🇬🇧 Week 8 ----------------------------- Blueberry Lime Kush by Terpyz – Outdoor Grow Update The outdoor grow is progressing slowly but steadily. This week there was a small growth spurt, and new shoots are beginning to form. However, it's clear that the conditions are tough on the plants the fan leaves are very dry and brittle, even tearing in some spots. 😟 So far, none of the plants have revealed their gender. We're still waiting to see whether they'll turn out male or female. Patience is key at this stage fingers crossed for lots of girls! Here in the region, it's still quite chilly, with lots of wind and low temperatures. Sunlight hours are also still limited. Hopefully, this will change soon as we move toward summer. Nonetheless, I’ll continue the outdoor grow without major intervention. 🇩🇪 Woche 8 -------------------------------- Blueberry Lime Kush von Terpyz – Outdoor-Grow-Update Der Outdoor-Grow geht langsam, aber stetig voran. Diese Woche gab es einen kleinen Wachstumsschub, und neue Triebe beginnen sich zu entwickeln. Allerdings merkt man den Pflanzen die schwierigen Bedingungen deutlich an die Fächerblätter sind sehr trocken, spröde und reißen teilweise. 😟 Bis jetzt hat sich noch keine der Pflanzen zu erkennen gegeben, ob sie männlich oder weiblich ist. Jetzt heißt es abwarten und hoffen –Daumen drücken für viele Mädels! Hier in der Region ist es weiterhin sehr frisch, mit viel Wind und Kälte. Auch die Sonnenstunden sind aktuell noch recht gering. Hoffentlich ändert sich das bald, und der Sommer kommt endlich. ☀️ Trotzdem werde ich den Outdoor-Grow weiterhin ohne großen Eingriff durchziehen.

Week 3 males developing right on time! Pollen will be dispersing soon. So now trying to nail down who daddy was? Week 3 day 1 males looking very nice, no sign of either one showing female flowers( no hermaphrodite/ true male) but I will stress them more after reveg for severe stress test. For final results. Looks like I forgot to feed mom! Shit! But I did not.I used bio tone starter 5-1-1 by Espoma gonna feed in am. With tomato tone with myco 3-4-6 it's all I got and organic to boot 👍 Last grow with Captains cake went to 11 weeks 2 - 3 applications should get me to finish line. No flush should be needed, it's feeding the seeds growth. Looking at 07/01/2018 harvest. Fingers crossed! 05/05/2018 First burst of male pollen is flying in the air, gonna try to get video of it as I shake the males. I am brewing tea with worm castings unsulphured molasses,topped off with protilizer immediately after brewing it. Give them a little love (Tea) while they are making seeds👊

Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. The week was good although I had to struggle still with the RH but things are looking good ( no mold or anything for now : / ) Buds are getting bigger and frostier everyday the genetics are really off the charts ! I gave them there last meal yesterday so the flushing begins next week and will last about 2 weeks . I'm starting week 7 tomorrow and I already can't wait to finally chop these beauties down : ) I've done some defoliation but very very light like 4 or 5 fan leaves to improve light penetration to the buds. Most of the work is done by now so just gotta keep going a bit more ! Happy growing everybody ! Leeeegaliiiiize iiiit and dooooont crticiiiiize iiiit !!! : )

Week 11: So by now the plant has stopped or at least slowed down drastically on the stretching. It’s stacking up on the buds and some of them fattening up amazingly. Trichomes are generally milky white but still have some clear ones so going to wait a bit more than probably start flushing next week, but obviously depending on the coming days and how it develops.

Start of week 8 of flowering, day 78 for the plant. She's healthy but the buds are slow to fill out in size, this could be the result of the heat stress she suffered. Other than that, I'm still happy with this plant.

They all seem to be different phenos, all very pretty looking, nice trichome coverage, the tall plant with small buds has a layer of trichomes on the stems!

New week, seems ok for first morning, will do heavy feed on day 52. I already gave away one plant ( strawberry cough photo ) now one of fast diesels still stucked in pre-flower, would love to return to 18/6 regime, just dont want any reveg or hermie. Still lost. Fingers crossed ;) Day 53 Morning, leaves a bit down after night, everything looking not bad, thinking to defoliate two midle babies. Had a big mistake on day 52, they where down, i stayed for one night out and was late with watering for a day, they looked totaly down, like my mobile, thats why no photos, never seen any plant so bad in my hole life... But they are ok now, quess it was on the verge, but damadge was done 100 % Day 53 evening. I wouldnt be me if i wont be searching ways to screw up the crop ;))) After many hesitations i decided to do very light defoliation. And ..... They hated it. Lets give couple days, but 2 huge stresses in 3 days dont give me and girls joy for sure .... In that rush forgot to make third Fast diesel photo, but i quess she didnt made mind to flower, took like 5 leaves down and left her for a bit,very annoying , she will be a big delay at the end or very early harvest, both ways waste of time.... Plus had to reduce light to 15.5 of day, maybe those 30 min will force her ... All 3 Fast Diesels are very mag hungry, fed them with epsom salt extra. Day 54 . Fast Diesel 3 went to 24 hours darkness prison with a heater ;))) hope that will teach her a lesson ! Others got feed with silicic acid, they drink, thats a good sign tho ! Fast Diesel 3 was a day behind from all, even 5 leaves was too much. But its a good time for me to give last trick i can, before downgrading day hours even more. Day 54 Evening. Girls are praying again, silica always boost them to hapiness ;) Day 56. Girls are growing, looks like last Fast Diesel starts to make buds from preflower, but a lot of pistils going brown, so either its heat, which i will check today or its hermie ;))) Could be wind damage, i will check all options today, returned from work, made short shitty video and thats all ;) End of week.
