well, another week goes by and it's growing not like I expected hehehe but that's ok, living and learning, and for now I'll just wait for this cycle to end to start a new one and post it here and I'll tell you right away that I ordered a kit advanced nutrients starter and will test it on the new cycle. =D

The plants have been receiving around 1300 µmol of light for more than a week. The osmosis water is enriched with fertiliser up to 1.9 ms This value is not expected to rise any further as the plants have become very dark green. There may only be water for a few days. The development up to this point in the 4th week of flowering is very satisfactory. Both genetics have obviously been thoroughly selected.

Finally starting to see some roots underneath and some decent growth up top. I’ll update again after changing out the reservoirs to see if that helps with some of what I think is a nitrogen toxicity.

Through week 5 of flower and all is generally good. The whole tent stinks like hell of berries, pine and earthy Kush. They’re all presenting something a little different in terms of growth but still very similar terp profiles and bud structure. Seed maturation is showing on some of the lower nodes as well. We’re getting much closer here. Hopefully not more than a couple weeks but we’ll see. #1 will go off first for sure. She’s showing a progressing N deficiency that likely isn’t fixable but it does remain possible she’s simply ending her cycle. If so, it’ll be a trait worth noting on the F2 run. Until next week, ✌️! Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. 2nd week into flowering and she stretch a bit. Had to lst the sides more to get the middle nodes strecthing.. only fed tap water every 2 days as needed..kept an eye on the temps and humidity . 60°-80° / 40%-55%. .so far no issues. Easy enjoyable organic grow only using kindsoil super soil and cocoloco bush doctor with some cover crops alfalfa and clovers...some companion plants dill,basil,cilantro, clovers in a pot next to it to repel all sorts of critters....will update next week on the growth. the girl looks good, the leaves are a little burnt, but it's really not a big problem. she doesn't have much time left until the finish:) I'm on vacation, so I can't take pictures myself, that's why I asked someone to visit her several times a week :) I'll be with her in a week :) ❤️

La semana va bien, pocos cambios, e notado que han crecido mucho. Esta semana será el pico de nutrientes para después empezar a bajarlos. Están consumiendo más agua que nutrientes, el EC hace 3 días permanece estable, pero consumen casi 8 litros en 3 días.

This week went really great! Plants are looking super healthy today at day 22 from seed!! Today they got a dose of just pure water phd at 6.5 ! Temperature an humidity has been staying pretty stable everyday, staying around 70-75 degrees and 58-61 % humidity!! Can’t wait to see what these girls do this week ! End of week 7, beginning of week 8. Hopefully I have a good grasp on feeding, if not can someone please help me. I'll post my last 3 feedings. Bruce Banner watered/fed on 8/10/22 with 5ml cal mag, 7ml flora nova bloom, 3.5 ml amino acids, 6ml fish shit, 1/2 tsp great white. Mixed together it had a ph of 5.9, 939ppm and 1.9EC. Runoff had 6.3ph, 1.1 EC and 539 ppm. Also removed 52 fan leaves 8/13/22 Bruce Banner defoilated today and watered. Watering had 6.4ph, .8ec and 380ppm. Mixed 5ml cal mag, 6 ml fish shit, 1.5tsp flora nova bloom, 3.5ml amino acids and great white. Fed with 6.0ph, 936ppm and 1.9ec Runoff had 6.5ph, 569ppm and 1.2ec 8/15/22 Bruce Banner watered with 1 gallon distilled water ph'ed 5.9. The runoff had 6.5ph, 466ppm and .8ec. I fed with 5ml cal mag, 6ml fish shit, 1.5tsp flora nova bloom, 3.5ml amino acids, 1/2tsp great white, which had a 5.8ph, 966ppm and 1.9ec. The runoff was 6.4ph, 578ppm, 1.2ec. 8/17/22 Bruce Banner water with 5.2 ph water. Runoff was 6.5ph, .8ec and 399ppm. 5ml cal mag, 8ml flora nova bloom, 3.5ml amino acids, 6ml fish shit, 1/2 tsp great white. 2.0ec, 1011ppm and 4.9ph. Runoff had 6.3ph, 557ppm and 1.1ec

Had various minor issues during the grow, but overall Master Kush finished great. Nice frosty dense smelly colas. Will try to update the harvest video once this is up. The growth went as planned, not too bushy and not mich stretch and fast flower

Have been practically fizzing this week knowing the end is nigh for lady No1. Ended up giving her an extra day, mainly to prove to myself I could but was up early the next morning resolved to chop. Dismantled her branch by branch but only took the big fan leaves off hoping it will help her dry slowly and ended up with a nice collection of flowers. I’m pretty chuffed to how she has turned out although I know it’s not a massive yeald. Have learned loads though and already planning on what I’m going to change for next time. Thanks to all who’ve shared the benefit of wisdom, the forum has helped immeasurably. Will be back after she’s lost some moisture with a weight check and maybe a cheeky premature smoke report. Thanks gang xx Update: I managed to leave it drying for 13 days in total before taking the scissors to it for the jar. All told weighed in at 33g and as I’m not going to start lying to you now have to admit to being a little disappointed with that. Not sure if my expectations were too high or if it’s because of my novice status ( or more likely both) but still grateful for what I did mange to produce which I have to admit seems decent quality which I believe will only get better with a decent cure. Now just need to stop carrying the jar around like a cradled infant and find somewhere dark and cool for it to rest. X
