Englisch: Towards the end of week 4, the ladies were planted in their final 11 liter pots. They also tolerated it very well, especially because of the White Shark Mycorrhizae the plants had almost no stunt. I lollipopped all the plants on day 38 and will give them another week or so to recover before flowering. This is my first time with such aggressive lollipopping, so we'll see how they take it. Unfortunately I have to say that the PCG Genetics are not performing as well as I had hoped, whether it's my fault or the fact that the seeds have been in the fridge for over 5 years, I don't know. I hope that they will at least be convincing in terms of flavor, even if they are not the highest-yielding plants. Now I have to wait and keep my fingers crossed. :) Deutsch: Gegen Ende von Woche 4 wurden die Ladys in ihre finalen 11 Liter Töpfe gepflanzt. Haben es auch super vertragen, besonders durch die White Shark Mycorrhizae hatten die Pflanzen so gut wie keinen stunt. An Tag 38 habe ich alle Pflanzen gelollipopped und werde ihnen noch ca. 1 Woche Zeit geben, um sich zu erholen, bevor es in die Blüte geht. Ist mein erstes Mal mit so einem aggressiven Lillpopping, mal schauen wie sie es vertragen. Leider muss ich sagen, dass die PCG Genetics nicht so performen wie erhofft, sei es mein Verschulden, oder die Tatsache, dass die Samen über 5 Jahre im Kühlschrank lagen, ich weiß es nicht. Ich hoffe, dass sie zumindest geschmacklich überzeugen können, wenn es nicht die ertragreichsten Pflanzen werden. Jetzt heißt es abwarten und Daumendrücken. :)

Excellent growth this week from the diesel, looking pretty much finished will give her few days depending on whether. The cheese is small but the smell coming of it is unreal. Just gave plain water in between the rainy days, will just give water rest of time. That’s all this week happy growing🌱

I did a nutrient bomb so i took pic just to record any further change, as i need to stimulate flower caliber , with sugars , epsom salts and , sometimes barrier as it works as a slight K booster. There is a update photoset on friday 12/11/20 as they didnt die but if i add furher shit they can get burn so i will go mild and just do some just water to rest of the week and then just easy with enhancers and sugar extracts.

They are at 4 nodes but i noticed the plants are almost dwarf I just added nutes hopefully they will get robust they are really healthy though. I lifted my light a bit so they can get a little height. We will Seeeee 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔. Topped and conducted LST added worm castings as well.

SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on couple of them...about 30% cloudy at most.. TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there throughout the garden, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because they'll be entering the harvest window over the next few days.

Después de añadir Calmag, las plantas empezaron a mostrar más vigor y mejor desarrollo. Hace unos días realicé el trasplante a macetas de 11L, probablemente las definitivas, aunque esto dependerá de cómo avancemos en las próximas semanas. 💪 A partir de ese trasplante, también comencé a incluir BioGrow en el riego, para potenciar el crecimiento. 📝 Dato útil: Antes de trasplantar, esperé a que el sustrato estuviera un poco más seco y compacto, lo que facilitó muchísimo el proceso. Luego, en ese primer riego post-trasplante, aproveché para aplicar fertilizantes. ¡Seguimos avanzando y viendo los cambios día a día! 🚀🌿

Resolved an issue with fungus gnats and having a small problem with some 2 spotted spider mites, which I treated with some predatory mites which is the reason I had to turn up the humidity as this species of predator mite likes it above 60%.

PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell.
