Not good week

Mild flushes last week. Day 54/ Day 1 of Flowering. Fed and light defoliation.

Had some very good growth this week. Days 14-21. The girls have been dialed in at about 63-65% RH and 76-79 degrees F. On day 18 I dialed up my BP2500 to about 165 watts at the wall, and kept my small tent heater in place for the time being, nights have gotten cooler. The girls seem to be ❤️ the extra light, without causing any harm. Switched from distilled water to tap water that has been dechlorinated for 24 hours mid way through the week, no issues shown. Added 1 ml of Micro, and 1 ml of Cal/Mag to 1/2 gallon of water, PH’d to 6.2 and watered approx. 1/2cup of water per x2 throughout the week, and about 1 cup once transplanted. On day 21 they were all looking so healthy, with some roots coming from the bottom of my starter pots, I decided to transplant into 2 gallon nursery pots. My final pot will be a mix of 5 and 7 gallon fabric pots, try and see if any differences can be had.

Had a little heat issue it was hitting 110 degrees outside for four days straight and about 130 degrees in the GrowRoom didn’t have the funds to get a ac for the room but working on it so my lady’s suffered for a few days

Wanted to learn to super crop this grow so went ahead and did the 4 main stems. I was blown away by how quickly she recovered. Such an amazing plant and the end result looks awesome! Introduced nutrients to the autopot reservoir a week ago today. In a couple days I’ll put up a net and start spreading things out. Maybe 2 weeks to start 12/12.

This is a very interesting week! After mainlining, I transplanted the lady into a 3L AirPot, adding 3 spoons of Mykos by Xtreme Gardening, 45g of BioMagno Algae and 5g of BioMagno Neem Flour. I uploaded a time-lapse video that shows the process. Then I fed her with the nutes you see above this comment, in 1L of water (actually, 750ml would be better). I hope you liked this week content! Day 28 (May 7, 2019): 0.5L of tap water with Activator @ 0.5ml/L and Rizostimo @ 1ml/L.

This week was the last week of veg., I will switch to 12/12 (light/darkness) in week 6. The two Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants are now 35 and 40 cm tall and have developed nice side-branches, which have grown upwards so they get enough light for good budding sites during flowering. The plants are still fed following the Advanced Nutrients schedule.

Esta semana realizamos transplante a maceta de 3L, también pasamos a darles las dosis máximas recomendadas de la línea de fertilizantes, estoy regando cada 2 o 3 días con 300cc. Espero se adapten bien y las raíces sigan explotando. Oops! Well, the two days in the 80s and nights in the 70s sent my girls into high desert flower! That and two out of season rain days and BOOM! We are now a flower farm! To be honest, I wasn’t sure at first- then, yesterday morning, three bees bee lined and flew to each of the bud sites. My hand wringing (was it or wasn’t it flowers?) was answered - by Mother Nature herself without muss or fuss. No more salad! Flowers! Also, a shock to no one, I bought a ruler yesterday, and while I listed my plants as 29 inches, I sadly have no idea what 12 inches really is. They are about 18 after supercropping. Needless to say other measurements were, sadly reconsidered…. 7/31 transferred banana mango to a 30 Gallon pot 💪

Flowering period started, i added adv nutrients to biobizz line and i just have to understand the reaction of blue dream, i just think there is something too much. I m not sure cause i'm experiencing problems with temperature and humidity too, so i can't exactly recgnize wich is the problem now. i'll update next week hoping the problem will be solved. Let's go!

My biggest mistake of this grow was using peat pots (pictured above) for the seedlings. They are advertised as though they are to be put right in the ground. Unfortunately, they don't decompose fast enough. This bound the roots and made for a very stunted grow. I finally tore them off and put the plants directly in the soil and things have improved dramatically. I used them last spring for my vegetable garden and had horrible results. I assumed it was a soil problem. Now, I know the pots were the issue. The big news this week is the soil. Two of my plants are in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend. The third plant is in Fox Farm Ocean Forest. The two in the Coast of Maine Stonington Blend look so much better than the Fox Farm Ocean Forest Plant.
