5/6 days. PPM's are steadily dropping and PH is increasing so shes definitely ready for a richer feed. Also learned about different TDS with the whole 0.5/0.7 conversion rate. When topping for the 3rd time, I was a little too rough with one of the colas and it snapped without me realizing. I noticed about 2 hours later by which time it had already dried out a bit, its still alive but the growth is stunted. Added a bit of PK as I noticed a few fan leaves had purple stems, cleared up within 2 days and back to lime green 🙃🌱 Update 22/08 - Day 30 from Sprout. Changed out res as PH kept dropping and leaves started to go very slightly yellow. New nodes are already growing well, 3 times bigger than 2 days ago. I think I'm going to flip on or around the 6th of September, which means a total of 45 days veg, or 6 and a half weeks. Next couple of weeks will just be about pruning lower leaves and some HST/LST. Might get a scrog net, tried using a tomato hoop but the one I have is shit... Going well so far anyway!

Estupenda planta, la recomiendo mucho si ya has cultivado al menos 5 autoflorecientes, pues aunque no es un cultivo difícil pudo salir mucho mejor por un exceso de riego que tuvo en la semana 2 y no creció como debería, aún así estiró bastante durante la floración, cosa que me sorprendió en una variedad automática. Bellísima la volvería a cultivar sin duda.

Hey yall! Another week down. A lot has happened. To start, we up-potted from the red solos into my living soil blend that I have been working on for almost a year. It's so full on living creatures and beneficials. I used to have fungus gnats a lot when working with living soil, it's almost impossible to avoid. .. Then enters beneficials; we have black soldier Flys, persimillis predatory mites, definitely earth worms, most likely a mix of night crawlers. No more fungus gnats, I highly recommend using beneficial nematodes, cucumeris and persimillis predatory mites are excellent (swirski predatory mites are expensive). Just look at the Soil Food Web and identify what pest you have, then purchase their predators from a trusted insectary. Anyways I added another 200watt LED and spread out the plants in a 2' X 4' tent. It's extremely dry in my location and having the heat on makes the air even drier. So getting my VPD stable has been an immense challenge. Right now Also we need to be able to add VPD or at least GD needs a built in calculator to help folks with VPD, Vapor Pressure Deficite. As of right now I am sitting at 0.85 VPD, so pretty good for today. I have 4 humidifiers and have had to hang moistened towels on the doors of the room I am growing in. It literally has been a huge challenge to keep the humidity high enough for my VPD to be in range for the young plants I have now. Good thing is my current humidity without running any humidifiers is perfect for the flowering stage, so I can't wait to move this along. As for topping and training; like I said I really want to move these ladies into flowering sooner than later. I have several reasons to do limited training so I can limit my veg time, also getting this crop done as fast as possible is best for my set up. Until I can get a larger house 🏠 😩 because we got a baby on the way 👶 so need to make space. I have made compost tea twice this past week, wetting the soil and also spraying the leaves. My sprayer broke so I ended up pouring the tea on the plants gently, I got worm castings on the leaves lol. Gently rubbing that off once they dried. Also I applied the tea at night. My tea recipe: Reverse Osmosis water, 2 to 4 gallons I bubble that with added minerals for a day Add 2-3 cups of Activated worm castings (To activate the castings I added about 3 gallons of high quality castings with what I consider to be nutrient amendments, SO I add = kelp meal, neem cake, organic coconut flour, organic corn meal, organic wheat flour, and organic cold milled flax seeds and let that sit for a week then add about 2 to 3 cups of that mix to the tea) I also add biology from about a cup of 2 different soil mixes I have around my compost bin, just trying to get a more diverse biology by adding those two different soil sources. And mind you the grow beds I took the soil from has been organic for many years and has a large amount of beneficials and tons of excellent biology. Other than that I bubble that for 12 to 24 hours, with as much air as I can get. I use air stones but you really need to clean them off once you are done brewing. I also have an Air Lift with a large air pump that really works great, K.I.S. Organics sells one that works great or you can build one easily with with PVC pipe and a few adapters from any Home Depot or Lowes. Also I do add DynoMyco to my roots when up-potting. They are an amazing brand that has backed up research, I think they have more propagules per gram of two strains they identified to work great with cannabis. Now having said that, each individual phenotype out of each individual and specific strain/cultivar is going to have different bacteria/fungal strains that it prefers and by growing the same strain, hopefully the same exact cut, and grow 3 to 4 cycles before you truly have the mycelium networks built and fully functional. What I am saying is stop throwing out "used" soil and go over 7 gallons, bigger the better for biodiversity. Stop buying "new" soil, amend your previous beds and pots. You will see a huge difference. Today is day 36. I had to tie up some branch’s this morning. The colas have been slowly leaning in every direction, and I wanted to get them back standing straight in the light.i will flush her for a few days seems last batch of nutes burned her a little. I also believe there is to much nitrogen in her roots as some leaves have started to yellow up top. This is just my opinion from what I have been reading. I know Leaves will yellow during flowering, but from my understanding it is usually is the lower leaves. Any feed back would be appreciated.

