This girl has bounced right back from those early magnesium deficiency. Glacial rock dust will be used in the future to mitigate this issue. Regardless we are about 9 days into flower now and the stretch is on. Daily ive been doing a light supercrop bending the tops over but been extra cautious not to snap anymore tops, already lost two from past weeks. Slight defoliation was necessary little to no air circulation was making its way through these 4 bushes. Let the smells begin! Cheers.

Sep 6: Tropicana Cookies FF is doing great. Maybe not as much flower maturation last week as I expected but we’re just starting week 8 of flowering. So likely the end of September which is fine for the late start on this plant. Sep 7: decided on a final top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. Seems they need a bit more P.

Another pretty solid week in the books on these girls. I did have my first real issue though and totally my fault. I have been topping with a mix of nutrients and just plain RO water and have not been adding in my calmag to the RO water and a few leaves showed some signs of deficiencies but I think I have corrected the issue pretty quickly. I may be adding a second trellis because these girls are growing like crazy, I am very glad I put the net up when I did, spreading these girls out and providing some support seems like it was 100% needed. I am still learning and figuring out what and when to defoliate and remove some things. I did a bit of defoliation on Friday and tried to clean up the bottoms of these girls a bit under the net. I know I am going to need another round of that, but I will give them a few more days to recover. I am still keeping the nutrient strength relatively low and seems to be working out just fine. My environment, temps, rh, and water temps are all staying in pretty ideal conditions. Grow seems to be going well, just need more experience and practice with training and defoliation, but its been a blast! Girls are on cruise control, gave them another big feed of the Cronk Nutrients. The info says this strain is 70-75 days, we’re at day 63 and they are still putting on weight. I’m thinking around the 22-25 of September is when I’ll start checking the trichomes more often. Checked today, most are cloudy, still quite a few clear though. I want to harvest my two strains together and as long as they stick to the timeline they say (give it take) we should be good 😊 Happy Gardening 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Transplanted to 5gal to see what happens! Flipping within the week for sure ! Mixed 50/50 444 and 284 Gaia green dry amendments. Will cut a bunch of clones, trim the fan leaves and flip 🔜 soon!

Todo y habiendo unas temperaturas en el exterior de 0ºC en el interior se está bastante bién. 😋 Así de primeras diria que esta luminaria me parece de lo mejorcito que he tenido nunca, reparte la luz como ninguna otra penetrando mucho mejor. Otra es la comodidad para bajar o subir la potencia y la posibilidad de añadirle un controlador que monitorea la temperatura de la sala de cultivo, el fotoperiodo y la intensidad, así como la atenuación de potencia. Esta semana cansado de ir bajando o subiendo la potencia del extractor durante todo el año he decidido probar un SMSCom Smart Controller. De esta manera espero no sufrir tanto por las subidas ni por las bajadas de temperatura. Muchas veces son las que por A o por B descuido el interior y casulamente son los dias que el tiempo cambia repentinamente. Un primer foliar con Delta9 para que se pongan fuertes para lo que les viene.
