The plants react well to the switch to 12/12 and continue to stretch and fill out their grow space. They love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and have a healthy green color all over. The first signs of flowering (=white hairs) start to appear and both plants are female (as expected from feminized seeds). Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plant #2 is appr. 12 cm taller than plant #1 at this time.

Switched from 24/0 to 12/12 at the end of day 14, also switched the 730nm Led's on. Its been 7 days the plants have started growing a lot faster but there's still no pistils showing. I started feeding biobizz grow @ 2ml/l At the moment there getting watered every 3-4 days. The light is showing 25000lux on a lux meter app.

Despite no A/C in the spot temporarily, things are going perfectly fine, no complaints! Thank goodness I’m just vegging. Temps have been around 87 ish, but the plants seem to love it.

Hello, now the second week has begun.. the little helpers are slowly coming out of their holes and the first roots are already taking out of the small 1 liter pot and already two root ends have dried up again, which is not so desirable with AF genetics. every cell and every day counts to achieve good results in the end... This week there is another drop of alpha boost and that's it for additives. The soil is saturated with nutrients that are released now and then, it should fully supply this little AF throughout its cycle. vll at the end a dollop of molasses. Time will tell. let's give her another week, then there's something to look at... temp fits again at night it is also OK around 12- 15°... today and tomorrow even up to 30° during the day... So it can only get better. Although she put everything away with engraving.. great genetics that don't buckle right away if one or two days the conditions don't fit... It's growing! PS i add a little bit off Humus to the top layer..the helper seeds stretch a bit to much

Week 7 of Veg for these beautiful Apple Betty ladies! It was a stressful week for the girls but they made it❤️ Day 44 - I decided the girls had outgrown their 2 gallon nursery pots and were ready to move on. After a quick cleanup of the stems close to the base, they were ready to go. I like to keep my soil in a Rubbermaid bin, either with a fan lightly blowing, or the exhaust line from my tent blowing at it. Since I started doing this, I have not had any gnats or pests in my grows, of course with regular cleanings and IPM…my mix is Promix HP with about 20% worm castings added to it. This time around, I decided to use some Dynomyco to increase the mycorrhiza count of my Promix HP. This will increase root development by adding all kinds of interconnected webbing and allow for better uptake of nutrients overall. Within an hour or so all of the ladies were transplanted ❤️ x2 in 7 gallon fabric pots, and 1 in a 5 gallon fabric pot ( the 5 gallon will finish in my 2x4 tent) Once the girls bounce back and take hold of their new forever pot, I will be setting up my custom “floating” SCROG net and allowing them some time to get bent and tucked all nice snug before I flip to a flower schedule. Just need about 5 more inches of growth before I flip to flowering. Hopefully they will do that in the next week. Looking great , zero deficiency been fed perfectly. Leaves are perfect color green through out.

Finally flipped the lights over to flower mode and took the humidifier out of the tent. So far so good we are gonna keep watching to make sure we didn't over do the nuts. Don't want any Nut burn that can be annoying. make sure you hit the follow button

Being Mephisto Freebies there’s not a lot of info on how these particular seeds grow. I found them low maintenance, they weren’t the thirstiest girls I’ve grown and I found quite late on they didn’t like high temperatures, caused over half of them to foxtail. That being said the trichome production was there from week 2 of flower and by the time I cut them down they were some of the greasiest plants I’ve grown to date! I left a decent amount of the sugar leaves on while trimming with the hopes it will slow the drying process by a few extra days, between 7-10 days hanging, then into jars with humidity packs to cure. It’s been a fun grow and an exciting introduction into the Mephisto brand, over the last year I’ve managed to purchase a few different strains on there Monday drops so il definitely be running some more in the future.
