De 2 ejemplares me quede con los 2 para completar el indoor y aplique tetra 9 vía foliar, también cambie el fotoperiodo a 12/12 y aplique una poda de bajos, se ven bien sanas las plantas, tienen un buen color progresan a muy buen ritmo por el momento. Day 24-31 (Day 25) The smell in here is absolutely ridiculous. My last grow didn’t smell even close to this bad in early flower. (Day 27) Stretch is finally all done. #6 in the back is very stout and barely stretched compared to everything else. I doubt it will yield much but I’m excited to see the nice tight colas on it. It seems to be still getting adequate light and raising it up is hard to do with a scrog net so I will just leave it. If it wasn’t getting enough light it would be stretching right? The early frost is really shocking to me. My last indoor round definitely wasn’t this caked and I’ve never had an outdoor plant on this level either. That’s also true in terms of smell too. (Day 29) I’m still debating whether I should feed anything in flower or just leave it. The only deficiency I’m seeing is purple stems from P def which could actually just be from light intensity rather than a lack of P. I’ve done some thinking and I’ve decided to only feed my small plant. What I’m most curious about is if a PK boost will actually make any kind of a difference in flower when it comes to bud size and smokability. So to test this theory I will be top dressing a teaspoon of 0-18-0 bat guano, a tablespoon of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and a half strength watering of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m trying to avoid N all together as I just toxed my guinea pig plants with another experimental flowering PK boost that had a very small amount of N in it. This plant in particular actually has very early signs of N def and probably will fade harder than the rest. (Day 31) Shit. Looks like #1 is starting to herm. It’s definitely not environment or light leaks so maybe it’s just genetic or the recent leaching stressed it out too much. Either way, it’s only a single lower branch and I’m prepared to cut her down if I start seeing anymore. I double checked every other budsite but couldn’t find anymore. In my experience true herms usually start pushing bananas out of the main tops and plants like mine can usually be salvaged with little to no seeded bud. But then again it’s day 31, when these things usually start to happen. I’m 50/50 on this one. I will be watching it everyday like a hawk if anymore show up. The breeder I’m using, ‘Jordan of the Island’s’ is notorious for having unstable genetics and this will be the last time I run any of his stuff. The quality is good, certainly better than most European and Dutch genetics I’ve run but I know I could do better where genetics are concerned. I can’t wait to start hunting my archive dosidos x gelato 41 and in house sugarcane.

08/11: La troisième semaine de floraison commence enfin on devrait les fleurs prendre forme. J'espère que le stretch est fini car elle est assez grande et doit laisser un peu de place au autres. 08/12: la troisième semaine débute sur une note un peu amer. Certaines feuilles se détériore à une vitesse folle, ainsi que des tâches brune. Premier réflexe GHE essential et cal-mag agent de Canna ce matin. Espérons que les prochains jours seront plus cool et que cela vas arranger mon problème. 08/13: après avoir fait plus de recherche je suis enfin tombé sur un article sur le blog de pevgrow et mon problème correspond en tout point à une carence en magnésium. Je devrais voir voir des améliorations dans les 4 à 7 jours. Et bien-sûr continuer à donner du calmag. Le problème viendrai du fait que je tourne en 24/7 avec les auto's enfin c'est ce que je pense après avoir croisé les conseils et avis des "growers" de GD et certains articles. 08/14: c'est dernier jours ont été intense pour moi, lors de mon premier diaries j'avais déjà eu le même problèmes avec une purplequeen auto à l'époque je n'avais pas de calmag... enfin tous ça pour dire merci à la communauté growdiaries.com qui m'a conseillé et supporter. Germinated for 24 hours in a glass of water, 48 hours in a paper towel and then I planted them into biodegradable seedling pots. Northern Lights looking a bit ahead of the Dosidos seeds but that was expected I’ve grown Northern Lights before and they sprout real quick. One of the Dosidos’ first true leaves is looking a bit wonky but we’ll see how it goes I suppose.

This thing been a game

Really easy strain, grew super well despite my battling to balance the ph, changing of lights and a massive temperature/humidity spike. Looks good and smells strong. Looking forward to the next grow.

Cut the plants down on the 24th of April, drying room levels are 72°F and around 60%RH, I'm currently on Day #14 of drying and the buds don't feel fully dry yet, the main tops feel crunchy and dry but the lower smaller buds are still quite moist and smell like chlorophyll, I think I may harvest the main tops so I don't overdry and leave the rest in the tent for another few days, either that or put the rest of the buds in a brown paper bag to finish drying. Finished dry trimming the plant ended up with 200 grams dry weight not including trim there's another 2 ounces of trim which if you want to include that would bring the total weight from this 250W LED to 256 grams. I'm super happy with the result of this especially for my first grow and from one autoflower, it can only get better from here on out. FYI Not sure why I can't edit the lights I used but the bloomgro 600W LED is PULLING AN ACTUAL 250W FROM THE WALL so the gram/watt should be .8g/W

FEEDING Plant was given the same nutrient solution as previous week two times per day DIARY This week was probably the worst week of them all in terms of all the problems that happened. Everything started on Day 146 when strong winds were capable of knocking down my plant two times. Plant wasn't demaged but it is a scary experience to see your plant basicaly up side down. Because of strong winds I was forced to move the plant to the different location. While moving one of the dominant branches snapped. I addresed the issue by taping the crack together with tape and securing the branch to the support ring with a metal wire. It was a major damage with an easy fix. The night between days 146 and 147 was accompanied with strong winds and a lot rain. This combination of wind and rain resulted in damage (half of the plant just gave up and bended to the ground) that could be easily fixed just by installing trellis before the flowering started. To prevent the further bending and support the flowers when they start fattening, I wrapped the plant into plastic wire. This was not an easy job so help from a friend was a necessity. When the plant was wrapped I pulled the flowers through the netting and did some rearrannging. The problem with bending was solved, but I discovered some other problems when closely inspecting the buds. First problems were the seeds. Yes some seeds were found. This was probably my fault because I visited the hemp farm and brought home the pollen on my clothes that could produce the seeds. It could also be the fact that I am growing outdoor and the pollen came from copletely different source. Some seeds, while growing outdoors are just inevitble. There was one more thing. I was suspicious about brown tops of some buds. Because I was affraid of what it was, the brown, not so good looking flower was cut off and closely inspected. I was angry to discover the caterpillar. I did a search of all the buds and found one more rotting bud and cut it off. I suspect that they are still there. I will inspect the plant every two days to hopefully find them and prevent the further demage. WEATHER Days 141-145 This days were sunny with daily temperatures around 26 °C. Night temperature were averaging at 15 °C. Days 146-147 Last two days were harsh. It was cloudy with average temperatures at 14 °C. Day 146 also had very strong winds. Day lenght this week has decreased to 12 hours and 10 minutes.
