Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. She's loaded with flowers that are all beginning to get frosty! 9/6- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet approximately 5 gallons of well water from the garden hose. The flowers on the Papaya Sherbet are stacking away and the frost continues to accumulate! 9/8- Today, before watering the Papaya Sherbet, I did some needed plant maintenance, removing a bunch of old dead leaves, along with a handful of shade leaves that were yellow. 9/10- Well with four weeks of flower behind her now, the Papaya Sherbet photo is almost halfway through with another 5-6 weeks to go. I’ll be most definitely harvesting these next week! I will continue with water from now until they are ripe and ready! They are absolutely smelling like a cake and candy like a lime doughnuts with marshmallow toppings like a whole sweet shop! Like I dipped my head in a pic and mix bucket, like Im wreck it Ralph and I’ve crashed into candyland! Makes my mouth dribble! The buds are starting to swell too so thinking next 7 days I’ll be ready! Next upload will be harvest hope you like buddies! I’ll be hang drying this time! As I’ll have space and a tent to do it in as before I didn’t and used the brown bag method! But I can maintain between 14c - 18c with a humidity of 42 percent! So I’ll hang dry this time! Any suggestions?? Let me know! I’ll be putting 2 fans on them for air circulation and a air vent only sucking out as it will draw air in on its own and keep the humidity lower in the tent while drying!

White hairs are growing. I see at least 10 bud sites. Had issues with thrips, but used diatomaceous earth to get rid of them.

14 days on the auto watering system and the girls are looking happy. Everything survived well and my reservoir size was just right. They are looking a little hungry, but nothing s fresh mix of nutes shouldn't fix. Things are starting to look frosty. I'll Be pulling all the Larfy bits this week to optimize my tops.

My permanent marker plants are looking really interesting! The short and stocky one with the purple leaves is super vibrant. I love that pop of color against the green of the other plants. It's a little different from the taller plant, which has this really cool stacked-up look to it. I'm curious to see if those stacked-up leaves will change color too. The past few weeks have been so beautiful, watching the plants grow and change. It's amazing how something so small and fragile can turn into something so strong and vibrant. Now that they're getting ready to bloom, it feels a little bittersweet. I'm so excited to see the finished product, but I'll definitely miss having them around while they're growing.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. During this first week of vegetative growth, the seedling has slightly stretched more than expected, but this is not a problem since when I transfer it into the larger pot, I will bury the stem. 🌱 I haven't started giving nutrients yet because, as already mentioned, the substrate I use has them for the first few weeks, in fact the leaves seem to me to be a nice bright green. ✔️ I proceeded to mount a small fan on the side of the tent to create recirculation of air and make the stems of the seedlings take some strength. 💨 For now the main tent is occupied by the flowering phase of other plants so for the first few weeks I will leave the seedlings in the closet with smallest led light. 💡 (link below) ⬇️⬇️⬇️ https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B08P2G1VQW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s02?ie=UTF8&th=1

so... was of to any awesome start to the week topped them and started low stress training but at the end off all of it.... my torque got caught on the wire and she got more of a topping then planned thats for sure!!! ill just let here go for gold now leave her be.. had bad root rot and the only thing i can get in Australia is root stop unless someone knows something better..... i soaked the two dwc in the root stop substance for 4-8 hours... it seems to have lightened the root colours. i decided to cut the one that had root rot bad and cleaned and prepared it to transplant it to coco...

The plant has continued to stretch into this week and I don't think it's going to stretch anymore it looks like it's starting to build up their flowers. The plant does not need a lot of nutrients in fact it's not one of those very hungry just a standard diet will be sufficient thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

As my second Viperspectra light hasn't arrived yet, I've temporarily supplemented with my old red/blue LED grow lights (likely best for veg only) from China.

I didn't train her this week, I'll do it again next week :-). It was poured twice this week with 1.2 l each time (see nutrient table above for adding nutrients). Yellow boards against flies have been put up and blue tags to prevent trips. Unfortunately I still struggle with them but they have become significantly less pushed. Day 1 beginning of wk 3 flower fed the girls up this morning 4.5 ltr phostrogen to all but bubblegum #1 she gets fed 10ltrs of bud burst they are starting to smell so good 3 strains iv never grown before or even smoked lol exciting stuff 5-6 more weeks to go

Start of week 8, day 50. So it's the final week and it's just water for the girls.i don't think they need more than 8 weeks as they are showing amber trichomes on both plants. This strain has taken the summer heat here with no obvious signs of issues. I usually encounter heat stress that normally effects final yield, in my summer grows. But that doesn't seem to be the case here. Thanks LIT for this great grow.
