Final week of veg. Seems like a lot went on. As you can see, the canopy is virtual all even. The branches that were tied down 3 weeks ago were allowed to let go and reach for the light. In contrast, the taller and much stronger branches now became tied down. This took some work - these branches are thick and sturdy - pulling on them too much I am afraid will detach them from the trunk. That happened to the Gelato. It took a little bit of repositioning the wire garden ties everyday to achieve this. I'm happy to send them into flower like this. Speaking of Gelato. Her soil has been hot from the beginning. She has shown signs of high nitrogen levels and the run off from the pot is never clear. I purposely held off from feeding her nutrients bc of this, until this week. A day after feeding veg nutrients at 50% strength, there was yellow-browning and burning new growth leaf tips. This occurred for about 24 hrs on a few leaves then did not get worse. Next watering cycle will get only cal mag. Of note, the pH of any liquid going into Gelato has been consistently at 6.5. A few notes about the environmental conditions. According to VPD charts, the temperature / relative humidity ratio has not been ideal for vegetation. What would have improved the environment would have been the addition of a humidifier to reach about 60% RH at temps around 65 degrees F. Now, we are on to flower...

Big one is doing good, my ph meter broke and Hannah Instruments sent me a new probe. When I got it and checked run off everything was fucked up so I did a heavy flush on everything and a feed. Found some shit called Gnatrol on Ebay for the fungus gnats larvae added to the mixidk if it will work tho. Pictures were taken on Day 7 of Bloom.

She's clearly not happy. She hasn't been happy for a couple of weeks looking back at past weeks.

*Increased ppm from 950 to 1050. *the plants where to big so I did do some trimming on them and took clones. *Started flowering. Hope the size is not an issue maybe I’ll cut it down some more.

Going to pull her out of the light tonight and put her into darkness. Very happy with the way she turned out!!

D71/F23 - 11.29 - Maybe didn't love the defoliation, but looking ok. No discoloration or anything, just a little slower to start chunking up than its neighbors. <3 D73/F26 - 12.1 - The 3x3 9lb seems to have done better with the defoliation, but after I fed with a bit of molasses, found some fungus gnats flying around. Have traps and diatomaceous earth down, so we should nip this pretty quickly. D74/F27 - 12.2 - A little concerned about this one cola whose top pistils seem curled compared to the other on the plant. Take a look and let me know if this is normal or not. All my mature fungus gnats have been trapped, not seeing anymore buzzing around. I suppose the larva could still do a little damage for now? D76/F29 - 12.4 - Doing fine in the 4x5 tent :)

She's been doing some odd growing, but she's growing never the less, and since the top wasnt looking very dominant, the executive decision was made to top and see how the side branching comes out. There will definitely be some training. She's got a lovely berry smell coming through in the stem rub. Should be another big week of growth for this girl.

Lo que menos me gusta de la etapa de floración es que veo poco a las plantas, apenas un momento cuando las luces se encienden a las 22:00h. Esta semana he acabado la instalación de todas las lámparas de la carpa de cultivo, un mix de buenas luces para alumbrar las plantas por todas partes. Al final 450w repartidos en 4 lámparas en el dosel y 3 barras led alumbrando por los laterales.
