So the first full week since germinated and putting into final pots has gone by. The stems are looking very weak and thin and one plant actually toppled over. I ended up adding more soil around it to support it better. Not sure what this is due to? I have only been giving plants tap water around 6.8 PH and only when dry up to first knuckle.. which I check normally once in morning and at night. Light schedule is 19/5. Will be changing to 18/6 once my new lights come in. Been running a 19W led strip about 10-12” away from pots. Good airflow to help strengthen stems and not sure what is going on with the leaves discoloring and whatnot. Any tips or advice as to what’s going on??

Day103 (27.1.) Reducing 30min of light again so now my timer is set to 11h On / 13h Off. I also moved the lights a bit higher for the rest of the grow, about 10-15cm higher than before. @FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. First week of flower and she’s starting her stretch. Did a round of light defoliation. I’m going to remove smaller flowering sites once she’s stopped her stretch. For now I’m going to let her do her thing unless she gets too big for the tent.

Day 22. Strawberry Ice gave my friend a lesson - i told him to rotate plants, but never thought of a need to explain, that pot don't have to touch heater ! Her roots boiled a bit, but 3 days later she is more than fine ! Candy Kush is catching up, top 3 nods are healthy, bottom don't go worse and she will be good I say in a week time. Rubbed Great White into soil and pure Phed water. 6.5 is my target always. Day 25. Back on track ? ;) Pure water. Strawberry Ice 600 ml( think next watering to top her) , Candy Kush 400. Been a working week! Defoliated twice! First I did lower fan leaves, waited a few days and snipped the Rest to allow light to reach all news growth! Dynomyco is a banger it’s got these girls so sturdy! Just look at the stems and how much growth I have already and this is just day 28 in veg! A lot more to come! I can’t wait! Still continuing with foliar sprays a few times a day!

Básicamente elegí la Grandpa's Stach R2 y la Grandpa's Cookies #6 S1 solo por sus tiempos de floración, espero que sean buenas tanto de sabor y resina, cómo también de producción. G1, brotaron las semillas, solo 1 semilla brotó chueca, por lo que tuve que ayudarla con un alambre y va un poco atrasada en comparación del resto. G3, primer riego con pH 6.1 y EC 0.6, y micorrizas Great White. G5, creciendo bien. G11, riegos cada 2 o 3 días, a punto de pasar a etapa vegetativa.

Day 85 - first day of Week 13 and she is going into darkness for 48 hours. Hasn't been watered since 2 days. Even though she looks the least done of all three, her trichomes are now a good 20-30% amber with the rest milky and some tiny bits of clear. I checked her buds on the calyx all around, from top buds to middle to bottom. She really shows a lot of heavily swolen calyxes, which I have never seen like that. I can now add that to the things I learned/experienced: calyxes swell a lot before the plant is finished. Let's see. My Girl Scout Cookies does not look like she even has calyxes. Funny individuals. Happy wedding cake day, almost 😍 Day 88 - out of darkness. She was in there for 2,5 days. Opening the drying tent she gave off a really strong smell of hash 😍wow. She has some nice looking buds and looks def. more done, but below her dress, she has some light fluffy buds. I have hung all of them now in the dry tent, after I removed some of the bigger fan leaves. One part of it, I think I want to low and slow dry in the fridge. I am interested in finding out about the difference in taste, when a more wholesome profile is retained. I bought a small tent (40x40cm), a small oszillating fan hung over the buds/on top of the tent. Due to size limitations, I have the filter on the bottom with the duct leaving the tent at the bottom connecting to an exhaust fan. Inside the tent I have a humidity sensor from an Inkbird Humidity regulator. Connected to that is a mini-dehumidifer and a humidifier. I have set it to 20°C (68F) and 50-55% humidity. I'm excited to see how long my dry will last this time. My first grow was drying way too fast in the middle of the heat wave last year with 30% humidity. The overview added to the pictures, I started making over Christmas. It was when I noticed, that I'm a so impatient, and that something must be wrong, especially in the first weeks. I get so obsessive, that I tend to overcare. Which she showcases beautifully in this overview. I hope this will calm me down the next time. Oh my haha Let's see what the final dry weight is. Could have let her ripe a little longer and let lower buds fatten up more, but I've decided it's time now. Harvested on 09.Nov.2023-Day 70 This little plant produced a lot of nice Business just 70 days. I am very happy with Gorilla Cookies and will definetly grow it again. Thé plant loves LST and its highly recommended to increse thé yield. It felt like flower starts in week 3 but the plant continues to grow until like week 9 or 10..so high yield in short time is not just possible but likely.

Heya Growmies, this week was pretty eventful first off, the plant is in flowering in full force and doing really well despite a lot of user error throughout its life! I mentioned last week I was going to do two things, the plants last major defoliation and turn my DWC into a 2 bucket RDWC. I have managed to get around to both, I am always anxious when defoliating, scared of taking off too much but this time I really pushed my comfort zone, let me know what you think. before, in my other grows, I have a lot of larfy buds, I dont want those, I want tight, dense small nuggies, I think one of my bigger problems back then was defoliation amount, I just left too many fan leaves. RDWC.... Let me just say that I have proven to myself this week that I'm not destined to become a plumber, in my first iteration the drain line was too small, causing the pump to overpower it and overflow the plant bucket, I changed out the hose for some 50mm pvc tubing, which worked wonders, for the first few hours I sprung leaks and had to pull my plant out during her dark period to fix it; no bueno. All is well right now though, no leaks and everything is circulating nicely at 500 liters an hour. I could probably get a bigger pump, but its fine, I'm going to stop tempting fate. From here on out honestly, theres not much more for me to do other than go into the garden, pull a fan leave here or there, check flowers for nanners and balls and adjust the water.
