So I had a little less nutrient last week then i needed. Def a calcium deficiency. I think it's clearing up but this plant has spot all over it. I changed the water, gave it the right amount of nutrients and a little exra hydrated lime for calcium. Hydro is hard. I hoping It's not sick. I hope It doesn't get the other plants sick. Just a few weeks left.

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. What to say about this week? For starters LST was started this week. Initially I used garden ties but soon after replaced them with 6” garden staples . 2 of the 6 girls began throwing pistals resulting from the LST starting around day 15 YIKES 😬. The Zkittlez & the Runtz both from (Expert Seeds ) began giving the 5x5 its first smells . The LST so far has been a pleasure no ooosy daisies so far & the girls are showing what they are made of . The secondary shoots have great potential to form a nice round bush that I can train out into an even-as-possible canopy . Today is day 21 & day 20 for this bunch . They are only using Gaia Green dry amendments for feedings but I decided to take some advice given to another grower & supplement my girls with some compost tea . NO I DONT THINK THEY NEED ANYTHING ADDITIONALLY IM REALLY HAPPY SO FAR WITH MY NUTES bbbbuuuuuttttttt in the short chance that my ladies may take a liking to an occasional tea & reward my pampering with large , long , frosty, stacked cola’s . . Thennnn I’m supplementing , I consider this all “4-play” for my ladies Ik a giver 🤷‍♀️😭 My only concerns are racing against this clock to get as much size & solid structure before flowering sets in I’ve really got my heart set on a certain outcome & I’m one for a good challenge. Finally , atleast as much as I can remember, I increased the dimmer knob on the light from 65% to about 78%. I won’t increase the watts any higher until bloom sets in fully & at that point I’ll be turning it to 100% raising it a maybe 6 inches & watching patiently for my girls to start praying 🙏 to it . Week 3 in the books !

End of the first week, we feel victorious Even tho we had our ups and down. I had an accident while moving them, almost fell down with the plants, thank God they didn't suffer and I didn't fall but I almost had a heart attack!!! Phew!!! Anyhow, we built a greenhouse for indoor growing since we noticed they were suffering from hot temperatures while being outdoor after 10.00am, weather gets real hot and they still too young to take that kind of sunlight. Well around here temperatures can raise above 40 degrees and that's way too much. Now we have them in a very comfortable zone, last picture can give you a heads up bout what's going on, we planned to upload more soon! Beginning of the week #2 Starts now! Day 8 She's happy with her new greenhouse INDOOR CFL while sun is way too hot AC/on all day plus Sunbathing early morning and late noon Until sun is gone then they go to CFL Until they have to go to sleep and rest Until next day of course! Day 9 Looking good tho, decided to feed her first meal, 0.4ml/1 gallon of water and added only 200ml per plant followed by 200/300ml.plain water with a little runoff so they can get all nutrients in good shape Day 10 Went outside for some sunlight at the rooftop early morning Day 11 Sunbathing her around 4.20 until sun is gone so she gets extra light Day 12 Looking great I'm in love! Day 13 Decided to change her pot for a bigger one and also readjusted her feeding schedule to once per week, since she only had her first meal at week #2 and only 171ppm, since she's doing so good and almost the start of the third week, today she got her second meal and its going to be like this until next Sunday. Guys she's bout 3 weeks tomorrow after 6pm so I'm planing at the very end of this 3rd week increase her food to 5ml. Today she got 1.5ml of Flora Nova grow / mix in 1 gallon of water thats 314ppm. Followed by 200ml.of plain water and little runoff Let's see what are the results she gives us this week, any comments, tips or advise is more than welcome!!
