After having my first plant that I gave hose water and sunlight be cut in half by a caterpillar, and my first indoor plant to get botrytis. This has been my first fully successful harvest and I couldn't be happier. Been listing to all of the GFYH podcast with Rasta Jeff and learned most of the steps through listening on repeat at work. This plant is very fun to grow, it will naturally fill it's canopy without much LST and occasionally topping. I have no complaints about the nutrients, mostly using FoxFarm items, the trio is nice and I can see the difference when I pushed to far either way with them, the plants would respond pretty quickly and I could fix and possibly compensate for the mistake and they would bounce back like nothing. Not having experience with other brands I'll say that I am happy enough to keep it as a constant variable for my personal refinement in becoming a better grower. I plan to continue growing this strain for a while so that I can have a way to see my improvement, and I will likely make another journal after at least a couple harvests.

Our Biscotti, heir to the legendary purple-red champion, this time in the normal version, is starting to get really serious. The flowers are super compact as I like, they are starting to take on color and are full of trichomes which I exceptionally photographed even in the ripening phase because they are gorgeous. The plant has been doing well since it was small, it also needed very little fertilizer and we really like this version too, for a moment in the vegetative phase it made us hope it was that one but it's fine just the same. I advise you to take a look at the photos of the trichomes….coming soon with a video too You can find it on Zamnesia https://www.zamnesia.io/it/9484-zamnesia-seeds-biscotti.html If you want some more info this is the description of Breeder Zamnesia Seeds ZAMNESIA SEEDS - BISCUITS: DELICIOUS BISCUITS TO EAT AND SMOKE Spice up your grows and add the Biscotti strain to your cannabis seed collection. It offers the best qualities of marijuana: potency, productivity and intense flavors. Biscotti is made up of South Florida OG and Gelato genetics and contains 22–25% THC, enough to make your body vibrate from head to toe. The genetic profile of this strain is 80% indica and 20% sativa, with effects that will make you feel relaxed and creative at the same time. Plants of the Biscotti variety produce dark green leaves and numerous pistils, while the buds tend to be small and compact. Towards the end of the flowering phase, when nighttime temperatures drop a few degrees, you may also notice purple hues. GROWING BISCOTT: FAST FLOWERING Biscotti won't test your patience. You can break out your scissors and start harvesting her after about 8–9 weeks of flowering indoors. The plants are robust and vigorous and grow well both outdoors and indoors. Under the sun, you can expect heights of 130–170cm and yields of 800g/plant ready in October. Some experienced growers have reported achieving higher yields. So, the results will depend on your skills. Indoors, Biscotti typically reaches a respectable height of 130–150cm and offers yields of 550–650g/m². FLAVORS, FLAVORS AND EFFECTS OF BISCUITS: DELICIOUS AND COMPLEX Once the drying and curing is finished, you will finally be able to taste the fruits of your labor. Biscotti is definitely one of our tastiest varieties, producing aromas of vanilla and honey biscuits contrasting with the classic diesel notes. A great addition to the kitchen where you can prepare delicious baked desserts. Being very potent and producing effects that can overwhelm the user, we advise you to consume it with caution to avoid becoming overwhelmed. This strain offers a relaxing high for the body, while the creative juices will start flowing in the mind. You absolutely must try the new F1 suits from Zamnesia https://www.zamnesia.io/it/35-semi-cannabis/634-semi-f1 Music of the week www.radionula.com 432hz frequencies 12h for my plants too. Week 8! I defoliated this plant finally. It took quite a while to even go into flowering (wasn't until the 7th week), so I'm hoping I didn't defoliate too soon. Ton of little bud sites now visible. I'm so curious how it's going to mature. Mix of thunderstorms and bright sun here. It's probably getting less light than it should because I'm keeping it under the roof a lot of the day.

4/6: The shortie is still drying, and I the bigger one is in the dark until tomorrow. 4/7: I harvested the bigger one and washed her buds. Very berrry! Later that night, I jarred up the shortie....drum roll please....she came in at a whopping 314g!!! It's very humid lately, so I'll weigh her again in a couple of days...she'll probably lose another 10-15g...but still...she fat. She very fat.👍 4/9: Evidently, I'm retarded. I must've put both #6's into the same drying rack. The photos I had posted of the "#6" were actually of a #3. The combined total weight of both #6's is actually 314g...the shortie probably weighed about 180g and the bigger one probably weighed about 130g. I'm still looking for the harvest photos of the bigger #6...

GENERAL COMMENT. This week ran nicely for the two girls, of course one is going slower than the other. RQS STRESS KILLER AUTO. Super happy with the results so far, she grew nice size buds, in the surrounding and a big fat main cola, just beautiful. As we are entering the last week, of last tree days, I choose to lollipop and take do a pre harvest defoliation, the reasons for that is mould and rot, I started to become insecure because she didn’t have airflow and as i was flushing humidity started to raise, all good, and now just approaching harvest! Flushing with flawless finish and tap water.

8/10 - In prep for flower I've got some Compost Tea brewing with a little Terp Tea Bloom by Roots Organics. .Also did a little selective defoliation 8/11 - Flipped the ladies to flower today! And all is good in the 8x4. 8/12 - Watered all the ladies with the Compost/Terp Tea. Also did some more defoliation and added some mosquito bits for added pest prevention.

Entering week 7 and this plant is one of a kind! Really getting fat, not a lot of frost on her but still enough time for her to shine! Sturdy little girl, recovers very well from HST (and accidentally topping)

Week 6 Dec. 9 - Dec. 15, 2019 Dec. 11, 2019 They were moved into the tent late in week 5. They took a couple of days to get back to normal... had some drooping leaves for a couple of days... ended up raising the light to 24", it started out at 18". Continued to LST and some defoliating. Late last week I broke the main stem of ZK #3 attempting to train it toward the edge of the pot. It was hanging by a thread... freaked the hell out, grabbed the closest tape to me, you'll see that in the pic lol. It was a metal tape for duct work hehe. Noticing as the babys get further into flower they are getting THIRSTY, I'm up to watering them about .5 gallon a day. You'll see in the pics I LST'd 2 plants the same and one differently. Regarding this strain I'm not sure what method a working better.

Great first week: 4x4 grow tent with 350 watt dimmable Viparspectra LED. -Germinated all 4 in paper towel between plates. -Planted in Solo cups -Solo cup needed extra soil mid week. -Going strictly off nutrients in soil and things are going great. -Started light on lowest setting for 3 days and have it at full strength by the end of the week

Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. (Selective leaf picking) Plants loved the tea I have them last week. Visual improvements in every plant 2 days later. Top dressing later this week on 9/29: 5 tablespoons Gaia green 444 5 tablespoons Gaia Green 284 15 tablespoon Wiggle Worm Earth Worm Castings Light increased to 75%

Purple Kush might be the runt of the bunch right now, but I have high hopes for it. Even though it's lagging behind the others, it has these super vibrant, dark green leaves. There's something about them that tells me this plant is a fighter. I'm excited to see how it develops and if it'll catch up to its siblings. Last week was awesome! I finally got around to giving all my plants a little upgrade – I repotted them into some bigger homes. They're all looking so happy and healthy now, it's crazy. I can't wait to see how much they grow this year!
