Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. 7 Blütewoche: So liebe Grow Gemeinde wir sind jetzt in der 7 Blütewoche angelangt. Leider musste ich bei 2 von 4 Pflanzen einen Mangan oder Magnesium Magel feststellen, 2 kann ich eigentlich schon fast ausschließen da ich mir Informationen eingeholt habe und diese dafür sprechen dass es ein Mangan Mangel ist der nicht oft bei Cannabis Pflanzen vorkommt. Leider ist mein Ph Messgerät kaputt, und somit kann ich denn ph wert leider nicht ermitteln. Somit weiß ich nicht ob eine Nährstoff Sperre vorliegt die dafür verantwortlich ist das meine beiden Ladys kurz vor dem Ziel sowas erleiden müssen. Ansonsten geht’s denn anderen beiden Pflänzchen gut sie wachsen prächtig und Mann kann sehen wie die Buds an Volumen zunehmen. Ich hoffe das ich innerhalb 1 Woche das Problem in den Griff bekomme damit die anderen beiden auch noch an Volumen zunehmen können da Mangan für das Wachstum verantwortlich ist. Danke für euer Interesse und das ihr bis hier hin gelesen habt, ich werde mich wieder melden wenn sich was ändern sollte. P.S Ich habe kurz mit dem Gedanken gespielt die beiden Ladys mit den Mangelerscheinungen früher zu fällen aber von diesen Gedanken bin ich wieder ab. Ich habe noch 14 Steckis von allen 4 Ladys die warten in die Blüte geschickt zu werden. Ich wünsche allen fette Buds und gutes Wachstum.

Week 2 11-14 Day 8 Roots showing and water day Slight water, xplant to final tomorrow! 11-15 Transplant day! Went like a champ! ok so I thought I was gonna water feed, but opted out of it. If I over feed, with 7tbs. so this time I only added 4. I'll just read em as I go. I was about to make stuff tuff. so 4 tbs Craft blend, 1/2 cupish worm poo, hp connect in hole. just barely wet the hole, enough to hold the sides. watered in with around 8oz or so. yucca, humic. 6.2 11-16 Looks happy when I woke up. 11-17 She grew a little more than yesterday. 11-18 Water, recharge, cal/mag, yucca and drops of balance.

This girl is rocking guys!! The solid buds, the sweet and fresh smell and this gorgeous look with all those shiny crystals… I’m simply in love for this strain! All the buds are very sweet and give you this feeling of sativa high, which keep you focus on what you are doing! But if you smoke it a bit too much… you get totally lost between hundred ideas and thoughts! Easy to grow and great yield!

Hi everyone 🤗 This week the Orange Sherbert Phenotype # 1 and the Zkittlez Phenotype # 2 were harvested :-) Now the Victory Kush 1 - 3, Zkittlez 1 - 2 and Orange Sherbert 1 are ready to dry. Finishing up week 4 and damn what a week. Noticed thousands of soil mites swarm up to the top of the soil after watering and scared the shit out of me. Small little fuckers, I thought they were little bits of soil floating around at first until I took a closer look. I’m assuming they’re the beneficial kind as there is nothing wrong with the plants...leaves aren’t sick looking or droopy. Fun fact - according to Google there are >40000 types of mites. Whatever, I don’t want any more so I hit them with CannControl and Lost Coast soil drenches in between feeds and fucken hell most of them are gone now. Maybe it’s the population correcting itself or maybe I’m just lucky, either way I’m happy they’re almost all gone. I was considering using a blowtorch and burning the little fuckers but not anymore. IPM for the win! Now back to business as usual...next run I’ll be adding some diatomaceous earth into the soil mix. Thanks for stopping by 🌱I

I harvested them about a week apart. Neither one was as bulky as I hoped for, but they both frosted over incredibly well and smell a little bit like black cherry (one of the genetic donors)..but it's also a little like a burgundy wine flavor on the exhale. Very appropriately named! Plant A: 80g Plant B: 88g It's dried up into some really tight, beautifully dense nuggs. Between both plants I got about another 30g's of lower/larfy bud that I'll press for the rosin in another day or two. This strain is pure magic to grow...nothing to it really. They happily eat up whatever nutes you give them and aren't light-sensitive in the least. They stretched a little more than 3 feet from the time they were switched to flower and both plants reached 4' in total. Slightly more space between the nodes than the Sucrose Overdose, but they filled in nicely. They have a very mild aroma while growing, but it smells delightful in a jar. One pheno had "praying" fan leaves from the get-go, all the way to the end...never drooped..not even at night. It didn't have the more red coloration in the foliage and stems like the other one. But a real beauty just the same.😍 I still have one of these beans that I'll run next Fall..and prolly clone the hell out of it..👍. Another week and the tent is bursting with a very sweet candy citrus aroma, then bam your hand hit a nug and it's like the cotton candy mod stepped in. I've stop using silica now since I'm two week out from harvesting.

End of week 7 ! No more nutrients now only ph water ! 10 days and i will cut them ! They looking so helthy and smells so good ! The buds have very good size and i hope big harvest !!!!

We have seen the sprouts breach the soil this week!!! Not all of them made it unfortunately. 3 of 4 will grow to see the sun, hoping for all females, obviously. Drip system is working well. Nutes to be introduced in a few days once we see some fan leaves develop Animals are leaving the cups alone on account of the chicken wire, so all is good Thanks for looking

The weak plant is small and sick. The healthy plant is beautiful even I expected a little bigger plant. Leaves and flowers started to be purple.

Excellent smell and taste from this strain will be growing it again! I have found little purple spots on the buds aswell looks great.

