7/7/23 - Day 25 - Another water coming up tomorrow. She looks great. She is drinking so much water I have to add a ton of water every morning. 7/8/23 - Day 26 - The root is MASSIVE. This is a great sign that the plant has been doing well. The thing that gets me is how white the roots are. It's looking good for bud sites on the plant too. She has a ton of Cola areas forming now. I tried to count but lost track around 15+ cola areas, so when we move to Flower, I bet this gal gives me a ton of big buds. 7/9/23 - Day 27 - Every day, I wake up and get excited to see how much bigger she has gotten. The growth has been crazy, I've grown weed in the past, but it has never gone this well. I honestly spend 15 min a day on it. With this LEAF system, it's been super easy. The proof is in the pudding with this unit. Easiest weed I've ever grown. 7/10/23 - Day 28 - The growth is not slowing down. I refilled 1" of water to the pot today. This is the most water I have seen used in a day. Ideally, we would want to flip flowering when the plant has hit 12in. We are cutting it really close, actually, we are beyond what's rated for height. I'm going to Scrogg them some more and I would imagine Ill flip them to flowering very soon. 7/11/23 - Day 29 - Moving the tops around a bit, I'm trying to let it go as long as I can before flipping to flower. Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

Had some issues with extreme humidity, but I've managed to bring it all back down now with plenty of dehumidifiers lol. Was at 99% now I'm at around 60%. I removed the netting as I had to take all the plants out the tent, as run off water was collecting at the bottom and contributing to the high humidity. I haven't watered atall this week, as the high humidity has been keeping the soil moist on it own. Once it's dried out a little more I will water again. The plants seem to be handling it fine, I think I caught it early enough. Starting to see pistils forming now.

Flowering Day 63 As I mentioned last week, I have to harvest today because I'm going on vacation for a week tomorrow, and I don't want the rest of the buds to start molding. I had to cut off about five thick buds within a week. I didn't find any more moldy buds when harvesting. The flowers of the three phenos looking beautiful and all different. I'm curious to see how they smell after drying. At the moment, they smell very pine and floral. Conclusion of the run. During the vegetative phase, the plant grew quickly and robustly. During the flowering phase, the plant stretched out unexpectedly. I tried to control it with super cropping. Unfortunately, there was still light stress, possibly because I was overly optimistic with the lamp's power. In addition, there were problems with bud root towards the end of the flowering phase, which cost me many thick buds. In the next run, I will work with cuttings of this genetic. I will recycle the soil from the run. I will top the plants several times and possibly flower a little earlier to hopefully counteract the height growth. Update and conclusion follow soon.

MY WEED SMELLS LIKE WEED. Filling the room, creeping through the apt, what a glorious time. No major smell worries where I am so I'm just enjoying the atmosphere. 😍 On to Backbuilding/Bud Tipping. (Shoot me any advice on this down below!) I experimented back mid-week with 3 tipped buds that had similar control buds side-by-side. After 4 days there is a noticeable difference in density and bud structure in the 3 tipped buds compared to the very fluffy and softer buds next to them. No overall size difference but the tipped buds are rock hard and filling in gaps down the cola compared to the untipped buds. A light squeeze on both a tipped bud and untipped will tell you the difference right there. Happy with the results after seeing them for myself and lucky enough to find this technique at the end of week 4, I tipped majority of the main colas on Danny and some larger buds on Arnold today. Which means I also get what OG growers call a "First Taste" once my tips dry out and cure for a few days. 😛 Other than tipping, I've just had to keep up with Arnold's feedings since lower leaves are still fading if I skip mineral nute feedings. Looks like they will be getting only PH Perfect and/or Molasses feedings until the final flush since they can't get enough food in the ProMix medium. I've still had constant defoliation during to avoid leaf overlap and light blockage. Since I'm now entering week 5 of flower I'll have to get it where I want in the next couple days and go hands off for the last month or so. Thanks for checking out my grow! Keeping air moving well so far so hopefully I can avoid mold/mildew in last few weeks. Twins are looking good. Arnold still super hungry so I've upped the nutes a tad and skipped plain water feeding until the flush. Just fed them PH Perfect/Molasses cocktail. Big Arnold on the right is definitely rootbound by how the water is draining so I'm looking at a lower yield from the right plant. I get run off from small Danny during a regular feed but takes a lot more to get any from Arnold and I don't want to overwater in this random heat/humidity wave. The Backbuilding/BudTipping is working like a charm. The tipped buds are filling down and way more dense than the untipped. Popped the SoundLink in the tent today to give the twins some music while I go about my business. First Week of flowering Week without too much hassle. A small excess of fertilizer but nothing serious. Uniform color. High water consumption (10L every 2 days), you can feel that they are in good shape. Semaine sans trop d'encombre. Un petit excès de fertilisant mais rien de grave. Couleur uniforme. Grosse consommation en eau (10L tous les 2 jours), on sent qu'elles sont en forme. Una semana sin demasiados problemas. Un poco de exceso de fertilizante pero nada serio. Color uniforme. El alto consumo de agua (10L cada 2 días), se puede sentir que están en buena forma.

Couldn't help but take lots of photos this week.. Nuggets are really starting to fill out and the white hairs are beginning to brown. Lots of new trichomes without heads and a few have turned milky. Thought this would be done by now and I really need the space for my other girl thats currently stretching due to lack of light. Considering that and also not wanting to harvest prematurely, I'm trying to decide when to start the 7-14 day flushing period, any advice would be HUGELY appreciated. Thanks for stopping by 😎
