Day 58 : She is fattening her buds also with a slower rhythms. CO2 stopped for all ladies. As you can see trichomes still are in cloudy period. So she needs couple weeks for sure. Edit (Day 62) : I watered again with nutrients. She is very stinky lady. She has a smell that reminds be bubble gum, so lovely. One of favorite tastes in bud.

The end of the fourth week. Only 2,5 to 3 weeks to go, since this is the FAST version of Gelato 33 by Advanced seeds. Last week temps were better, so that was a lot better to manage. The smell is a different story. We are trying to combat it as we speak with a double filter which my friend still had from a previous grow. The ladies are performing, however, because this is a monstercrop with many budsites, none of them will be very big. We anticipate a lot of cutting come harvest time. The stickieness and smell (cookies, dough, herbs, spices, gingerbread, vanilla) promise a lot to make up for that hopefully!! The middle plant that seemed to go fastest, now looks like to have the hardest time flowering. Her more advanced stage of flowering as a bigger clone, made it harder for her to return to veg, which she never really did. This seems to make her want to rush to the finish, as she is already browning the pistils. Also these buds seem more flakey, popcorny. As if the many flowers and grapelike bundled growth was too much for her. I put the light a little closer, to help her fatten up in the time she is given. I never expected the two 'runts' to outperform the mighty middle clone, but hey seem to fatten up and age much more nicely. So for now, prelimenary tip: make sure all your plants are completely revegged before flowering and consider that faster flowering species might have some ruderalis ancestry that might siderail all your lighting intentions and remains in flower what ever the growers lighting schedule. So with at least two more weeks for the two outer plants, and well see how many for the middle one, we are going to make them as comfortable as possible the final push of this flowering. Partially drained the tank at the start of the week and topped up with ro water and 1ml of final solution per Litre. Last 2.5 days were in darkness. I trimmed the majority of fan leaves before hanging up to dry in the tent today. Started out trimming with the plants in the tent and soon realised it would be much easier to just cut them down whole, hang them upside down outside the tent and trim them up a bit. I have a small dehumidifier and a small fan heater setup in the tent and they have been keeping a humidity level of about 60% and a temp of 16 Celsius for the last few days while the lights have been off. I figure that's a good starting point for drying and I can increase the temperature if needed, that will drop the humidity also. Intake fan at the bottom and extract fan at the top are running constantly as they have been since the grow started (low power 4" fans). I might add back in a fan for circulation depending on how the drying goes, or maybe even trim or hang the plants better to get more airflow around the buds

All girls were 6-7 nodes high I clipped them at the nearest nodes that were close together and healthiest. I’ve heard it’s all ab the fee and I felt like that was the best choice! I’m super excited to be doing this and I’ll be doing them both differently strain specific. Glad to have the tent up and running again it was nice to take a week off during the holiday season. Can’t wait to get these girls off to a great start only thing I wasn’t excited ab was the fact I know they came from a tent that had a small infestation so I’ll be treating them as soon as they bounce back for preventative measures for a few weeks. Once again super excited and a good trial run before I get some seeds in the soil since these are clones once again. The dosi I’d have to say is reacting better than the Maui which I thought was going to be the other way around since it’s sativa vs indica. I’ll be doing nebula and nugbucket mailing/manifold of each strain and recording everything pretty well. I’m more excited about getting this spider farm 2000 light instead of using the bestva 1000 either way it’s going to produce more and I like the white light instead of the blurple. Super excited ab this run!!!!

Day 70 - 2cm taller this week. Flowering stretch all but finished. Flowers are forming fast. The pungent smell is not too strong at this moment.

Germination 07/09/2022 Hi to all the old and new growers out there. Spring has barely started but I'm so AMPED to start again. My first grow attempt was a disaster. I started to early for the season. I wasted some good seeds and those Blasted 🐌 🐌 snails messed up everything. Got up started again and took it as a learning curve. I had 1 seed left from the previous attempt and this had to be the golden ticket. The first important thing I learned was getting to the correct pH. Used a 1 liter jug not knowing that the pH down was very concentrated substance. Added 1ml of pH down to tap water with a base of 8.5+ pH and brought it down all the way to less than 4.5 pH. I probably tried like 5 times and realized that a single drop made a difference of about 2 pH. I got the feel of it and had to source a better water supply. I had the option of using tap water but didn't have the time to do a 24 hour airstone run ever time I wanted to water the plants. The local water supply shop was a better option. I got a consistent 6 pH and the price was decent. The Snail 🐌 Problem... I have a plan for those F**kers. We have 2 very nice hydroponic shops in my city. Week 10 is over, the girl is definitely not the most beautiful in general appearance, but I can safely say that her aroma is one of the most delicious to my nose, it is a really sweet smell, I think she is already counting the last days of her life, although I will try to keep her while she is still green :) Yes, in this growth I probably made a mistake by giving her Advancet Nutriens Macro, and before that she was using Biotabs, Lesson for me - Use only one Manufacturer :) the flowers are full of sticky trichomes :) Good luck to everyone.

DAY49 7 Weeks Buds are hard. Smell is extreme. Very limited amount of spidermites under some leaves. No reason to exterminate them, because next week I'll probably harvest the plants. The smell of the Triple G is fanastic, Big separated buds. The Cookies Gelato are more sativa style of buds than I'm use of them. There leaves are turning purple. The Liberty Haze has a lot of small leaves in the buds, and thet got amasing blinking white flowers. Probably this will be the plants I'll harvest the last, because they need some extra flowering time. The Wedding Gelato is creamy, lots of trichomes and is fast flowering. But some flowers got budrot. I'ts hard to get the humidity low because of the rainy and misty autumn outside.

I was growing in closets with the doors open - not a very sealed or sterile environment. I saw some dirt/debris on the leaves so I gave them all a preemptive bath with insecticidal soap just in case it was an early sign of an infestation