Weak smell is finally starting to develop and it is amazing. Also starting LST this week on all four plants. I need help with the Royal Jack. The plant that started out so well is really struggling and I have no idea why. Any tips are more than welcome. Also I'm having a bit of a pest situation. Ive looked under the leaves and around the plant but was unable to find anything that could be capable of doing this damage. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance

Week 4 - Sometimes You Got To Lose To Gain Phase 2 - I took off the fan leaves so that the plant would redirect its energy into the stem and branches rather than the leaves. I also cut of the top heads so that the energy would go into the development of the 2 heads below.

Obama runtz x gas tax sad to say both seedlings are super crappy so far. If it was not for the gas tax parent being the best flower ever then I wld just toss these but sometimes the crappy slow growing plants end up being super dank It's looking like a good start to a week the plants are strong they are getting to the point I can let the dried dry out completely. I'm thinking by the end of this week the plants will be starting to be sold. Last week I put all the plants into my bigger 2x4 tent with my medicgrow mini sun 2 the 500w version. Only a few of the plants were ready for that light. Seems like the only plants that really have good resistance and have a strong start are the weedseedsexpress.com seeds. Shout out to weedseedsexpress.com for the strong plants. I ended up putting all the plants back into my 2x2 tent with the 55w amazon light it has alot more blue light in its spectrum. It's kinda weird b4 I switched the plants to the 2x4 tent they were getting 220umol under my amazon 55w led then when I put them under the 500w light 25% strength about 50in from plants and they were getting only about 195umol in that tent but it was stressing most the plants. I assume a larger light has more side lighting hitting the plants. I think when useing larger lights it's good to measure umols from the top but also coming from the sides. I think durring seedling stage they only need about 50% the umols coming from the side the plants as the top is receiving. When I put the plants back in the small tent about the same umols as they were getting b4 the switch and they were still a little stressed. So for a few days I put the small light at the top the tent giving them 100umols for a few hrs then 130umols the rest the day.

This girl is a late bloomer, but now she is starting to reach my other girls. The plant stopped to grow and now she is pointing all her energies to to flowers. The smell it's very strange ( in a positive way). I have done some lollipopping because the plant is very bushy with 12-13 main colas, and a lot of side branches diddn't see the sunlight so i chopped them. Also I've found some unwanted guests, but outdoor it's a common thing. The first 5 weeks, I sprayed a mix of water and neem oil and it all went very good without any parasite, but when the plants started flowering I obviously stopped giving them neem oil, and now I founs sometimes insects, but nothing to bad, I nedd to wait another 3-4 weeks and then I'll harvest it :)

Day 78: This week I only gave them water with regulator, humic-blast and ezymen because they where ready to harvest. Those others from last week where kept inside a dark room for some days before cutting them down. By doing this, your plants will increase making thc. In the middle of this week i also putted some plants inside the dark/drying room to make them ready to harvest. These will also be in the dark for a few days before I harvest them. At the end of this week all other plants are in the dark as well for a couple of days, i will keep them in the grow room because there is no point to move them to the other room lol. Because i put them into the dark for days instead of cutting them down, I can cut them fresh and put them in drying nets instead of putting the full plant upside down on ropes. I will use a cutting machine for this.
