This week marked a turning point in the photoperiod grow. The plants continued to establish themselves in their new 3-gallon pots, showing strong vegetative growth and handling training well. Early in the week, I topped and spread out the branches, guiding the canopy into an even structure. Light LST adjustments kept new growth sites exposed, and I tucked large fan leaves when needed to balance airflow and light penetration. Midweek, I gave them a feed of Cal-Mag and silica, splitting about a gallon between the two. This coincided with the new auto-watering bases being filled, so the roots stayed consistently hydrated while still benefiting from the light top watering. The steady moisture helped them bounce back quickly from the topping and training stress.

End of week 8! Took the girls off their nutes and starting the flush. Lowered the light intensity for 2 reasons. 1. It’s hot as balls and 90+ with no Silca could be an issue. They actually seem to be much happier already with only being a few degrees lower. 2. I want to see if less intense light/heat could replicate the end of the season sun if they were growing au natural 🤷‍♂️🏻

Their growth during this flowering phase has been nothing short of remarkable. The buds are swelling day by day, becoming more robust and enticing. As the plants approach the final stage of their growth cycle, a flush will be in order to cleanse them of any accumulated nutrients. This process sets the stage for a smooth and flavorsome harvest, ensuring that the true essence of the buds shines through. One of the most captivating aspects of this phase is the visual transformation the plants undergo. As you can see from the photos, the buds have started to exhibit a mesmerizing purple hue. Some of the leaves are yellow/ brown. Did a bit of research, looks like soil might be dry (especially due to high temps during this time of year) and possibly leaves being burnt by sun. Watering with a little bit more volumes of water, based on extra heat. Will track and see how week goes. The 2 bad fan leaves which looked really bad, I cut them off. Increase in volume of water for plants really helped due to really hot temperatures. Week 10 no nutrients (only used on 1st day and 2nd day of week 10) , just straight water.

Finally harvested

Day 15 things are moving along just fine light intensity still set at 30 percent and raised to the ceiling.The seedling did not make it so replacing with another strain as I would like to have 6 plants in this grow.Not watering much as I’ve kept humidity high and the girls are not drinking much.Day 20 I did some LST on two of the Runtz that are a bit stronger and taller than the rest

Step by step: 1- let 100ml of water rest for 12 hours 2- Add the seeds and leave for another 12 hours. 3- Using a clean object, push the seeds down. Leave for about 48 more hours. 4- After that, place it in a jar with paper towels and leave it for another 24 hours. 5- Use jiffy cells for another 48 hours until the first leaves open. 6- finally I remove the screen from the jiffy cell and place it in the final vessel.

This grow was set back do to some tests with bleach for sterilization for half the run. Switched to vital bio. Hoping to see the results on the next run.

Tapering nutes off for the flush. Also added a small amount of Barley as a top dress to help her finish off.

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

La più piccolina di tutte la Cherry ma anche lei super cime compatte ed odore fuori dal normale, in attesa di essere secca e pesata anche lei, resina ovunque anche per lei, non vedo l'ora di fumaria, nonostante attaccata dalle mosche bianche per prima ha resistito molto bene alle avversità esterne. Fattening and stacking! That’s what’s up this week. Ladies are doing well, still fine tuning the new Cronk Nutrients. Some slight phosphorus deficiencies showed this week. To be expected with this type of flower growth so fast. Learning lots with this run, overall I’m very impressed with the Cronk Bonnie and Clyde Autoflower mix, still need to fine tune though.
