Week 16 I added new tie-down and tried to fill the tent as much as possible. The Aroma is amazing coming from the tent with super sweet berry tones. Trichomes are all still clear and no stunt in growth has been detected. I've gone back to a 90 degree rotation daily and a hybrid watering schedule with 1L from top and 1L subirrigated alternating days to keep nutrients in play hoping to prolong flushing the plant over the next 2-3 weeks instead of over a single week. Pests have not re-emerged since the spray but nonetheless less ill be spraying again partway through the week. The buds are mainly all golf ball sized now with the colas starting to fill out nicely. I cannot wait to try these mouth watering buds. Day 6 As the week progressed we saw a filling of the branches, the internodal spacing was almost perfect for this plant which is nice considering all things. As seen on the video, the trichomes are mainly clear on a lot of the outer buds but the more centralized buds are appearing cloudy. Regardless going for a 85/15 cloudy/amber trichome ratio. So 3-4 weeks more possibly, observation will be crucial.

Started the flush a few days ago. Wish I had set up a second scrog. The branches are falling over under their own weight - hence the makeshift netting.

Flowering day 57 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The lady is slowly coming to an end 😍. The buds start to swell extremely . The trichomes mature day by day. At the start of this week I bought another lumatek light for the 2nd tent and I'm already seeing the rewards. We have a smart meter and it seems the tent cost on average is 5p per hour so why the fuck not get another one eh?🤷‍♂️🏼 I have been feeding the solo plant from the wilma Res so it stays consistent but I'll be flushing them very soon indeed. Auto Maxi Gom is doing well. She has produced her first pistils, and is transitioning into flowering. She should start stretching very soon. It's my first grow with Xpert Nutrients. So I am curious to see what happens. I had to back off on there amounts suggested. It was too strong. Nothing wrong with concentrated, it goes further once you figure it out. Everything is going well. Nothing else much to report. New week, seems ok for first morning, will do heavy feed on day 52. I already gave away one plant ( strawberry cough photo ) now one of fast diesels still stucked in pre-flower, would love to return to 18/6 regime, just dont want any reveg or hermie. Still lost. Fingers crossed ;) Day 53 Morning, leaves a bit down after night, everything looking not bad, thinking to defoliate two midle babies. Had a big mistake on day 52, they where down, i stayed for one night out and was late with watering for a day, they looked totaly down, like my mobile, thats why no photos, never seen any plant so bad in my hole life... But they are ok now, quess it was on the verge, but damadge was done 100 % Day 53 evening. I wouldnt be me if i wont be searching ways to screw up the crop ;))) After many hesitations i decided to do very light defoliation. And ..... They hated it. Lets give couple days, but 2 huge stresses in 3 days dont give me and girls joy for sure .... In that rush forgot to make third Fast diesel photo, but i quess she didnt made mind to flower, took like 5 leaves down and left her for a bit,very annoying , she will be a big delay at the end or very early harvest, both ways waste of time.... Plus had to reduce light to 15.5 of day, maybe those 30 min will force her ... All 3 Fast Diesels are very mag hungry, fed them with epsom salt extra. Day 54 . Fast Diesel 3 went to 24 hours darkness prison with a heater ;))) hope that will teach her a lesson ! Others got feed with silicic acid, they drink, thats a good sign tho ! Fast Diesel 3 was a day behind from all, even 5 leaves was too much. But its a good time for me to give last trick i can, before downgrading day hours even more. Day 54 Evening. Girls are praying again, silica always boost them to hapiness ;) Day 56. Girls are growing, looks like last Fast Diesel starts to make buds from preflower, but a lot of pistils going brown, so either its heat, which i will check today or its hermie ;))) Could be wind damage, i will check all options today, returned from work, made short shitty video and thats all ;) End of week.

Week 2 vegetation for the banana purple punch from fastbuds 420. All good at the moment, we are testing the xpert line with these girls. 1ml of master grow A+B 1ml of master root We removed the 2 lowest sets of leaves and branches. We do this because we have the girls in 7 liters and quite some plants together, so i prefer to concentrate on the main bud and only some side buds

I water with a lot of water and I plant directly in my mixture of 70% coco, 30% perlite. Water : tap water at 280ppm. I adjust the Ph to 6. 20cm vertical growth this week!! Things going well. Probably entering flowering in the next week.

5/30 update: both plants have been jarred for curing! A little disappointed with the over all yield but a lot to learn from this first grow! Expert seeds gg#4 comin next 👌0

Pure Ice cream is doing good under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. She is showing a pigment mutation on one part of plant which is neat. Not sure what it is called. She is due for a solution change soon. Everything is looking great at the moment. Week 3 update and all systems go for launch. We’re flipping to flower exactly 21 days from seed and so far, the mix looks to be impressive. Counting about 4 males (one that won’t make the cut), 2 indica leaning phenos and the rest are sativa leaning. Side branching has also been impressive so we should be able to pull some rootable cuts within the next week or two. If we got the sexes right (it is a little early to be certain), then the dutchy cabinet will be full up for bud testing👍. Next week will tell the tale🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. It’s a nice grow so far in terms of expectations reality on the seed breeders. Great stuff again. I had a real germination nightmare this time around though - lots of strains failing at seedling so the numbers and strains became more 😂. So the tents are mixed up again to auto on one side and photoperiod on the other. In this tent as well as Afghan and a red gorilla - there is sweet zensation , banana krumble and red hot cookies and a peyote skittlez. Water in using ro solely through the grow. There has been one issue. I tried a “pro” substrate from biocanna this time and I have those little fleas. Really annoying and my aphids are late so kind of annoying - takes the pleasure off a bit. Any good organic solutions let me know please on comments

Everything went according to plan. From germination the plant displayed a very good development. With no training I believe she gave a very good yield. She always looked very strong with no signs of any risk.

week intel: we had some dear guests of family from foreign country to meet again after years so i had to make some free space for their stuff therefore girls are going to be gusts too for a week in their neighbors home :D some times unpredicted things happen you must be ready to change at any time , so i moved some and chopped off weak ones stresses : E.C stress around 1.2 3 times per week feeding: replaced b-52 with Bloom base nutrient i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 631 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them high dose of Top-Max + Bloom Base nutrient around 600 ppm - 1.2 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 630 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause stress this last week guide of the week : we are in the final phases of this run , i'm happy about quality but depressed about quantity :D

Well it’s been 2 weeks now and the girls are doing nicely, they have been lightly fed twice a day and have outgrown their Solo cups. I flushed the Coco 3 times to a reading of 10ppm out the bottom. It took 2.5 gallons of pH’d RO water.. I transferred them to 5.7 litre smart pots tonight and gave them about 500ml of nutes. I also prepped the CoCo with Myko before transplanting. So far I’m liking the CoCo and so are the girls. Wish me luck on this grow. Any comments and suggestions welcome.
