I started germination of 2 M.A.C beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! Been itching to give this variety a go! Never givin pev seeds a try but... hopefully they keep this amazing powerhouse true to its name. Guess this grow will double up as testing the waters with pevs genetics. Always intresting to dive in to different breeders.

Love seeing them grow! Tried giving them a little more EC, I've been precision stressing via a low nutrient environment the whole grow. It's going to be interesting to see how distance to lamp will affect bud growth. I keep DLI @ 50 at the highest top.

A microbe product, PH going into the medium is around 6.5-6.8 and coming out is between 5.5-5.8, so something is acidifying it up. Also noticed the runoff last week was a bit higher at times. So lowered the feed down quite a bit, going in at 1.4EC vs 1.8 will bump it up to 1.5 and 1.6 in the next few weeks. Hi all, Welcome to my🍌💜👊 week update Thank you so much for all support on this bananas journey. Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Week 13 Jan 8- Jan 14 This was another amazing week. Girls are behaved very well. Drinking their juice like crazy. 2 waterings of 9ltrs on Jan 10th and Jan 13th. Runoffs at ph 6.2. Buds are gaining some serious weight and the trichomes development is of the charts. Girls are covered with frost. Trichomes are mainly milky now with individual ambers here and there. On Jan 10 noticed on one Athena top colas a white topped bud! It's something that has never happened to me. It may be only led bleach or it's something abnormal and phenomenal. It's white and has red and amber pistil hairs in between and all covered with trichomes. Few days after. White coulour is not spreading and not seeing any damages. The smell in my cabinet its insane. Very sweet scents. I wouldn't say bananas but definitely sweet berries and gummies 🤤 new dehumidifier doing an amazing job. Humidity when light is on is between 49-54% and 52-58% when lights are out. It's all looking that my 🍌💜👊 girls will be ladies very soon. Harvest is coming big time. Next week planning to gradually cut nutrients down and prepare for flush. These two have been grooving. The bigger Bush plant vegged almost a week longer then the other. Only change was raised the nutrients to 1/2 dose. And increasing how often I need to water.its about to be a daily thing . They are hungry. I'm not complaining lol. But let's see how they fill out over the next 21days. 10/13/2018 #1 still looking good, no fade. Start of week 9 of flower hope buds put on some weight this week should be 1 week maybe 2? Gonna be cold mid- week 38° on two nights. 7/17 so she went through a massive stretch in the past week. Lots of beautiful side branches. 7/21 shes hungry for nitrogen. Thats one of my biggest issues with autos is they get low on nitrogen at the begining of flower and then im cautious of adding nitrogen during flower. Well lets see how she grows. Shes lookong pretty good and happy and strong so far. Those pistils are crazy for being only the first week of flower. I cant wait to see the final result🤞💚

She grew very slowly I vegged her for a long time. I finally got her big enough where if she doubled in size I would have a nice plant, well she stretched almost none whatsoever. However, for the small size I was expecting about 56g instead I got 98! What a pleasant surprise to see all the lower buds fully developed and ripe!

27 days into flowering now. These girls are still stretching, hopefully there done now! I was playing with my light rail mover a bit and experimenting with timings and I think this contributed to it. They definitely got away a bit on me. Lol No biggy, just had to weave a couple more branches through the top screen, canopy is not quite as even as I would have liked, but should still be a good harvest. My HPS light penetrates down to the second screen fairly well in most places I think though. I seem to have 2 phenotypes, 3 are stretching up and skinnier leaves, but 1 is staying lower and has big fat leaves. Dropped my nutrients a bit last week and they seem to responding better. Buds are developing nicely and are ramping up daily. Still running my light at 750w, debating on turning my light up to the full 1000w to get more light out to the side buds but I’m already exceeding 75000 lux on the canopy directly under the light. Not sure how this works with my movers, but I think I’m still gonna play it safe for this next week. Happy growing everyone! Cheers💨
