Week 17 for Gelato 41 by seedstockers, All photos were taken on 0.5x because the plant just doesn't fit in the picture frame... She's getting too big😂 I just want her to flower now i don't think i can take her getting any bigger than she currently is. Last week was another hot hot week but we are coming down to the low 30's again for the rest of the upcoming week so think the plants will be happier. Im not sure whether to just leave her be & not defoliate but at this point learning as i go along because ive never grown something so large. 😅

Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I don't think I will use topping again on the lady because I should slowly blossom with a few other women :-) think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days for Flowering 👍. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). The pistils on all plants are getting more and more brown, its time to check the trichomes now. I check with a handheld microscope and they are getting milky, but not yet amber, which means they are ALMOST READY TO HARVEST, but not yet. The amount of crystals produced under the Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps from SANlight is astounding, the plants are coated in trichomes! This week I stopped giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants, this is VERY IMPORTANT in order to get a smooth smoke of the dried end-product. The aroma of the plants is VERY STRONG NOW, they smell mouth-watering. The Shiva Skunk has a sweet, musky smell with a fresh citrus note to it, its a delight to smell those plants. The Serious Kush smells EXTREMELY fuely and gassy, like the OG-Kush, but with an amount of buds like the White Russian, its FLABBERGASTING. I cant wait to try those two strains...😎

Welcome to week 3 of flower for these fine ladies! As the stretching period comes to and end in about a week or so I'm excited to see the plant's develop their flowers. Some of the plants have already developed quited the frost for their age and as the cycle continues its just going to get more pronounced. Some of the plants are giving off a faint smell now mostly the Banana Smoothie smelling of cream and bananas so far. Overall I'm really pleased with what's going on so far and can't wait for further development of the flowers! Things are moving along as the plants keep stretching like crazy Day#17F Ladies are producing more and more size on their cotton balls while stretching up and stacking hard. Day#18F Ladies are producing quite the frost levels for their age. Watered 4L each at 550PPM. Day#19F Pictures N/A. Plants continue to stretch and stack. Day#20F Ladies look like their slowing down on their stretch hopefully haha. Watered ladies 4L each at 550PPM. Day#21F The plants are still stretching abit while putting mass on their flowers slowly. Wont be long till we see some giant flowers covered in trichomes! Recap: Things went very well this week, some of the plants are starting to put out a smell and everyone's pumping trichomes like crazy! With about a week or so left on the stretching period I will be looking to place my secondary nets very very soon. I'm looking forward to seeing what the plants smell like and how they continue to develop their flowers!

Definitely filling out this little tent and already showing that deep purple that was hunted by Brother Geoff at HBS... I'm hoping I can keep pumping her with this MegaCrop medley and see where this grow goes. She's got a lovely grape smell with a little skunk on the back end and hopefully will only get more powerful as the flowering cycle progresses.

Day 60F The PM on the cheese has gotten significantly worse in the last few days. I think it may have something to do with the constant humidity spikes every time I water. I haven’t been running my humidifier at all in flower so maybe it’s having trouble keeping the RH up during lights on. Just another reason to follow a daily watering schedule. The cheese and slurricane look fucking disgusting and I’m starting to doubt that a peroxide wash can totally fix it. It worked well for my outdoor crop so it should be fine but this time there is probably 3x the amount. I’ll make sure to really soak the buds and rinse them off good. Bbb#1 is flopping over like crazy from the weight. Too late to stake it up now so hopefully it holds until next week. Starting to foxtail a bit but nothing too bad. It is now 100% done and ready for chop. Bbb#2 is just getting frostier and frostier by the day. The purple fade is really coming along nicely too. Might reveg. It is now 100% done and ready for harvest. Black garlic #1 is finally filling out! I can’t believe it. Never heard of a plant packing weight on like that in week 8. The breeder did mention that it packs on weight later but I’m stunned. Taking her to 9.5 weeks. Black garlic #2 is looking very average. Average color, average size buds, average frost, average smell, probably an average yield. And it’s starting to get a bit of PM. Overall not happy. Will be taking her to 9.5 weeks. Zkittlez #1 has pleasantly surprised me. It was a bushy runt in veg but came through. It’s the third frostiest in the tent, super dense, stacked tight, smells great and looks great. It’s already got a nice amount of amber so it’s 100% ready for chop. Slurricane #4 looks insanely frosty even under all that PM. If I can’t wash it off it’s going in the trash. I want to chop this asap but have to cut everything at once unfortunately. It’s 100% ready for harvest. Badazz OG cheese is looking like a decent yielder but doesn’t have much else going for it. I think it still has some filling out to do. I can’t even smell the final profile change yet. The leaves are rotting off very quickly. Taking her 9.5 weeks. I don’t mind harvesting a bit later rather than early. From my outdoor experience, when a plant is picked early it smells like hay and wet grass clippings until it’s been curing for 3 weeks. When I harvest late or at 30-50% amber trichomes it smells like same scent profile it had when growing. Just my experience. I’ve read that the tobacco industry adds calcium and potassium carbonate to their crops to help promote fire holding capacity and to increase the whiteness of ash. Turns out some of the organic amendments I bought last week contain exactly that. I’m going to give each plant a light top dress to see if the tobacco industry is onto something.

I yielded just over half pound dry 10oz and abit to be exact not to bad off 2 plants that I could of let go a little longer. The absolutely reak of Gas terpenes very different for me but very enjoyable

9/8 D65 Seems our "good" weather is ending and if the forecast is correct for the next three days, only three of the last ten were sunny. That aint good folks not sure what can be done about it outside of artificial light and that would go on the ATF if any were available. I will update the dose as they grow and develop a bigger hunger. Budding has accelerated like crazy , and this girl is getting frosty . It's the frostiest plant in my grow by far. I'm getting a strange smell off my grow that I heard another grower mention , an almost moldy smell . Got me kind of worried but I've looked it up and down and see no sign whatsoever of mold or mildew. I do have a cheese plant in the grow that may be contributing to the smell . I've backed off the nutes as it seemed to not like what I was giving it , and I've also moved my entire tent to a cooler spot and the temp has been staying around 28 .