######################################### HARVEST (Day 93 / June 4) ######################################### ----------------------------------------------------------- GROW SUMMARY ----------------------------------------------------------- Grown in 4x4 tent - but I only used 2x2 space because of heater and dehumidification and other plants (Outlier Z). This plant used a dedicated CMH 315 light. The plant was grown in hydroponics using a custom single-site PA hydroponics clone RDWC system with Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco line, Microbial Mass and Orca for beneficials. I also experimented with Rapid start in the RDWC system, but I didn't see explosive root growth relying on Rapid Start as an additive to the system verse using it when starting in rapid rooters which worked well. All around a pretty easy grow and things went very well. Topped twice for a mainline structure and she really spread out. Sparkling golf ball size nugs down the branches and spaced out nicely. The scent off her was like burned rubber/tires or maybe fresh blacktop. A single water change which was only performed when switching to bloom nutrients around week 7. ----------------------------------------------------------- HARVEST ----------------------------------------------------------- No dark period and no flush. On day 93 she was chopped and hung to dry. ----------------------------------------------------------- DRYING ----------------------------------------------------------- Entire plant hung upside down for 15 days. The temps were dialed in at 60F by using the S6 intake fan pulling air from the AC through intake vent on side of the tent. Humidity was dialed in at 63%/60F for 24hr, 62%/60F for the next 48hr. Then 60%/60F for the third day and onward. AC Infinity T6/S6 exhaust and intake fans were on the setting of '2' during drying until day 7, then I could turn down to a setting of '1' once the plants were not transpiring excess moisture. Trimmed on day 18. Then the jars were left open in the tent for another 12 more days for a full 30 day dry at 60%/60F while rolling the jars frequently. Also ran dehumidifier in the tent but it only ran for 1-2 minutes every hour because the AC was doing most of the dehumidification on the intake. ----------------------------------------------------------- TRIMMING ----------------------------------------------------------- Trimming was an absolute breeze. All swelled nuggets, very little sugar leafs left to trim. ----------------------------------------------------------- CURING ----------------------------------------------------------- Flower product was transferred to 1L mason jars averaging 35g of product per jar. I added a mini hygrometer to each jar and chose not to use a boveda this time. The RH averaged 62-64% when trimmed flowers went in jars. Jars were left open in the tent for a total dry time of 30 days from harvest keeping the tent at 60%/60F. Once closed, the jars were burped once a day for the first seven days, once every other day for the next seven days, rolling jars often. The burp was only for 3-5 second for air exchange until a. 62% was maintained in the jar. ----------------------------------------------------------- YIELD ----------------------------------------------------------- * Weight calculated at 62% humidity after 30-day dry and 14-day cure. ============================== FLOWER PRODUCT ============================== 180.41g (6.44oz) ============================== TRIM PRODUCT ============================== 57g (2.03oz) ** All major fan leaves, stems, and branches removed from trim product. ============================== TOTAL OVERALL YIELD ============================== Total: 238.41g (8.51oz) ============================== SPACE YIELD ============================== 238.41g / 4 sqft (2x2 canopy) = 59.60g per sqft ============================== WATTAGE YIELD ============================== 315 Watts / 4 Square Foot (3x4 canopy) = 78.75 watts per sqft. 238.41g / 315 watts = 0.76 grams per watt ----------------------------------------------------------- PRODUCT TEST ----------------------------------------------------------- Bag appeal is top-notch. Trichome covered, with aromas of that unique 'kush' you can quickly identify based on experience. Best OG Kush I've ever tried, hands down! The flavour is kushy, smoke is smooth and definitely my favorite strain in my tote of cured harvests at the moment. I can't keep my hands off of the jars. Definitely not a daytime strain, even for experienced users, although I'll use it in the afternoon when life is throwing curve balls. The effects rise you up, then sets you right down and will wash away all that anxiety after a long day. Put it this way....if I puff a few hours before bed, I still feel it the next morning when I peel my eyes open. No joke. I'll definitely be growing this one again, maybe even next run because I'll be sad when I run out. ----------------------------------------------------------- REGRETS ----------------------------------------------------------- Not running more of this amazing plant. ----------------------------------------------------------- NEXT RUN ----------------------------------------------------------- This was the first run at my new residence so it will take some time to get it dialed in. I had some calibration issues which are now fixed. I'm going to be shooting for 1gram per watt on the next run. ----------------------------------------------------------- FINAL THOUGHTS ----------------------------------------------------------- DarkOwl is the best autoflower I've grown yet. I want to thank all the growers that take the time to post their work and results, these journals were invaluable in my grow. I also want to thank Royal Queen Seeds for making such a resilient plant available to people like me... I really tortured this girl. Site update really ruined the experience of posting for me for the moment ... so Im going to take a break for a bit and perfect my craft on my own while it works out the kinks.... I cant post many pics, the order of which I can organize them is locked out or moves to another position, and it takes forever to fully load the page so I can edit or update. But I 'really' wanted to finish this journal, so here it is. I promise to be back better than ever once the site works it all out. Hopefully not too long. This was my first seed to weed grow and I learned a lot. I hope my notes, pictures, and videos benefit someone else as well. My results were not typical, Im sure I could have done better, and I will continue on my path to learning and becoming an experienced cultivator of cannabis with skills I can be proud of.

Moved the SCROG net up a bit as I'm running out of bending space and the plant growth seems to have slowed down. Removed more leafs under canopy. Pulled the light up a bit. Increased the watering a bit as the soil is starting to dry up almost daily. So far so good with the overall plant health, let's see in the coming weeks what issues start to pop up :D I removed the fly traps because they were starting to touch the plants but I will likely have to add another one in some better position.
