So this final week the buds on this Orange Hill Special are filling out. They are getting rock solid and the calyxes are doing their final swelling. Also, the trichomes have started forming and up close, they are forming a white sticky film over the whole bud. The buds feel heavy and compact, although their size could have been bigger but not complaining with this amount of bud. I have just been feeding some perma tea and clean water since this soil is probably very high in nutes by now. I had some brown leaf points so just adjusted and all was fine. Now we go into the final one or two weeks. I did some final defoliation to expose some underside buds, they are swelling too. Removed some sticky underside larf, kept it in a box to gradually dry for a preliminary taste test coming days. The plan for 2024 was to have some autos for a mid season harvest and then more room for the regular plants on the balcony. Unfortunately all three Daiquiri Lime turned out like Photos. The third one in my friends garden (in the ground) also finished end Oktober.

Week 10 started today 8/8. Gave them their final trim. Going to let them recoup for a week and then switch the light. I'm still super pumped and can't wait to see if this works out! Original Sensible Seeds White Crystal Meth Auto finished out nicely compared to where it had started out, there was a time within the first 3 weeks that I was going to trash the plant, the plant looked fried, I am sure it was just a weird start, but Original Sensible Seeds genetics are always strong, and this girl bounced back and yielded 197 grams of pre-dried weight of truly great looking buds, I would love for an opportunity to gro this one outgain.

Week 2 of flower 12-5 She is growing nicely. She got a good dose of microbes yesterday. 2k ml she got cal/mag 5ml per gal, Drops 1ml, dusting of yucca, Kelp 1/16th tsp, EM 1 1 ounce per gallon and 1/2 tsp recharge. Top dress is soon. She will only get water x2 waterings. 12-7 2.5 liters plain water ph 6.2 removed any leaf pointing inwards. Fully watered love it. Doing great. Hope not to touch a leaf for a week. Fat chance, but heres for hoping 🤞 12-10 Removed some leafs 12-11 Looks like water tomorrow.

The grow was a rollercoaster of highs and lows. My Blue Dream plant developed mold in the buds, so I decided to harvest my Banana purple punch earlier to stay on the safe side. The trichomes exhibited a good balance of amber and milky colors, but unfortunately, there was no time for a proper flush period. Banana Purple Punch encountered the most challenges among the strains. It struggled with aphids, nitrogen toxicity, and thrips, which affected its overall health and bud development. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to high nutrient levels, which likely contributed to these issues. Despite these setbacks, I’m hopeful for a decent harvest. Each problem provided valuable lessons on pest management and nutrient balance, which will be beneficial for future grows. Update 09.08. Today, I brought the Banana Purple Punch into my apartment for a trim session. Since I didn’t trim her wet, this took a bit more effort compared to the Blue Dream harvest. The buds are quite airy and fluffy, but they have a fantastic aroma. The vibrant purple color of the buds is stunning, and I can't wait to give them a proper cure and eventually taste them—I’m confident they’ll be delicious. Unfortunately, I had to discard a few buds due to mold spots again. The rich purple hues of the buds make it challenging to distinguish between mold and the natural coloration, but once they're fully dry and cured, the smell should reveal any lingering issues. The dry weight was 24 gramm.

IT is only week 4in flower and the plant is in total only 8weeks today!

Desde ahora en adelante, además de pasar a nutrientes de floración, se regará generativamente, con muy poco o nada de runoff, para tener un dryback más largo, de unas 22-23 horas, de está manera subir la EC del sustrato(pwec) tratando de llegar de a poco a 10EC, es un stress controlado para que queden plantas más compactas y espacio internodal menor, básicamente más puntos de floración más cerca unos de otros.

I really had no idea what i was getting into with these F2's.... Currently the freaky mutant is on 18/6 and has been put on it since today to finish (maybe 3-5 days on 18/6) The exodus, i ended up putting back on 18/6 after 2 days on 12/12, the reason for how long its taking but looking nice, wish i defol'd a bit different, but its all gunna be tops!
